I’ve had this app for quite some time now. When I first got this, I had issues and contacted the developer directly. I got a very quick response and solution to the problem. It has worked like a charm since. I wanted to add the same fonts I put on my iPad to my phone and contacted the developer to see if there was an easy way to do it. Again, very quick response. Easy instructions for how to copy the fonts from one device to another. However, it is Apple that limits me to install one font profile at a time. Why would I blame the developer of Anyfont for Apple’s limitation? That would be ridiculous. This is a great app. I used it because of other users’ recommendations. Customer service is very responsive. Definitely worth the purchase.
Doesn’t work
After following the guidance posted by the help page, I was still unable to install a single font. I followed all of the directions, including going through the sketchy VPN process. No font was ever added to IOS. Most of the positive reviews were from 10 years ago. I was fooled by the high rating and thought that the $2 would be worth it. It wasn’t because the app does not do what is promised. It is outdated.
Almost perfect
I’m so grateful for this app, but it’s just missing a couple of features that means it’s harder to use than it needs to be. First, the ability to select multiple font files ‘add font’ window. Going back and adding each individually is a pain. Second, not being able to handle font bundles in .ttf format… which sends me back to the first issue. 🤞next update will get us to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EDIT: apparently if you first put font files in a .zip you can batch add. Seems unnecessary rather than just ‘select multiple’ but at least it does it 👍

Unintuitive user interface
This app has one of the most bizarrely unintuitive non-Apple compliant user interfaces I’ve come across. Sorry, but I should not have to read instructions to figure out how this app works. It should be obvious by design. Look at “Simple Font Manager” to see how it’s done correctly, and that utility is free. Follow-up: rather than reach out and assist me, or offer a refund, you can see how this developer responded. I have no connection to creation or marketing of the other app I mentioned… clearly there’s no profit motive in it either, because it is offered free of charge. I’m just a satisfied user of it.
Works Great
I was using another font installation app before, with a fairly pricey renewal subscription I’d forgotten about. So, I looked for some alternatives, and AnyFont was recommended a number of times. It does exactly what it says, and not only that, but when I had a question, I got a response the same day! There’s a reason this app gets the so many 5 ⭐️ reviews. 😄
False advertising
This is supposed to be able to select an entire folder of fonts and install them, instead you have to pick each font individually. Nobody has time for that. Lies! It was also advertised as not needing to create profiles to be installed. More lies. This is just supposed to install fonts into the system fonts. That’s not how this works! And the UI for the app indicates an entire folder can be selected. If the developer doesn’t like the feedback then fix the UI and stop advertising outside the App Store that the app works in a manner it does not. INCLUDING ON YOUTUBE, which should not be a substitute for in-app documentation! This app absolutely does not perform according to the methods described on YouTube or blog ads, nor does it behave as described in the UI.
Acceptable
I was able to install 4 fonts I owned on my macbook via Dropbox. The process was a bit tedious, but AnyFont got the job done.
Amazingness at a fair price!!!
No other words to say just amazing AND CHEAP!! No expensive subscription plan required which is something I was REALLY looking for! Just bought it today and works like a charm! I was afraid it would not work but it is so easy to set up and install new fonts (that thing some are commenting of being some security breach and risky must be a huge scam u.u) downloaded from websites in .tff format. It is working perfectly as announced and now I can customize my Power Point slides the way I want (no more ugly default system fonts lol). Don’t be afraid, just buy it and be happy with your custom designs! And I was in a hurry because I have to deliver a presentation by next Friday sooo I was kind in a hurry to find something EASY! :) (By the way, this is NOT A FAKE REVIEW!). I see that the supporting team is real also, they always reply to reviews and give their contact info. Good to know in case we buyers need some extra help! HUGE THANKS, Rebeca :)
disappointing does not work
drops you into the VPN section with no choices or profiles to install or remove. leaves you hanging.
Installs Fonts, But…
I use this to install fonts to my ipad. Works great for most programs. My only complaint is that the fonts do not appear in my iPad Settings/Genera/Fonts/My Fonts. Because of this, I am unable to use them in some design apps such as xTool Creative Space. So I am limited in what fonts I can use when creating projects with texts.

