Clothing makeover
I have been playing this game for about 8ish years & love it. But I’m really tired of what Emma’s wearing. Give her an update in her attire! I know it’s a 1930’s setting but she would change her clothes once in a while. 😊 She deserves something nice 💕

What the actual heck
Played this game since first release years back actually got to level 3735 on the game, until it kicked me out and then kept telling me to log back in which I did it’s now taken me back to level one and every level I’d completed is now gone so unless I’m returned to my actual level I’ll be deleting the game and not play again

Used to be good
Why the endless syncing now, every time I open the app up. Another game I quit playing, just like crafty candy.
Fun but there are issues with prizes and support.
First of all, I like this game overall. The artwork is appealing and the story is set in interesting locations, some of which I have looked up because I was not familiar with them. I also like the special weekend games where you can earn bonuses. My issue is with prizes or rewards. It is nearly impossible to win or earn coins, unlike other games where you receive at least one for winning levels. One of the prizes is poster pieces. They have not put a poster in my collection in over a year so those don’t do me any good. I’d like if they could give a choice of prizes in the chest, so that if you can’t use poster pieces you could choose something else. Support has not been responsive or added any posters for me.

Bro this game is so underrated and it’s fun I wonder why nobody makes videos online about this anymore.
Too expensive
Higher levels 700+ are impossible to win without a purchase! Playing a level 200 times without a win without a purchase is boring…. And unaffordable! Subway now cost 12.00 dollars! Bidenomics isn’t working!

There is no opportunity to earn additional coins while playing. Also the added choices are to sensitive when playing I barely pass across the bottom of my screen and suddenly something has been chosen but it wasn’t what I wanted to do and there is no chance to turn it off when it was done in error

Fun game but unstable and the developers don’t reinstate your previous level precisely
I actually love this game. It’s fun and challenging. The flaw is it crashes and even if you have logged in via apple, you lose your progress, coins, lives and special powers which you paid good money for. I had thousands of lives lost and never reinstated. And just recently, the game crashed again. I paid money for those lives and I expect them to get fully reimbursed

This app I have been playing for years. Now all of a sudden I’m having problems with my updating and saving progress. This is very irritating. I was wag up on a level near 1800 and its very discouraging to loss my progress. If someone isn’t done to reinstate those levels, I’m ot putting another dime into this game.
Game has changed!!!
I used to love this game but now they keep giving you puzzle pieces but there’s no puzzle and it’s like they don’t want to give you anything, even the extra moves have dropped from 5 to 3 and the coins you earn is less what you actually need to buy extra time.

Good if you are really bored
You will get stuck on a level & you will be stuck on it forever, unless you pay up for helpers - which I refuse to do! So, I play this while I am waiting for troops to train (Clash) or lives to build up in other games,

This game is not only fun, but challenging too!! Side note, if you copy or send this game to an iPad, or iPhone, you’ll have to start all over! Some may think this might be a good thing, I did for a bit, now I wish I could start at my old level, 124! Anyway………give it a try, you’ll be addicted after the first game!!
Was fun but I’m done
After years of playing through the frustration of game resets if the phone rings or a text arrives, lives and progress lost, I have reached my breaking point. With plenty of coins in the bank, poster pieces awaiting reveal, and playing the “VIP” league and on track for the holiday contest, I was forced to accept a new user privacy agreement. In doing so, the entire game rest as if I had never played, all coins and years of tournament progress was lost. Thanks but I’m not interested in starting all over again. Time to delete this ridiculously buggy app since the company’s response to all my queries has ended with the statement that “f you don’t sign in using social media or the Game Center there is nothing we can do to help”. So congratulations you have finally pushed me beyond the threshold of extreme patience I have always allowed this game.
The ads are a new thing
And I don’t like it. Revenue generating sure but perhaps make the bundles for coins and boosters a better value and players will buy more. But I’m seriously not happy with ads.

