Last night, i had my profile set, written everything what is true and might get me in a serious relationship, after everything was set - like an hour, i closed the app, put my phone down ad when i decided to open the app, guess what? I got logged out and acct disabled because i was violating community standards?? There was no transparency of which standard- what did i do? I was new to the app, am i not supposed to like profiles that appeared on my feeds? And the funny thing was while i couldn’t access my account, ya’ll emailed me with “welcoming message “ that is too funny. Im now thinking if i still want to engage in a dating app. My experience was horrible. Ohh well, maybe its a sign😆

There are genuine woman on here But, Unfortunately this app is full of fake profiles, people using pics of adult film stars/cam models or pics of random woman on shutterstock. Who you can easily google image reverse, they’re not the brightest catfishes. Figured I’d try this app, and I was immediately overwhelmed by 107 people reaching out for contact in the fist 8 hours which you would think is a good thing. However, every one of them immediately wanted to get you onto some other Chat app with looser rules on conduct; such as Teams, WhatsApp, telegram, Zangi, GoogleChat, etc. All so they could use AI to talk you up, give you excuses why they can’t talk on the phone or a video chat, and sooner or later, they will ask you for gift cards or to pull you into some crypto scheme. No, I’m not saying that every account on this site is a fake account but I would venture that 99% of them are with fake locations and using somebody else. My advice to anyone using this app is two, keep your profile hidden right off the get-go because anybody who spams you initially they’re doing so because they are after your money. DO NOT TRUST ANY USER ON THIS APP IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO PROVE WHO THEY ARE. They honestly should rename this app to CatfishCupid.

I purchased this app three months ago. It worked fine for first month. However, after second month and till today when I log into my account with correct password and email I receive a message saying… either your password or email is incorrect. I sent a message to FilipinoCupid to reset my password several times however no response from them. Then today I did the same and got a reply from them saying… Great news—your recent support ticket (….. ) has been resolved. If you need any further assistance, just reply to this email or click the link below to reopen your ticket: However, it doesn’t work. I had called them several times and again today and get same response… “No one is available to take your call. Call back another time”. As a premium member this app takes my monthly payment but doesn’t take responsibility when it comes to customer support or customer service! Apple needs to fix this problem with this app developer. I requested a full refund for past two months from Apple and that Apple should take action against the company in which this app has no customer support team available. I have used this app before and found a beautiful woman for who I married. Unfortunately she had passed away a few years back. So I thought why not try it again. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work the way it should. Buyer be ware… buyer be careful. I have this app three stars out of five because it’s a good dating app, unfortunately their customer service doesn’t work!