Clip studio paintで任意のフォントを使うために重宝していました。 大量のフォントの整理をしたいと思いましたが、下の方のフォントを選択するためにスクロールすると必ず強制終了してしまいます。ものすごくゆっくりスクロールしても、落ちます。
Please add these features for better interface experience
I wish there was a delete feature for folders to create some structure within all the fonts I own. Once I create a folder I find I can’t delete it and can only uninstall if I want to start clean. I haven’t tried the other features yet so I can’t review. I’ve only gotten to the stage where I drag and drop in my fonts. Speaking of that, the + sign to add fonts doesn’t list My Files or a browse or anything else, so at first glance it didn’t look like I could even add my fonts. I tried drag and drop and luckily it worked.

A complete waste of money and time
False advertising. They tell you that you can download all these fonts but when you go to do so, it only upsells you on crating your own font and wants you to pay for another app. This app is a scam. DO NOT BUY. ***update*** I have received a response from the company in the most unprofessional manor, degrading me multiple times and asking me to change my review. If the had simply helped me in understanding their app that I still claim is not user friendly and horrible described in their description then I would charge my review but since they acted like high school children with their demeaning rebuttals clearly showing that they don’t care for customer service, then I will leave my bad review up and stand by it. DO NOT BUY!
Tedious to the point of Useless
Bought this app just for the promise of being able to install multiple fonts. It DOES NOT DO THAT. You HAVE to install every font individually and EVEN THEN it's NOT installed and you have to go into system settings, VPN (of all places) and install them there. And the fonts I installed are STILL NOT showing up in Affinity Photo. What is even the point? Developer seems to have spent more time making cutesy animations (that make the process even slower) than an app that actually works and increases productivity.

It made me pay once for 2 dollars and then I bought 1000 font bundle and it doesn’t work would not reccomend to freinds or family
Fonts work
I had to go on Reddit in order to figure this out, as the YT tutorials are for different years of my IPAD— I have an older one. I finally was able to figure out how to use the fonts. They have a lot of free fonts that you can download, I wish that there was more but its fine . You can make your own on other websites and then download them for free using Anyfonts to install them- they do come up as a profile, but they work once you find the right spot in your app. I’d say 4/5 only because it seems a bit more complicated then it needs to be but it does the trick.
Does not work with Office Apps on IOS 14
After purchasing the app you are immediately presented with a disclaimer stating the there are compatibility issues with Office Apps on iOS 14. Whilst the developer is not responsible for this issue, they make a very deliberate omission on the App Store. This is pretty dishonest and on that basis I would not recommend the app.
Works but fonts won’t stay deleted
This does allow me to add fonts to my iPad, but in the main viewing area theres an issue. After I delete fonts I don’t want to install, they reappear the next time I load in a font. The more fonts I install, the more unusable this app becomes as I have to scroll through hundreds of fonts to find the one I’m looking for.

VPN設定したら大丈夫
iPad mini使用。ブラウザでフォントをダウンロード→ファイルで解凍→共有マークからAnyFont（このアプリ）を開く→インストール→設定でインストールまではすんなりいけました。そこから梃子摺ってしまいましたが、VPN設定したら大丈夫でした。使いたかったフォントが使えるようになって嬉しいです。ありがとうございます！

Works as advertised and enables you to install anything from google fonts. A bit of a effort switching back between apps, but once you know the process it’s quite quick.

It didn’t work, I want my money back
I was unaware when I purchased this app that it would only work by adding configuration profiles to my device or I would never have bought it because those are a potentially major cybersecurity risk, but then even after I bit the bullet to try it (since I had already paid for it), the damned thing didn’t work. The fonts weee not available systemwide, and even where they were available they didn’t always work correctly. I’m gonna try to get my money back from this purchase.

Only works with numbers, words apps.
To make it clear this app only works with numbers & word document apps apparently. You do not get a keyboard & you can’t use with messages, emails, whatsapp, Facebook etc like other “keyboard” apps. This is thanks to Apple saying no. However I am disappointed you can’t create your own keyboard with fonts you choose for personal use. It’s easy to get a font from google, send it to email, save it to iCloud docs & then install to the device with a profile. Just find it misleading to a certain degree so waste of money especially as there is another app that does that for free.... not worth paying for this version- at all.
I guess it works?
App seems to do what it says. I successfully added Google fonts via iCloud but it is a bit painful adding every weight one by one. The reason I “guess” it works is because I didn’t go through with fully installing the fonts. I don’t want to add a custom profile from a developer I have no prior experience with.