Omg ThiS Game
I downloaded this game for ones of my friends said it was great game. I downloaded it and I did not anjoy it. I tried playing it and found the stery annoying and the gameplay annoyinger. I thought it was challening because it gave little too no time to Finnish the puzzles. Ecspeciially that level where only black gems on sides gotten. For the love of love me friend and I bash our head against wall it was challenging with strict time. I also ran out of the lives and took forever to gain. Now I did not complet the game, but why in the y do we go to antarica then London then Finland or where ever we go. Why all over the place?

I was on level 155 but since I connected the game to Facebook it has drop the level back down to level 72 please fix
Fun, but frustrating
This game constantly requires you to download before you play it. Sometimes twice in the same day. It’s a long process that can sneak up on you when you do o have access to Wi-Fi. The game also has freezing and crashing errors during gameplay, ad playback, and the dreaded twice-daily download process. On top of that the game will randomly sign you out and ask you to start over from the first level. When the game is working properly, it’s a fun mess, but when it’s not, it’s beyond frustrating.
Fun but tired of getting kicked
Love this game, but so tired of it rebooting every time I get a call or text message. I lose a life, plus progress on challenges for no reason, other than faulty programming. Fix this!

I have played this game every single day for YEARS. I love it. I admit I never read the mystery and have no clue what’s going on, but I can’t go a day without playing the game.

One of my go to games. Live the story line, the extras, the difficulty of the individual games. I’m on 2034, really addictive but good to have respite from it too now and again. Keep up good work. Only downside, can’t earn money to buy lives etc...
Frustration
I have enjoyed the game up until the screen blacks out with no way to get back to the game other than to wait it out. Sometimes that is 24 hours.it is occurring with more frequency. I think I can find a game with out the frustration.

The only complaint I have with this addictive game is you can’t skip a game. I’ve been stuck on the same level for weeks!

Great little game. Quite like the plot line that runs alongside it. Hard enough to make it challenging but not so hard that it becomes frustrating like some other games I’ve played. I also love the fact that periodically it gives you infinite lives - don’t know of any other game that does that. All that and it’s free!
I Keep Reporting Ads!
When you keep showing an ad for a game (Manor Matters) where a mother and young baby are freezing, I always report it as being inappropriate. You just keep showing me the ad. So, I don’t look at any of your ads, no matter how many times I have to pass a level without help. Do you not review the ad reports that say, “It’s offensive” or “I don’t like it”?
Screen too big
I loved playing this game, but something made the pictures too close or too big. Meaning that I can’t see what the level is and the full picture of the grid. As much as I want to keep playing, until the size of the picture is back to normal I won’t install it back on my iPad until the matter is settled
Great Game
I’m not one to give ratings but this game deserves it. I can’t begin to say how many years I have been playing. I have completed the initial plot and am on level 2810. In all that time I have never had any issues with the same software. I have played on both iPhone and Samsung. I’ve played by myself with no help from friends. I intend to continue playing until there are no more levels. Which I hope doesn’t happen.

The support team managed to restore my game almost to the point of where I lost it. They responded very quickly to resolve the matter. Still have a few minor issues which stops me from giving 5 stars, 1 it can take up to 5 minuets to sync when I open the game & there should be more chances to get coins without paying real money. You can complete the levels without the coins but the coins do come in handy at times. Would have given more stars but after reaching the levels in the 800’s it started to take forever to load then when I went to play last night the game had reset to level 1. Not happy😭😭😭😭
Fault within the game
The game had too many fault. Too many time I have reached halfway point of the game and I found myself going back all the way to the beginning. Each time the game need updated

Double charge on purchases more than one time
I’m using up what “goodies” I have then going to delete game. This isn’t what I want to do but multiple times I’ve made purchases I have been charged twice. Mystery match says they cannot help and when submitting to Apple they deny. I request each time to have them look at it again and still no help. I truly, truly enjoy MysteryMatch but cannot continue to be charged double for purchases.
Loses bonuses
Sometimes when I have used the boost option after the ad has finished and before I use it, it closes down and when I go back in I’ve lost the boost option.

Loved the game but when it updated a few days ago I lost all my progress and was placed right back on Level 1. I had been in the 500’s.