It just works
It’s a long process of bouncing back and forth across various settings on the iPhone and/or iPad to get a font installed, but once you understand the process you can usually get an installation done in one minute or less. One roadblock was the app’s insistence that I should look in Settings -> General -> Profiles to install the new font profile. It was actually in Settings -> General -> Device Management. Perhaps the original advice has been made obsolete by iOS 15. It’s unfortunate that there is no facility to batch-install, and that the entire process has to be followed for each font’s individual regular/bold/italic/bold italic … and so on. The bottom line, though, is that once you understand the mindset of the app, it does exactly what it promises. It just works.
It was great... for about about a month.
Cool... so I pay for the extra fonts, the Premium version, whatever and then the app starts to crash upon opening. Go to the support website and there’s a brief one-pager with two links: one is broken (Contact Us) and the other leads to the exact same page, only in German. And its Contact Us link is also broken. All in all, that was actually pretty fun. Two stars. Would be ripped off again.
Clunky, but it works
The app itself, and font installation process, are a bit rough around the edges, but it gets the job done. The UI is poorly designed and unintuitive. It’s not particularly obvious how to install multiple fonts with a single profile — you have to create a folder, drag fonts into it one-by-one (though you can tap multiple after you start dragging to move them all at the same time), then tap a list icon in the top right to find the hidden “Install All” command. You’ll definitely want to do this if you’re installing multiple fonts, because the process of installing the profile is long and convoluted. Finally, you need to force quit any apps that use fonts before your new fonts will show up in their font list. Pretty crappy all around, but if you really want to use your own fonts, this is the only way to do it.
Lots of steps
While it takes several steps for each individual font type, I am able to consistently install fonts. I wish batches of font variants were an option. Please also note the instructions. One needs to go into settings to install the package after this app puts it in the appropriate place. After some practice, I’m getting consistent results. Thank you for a free app to accomplish this.

Hi this app works great but I cannot access any fonts now due to the new software update. Is this going to be fixed?
Resets without warning & fails to open font zip files from safari
after spending time making folders and organizing, the app, when reopened, reverts all the changes i made and its very annoying. Opening zip files from safari via app also randomly triggers this. very frustrating and as a paid app, very disappointing.
This app is actually pretty good!
This app gives a simple and easy explanation on how to download a text/font file onto your phone or mac and it works very well! Although, I would prefer a slightly more detailed explanation on how to share that file between platforms and any possible ways to transform this into a keyboard (if any). All in all I would recommend this app if you ever need to download a font/text file onto your phone!
Works - Easiest to watch the videos first
Glad I watched the videos before deciding to purchase. The drag-and-drop made the process easier imo. Found this app when the one I had last used turned subs-only, so an extra thanks for keeping your app one-time pay instead of subscription.

Doesn’t completely work as advertised
Let me start by saying I do not regret the $3 spent on this app. I find it very easy to use and download free apps found in the internet and convert to my iPad. I have 0 problems downloading these apps into my pages program and they work perfectly. Pages is currently my new favourite program to use because of this. However, saying that....this program puts these fonts very easily into my word and I can see them in my list but I am unable to actually use the font in this program. I keep getting the message that I don’t have enough memory and try shutting other pages that are open in order to have enough available space. I originally thought this was my problem because I was using an older iPad and only had about 15gb of memory left of my 128gb available. I no longer believe it to be an issue with my iPad as I just purchased another iPad and am currently running with only 14gb used of my available 128gb available but I am still getting the same message. Would love a solution to this problem. Two suggestion I would have also is 1)it would be very handy if the program some how distinguished in the list of fonts that we added to our own list outside the app those that have actually been installed vs. the ones that are just sitting there waiting to be installed. It could be as simple as a little astrid or star beside the ones that are already installed 2) I wouldn’t mind if the program needed to be signed into when being used. The reason I say this is because I just purchased a new iPad as mentioned and when I installed the app onto my new iPad, all the fonts I already put into the app did not transfer. I do realize I would have to actually manually install each one on the new iPad but now I actually have to go the web to add them all first too. Something to note: I have not tried any other font app to know if this one is better or worst than others out there.
