Not happy

I bought the pro thinking I would be able to add the fonts I install on the keyboard but turns out I can’t and now I have no use for it.

— JoannaGabriela

add zalgo

please fonts i need this!! my keyboard is kinda zalgoless… ive been searching for a free font app, tryna get one that has it…

— TridentDVN

Hello

First i like the fonts a lot and thank you , but I don’t know how to add a new font from the home page to the keyboard ?

— belan88

What’s the point?

If the only option to use the app is to pay, why not just have the price upfront on the download button? 🙄

asking me too much

when i try to use the keyboard, it always tell me to use fonts pro which makes it really annoying because i have to delete the app then rebuy it. I wish this was fixed

— FishOfTheYear

Good ENOUGH I guess

It’s pretty good it’s just that I can’t pay

— Angel-a thug

No good

I’m recommending for you not to buy. I tried to get it to work twice. I bought it twice. The second time they won’t refund my money. I feel scammed. Such a bummer.

— lll1967

Please read before purchase

I made a huge mistake of not reading what applications this font works supports. I made purchase and was happy to use it, then… i realized it only works for applications i do not use, i needed the font for imessage, etc… trying to contact the company, but nothing so far. I’m a bit upset for not reading throughly. Again it was my mistake and not the developer, just trying to see if i could get their Fancy Fonts and not to go through the refund trouble.

Does not work on phone as advertised

It simply does not work on phone

Fine

I just wanted many fonts for my iPad but I didn’t know I had to pay for it! I wrote “FREE apps for iPad” and this came up.

DOES NOT WORK

Purchased full version and it does NOT work. Still only have access to basic fonts you get with free version even after downloading a bunch of new fonts, they do not display as a font you can choose from the keyboard and you can’t even copy/paste it from the app of your desired font. SCAM!

Why

(Only doing 5 stars so people will see this) I downloaded this thinking it would work without having to lay money, the AppStore even said it didnt have in-app purchases, yet it does, and im not wasting money just for an app that probably wont even let me change the font for everything on my iphone, do not download, do not buy the subscription. 0 Stars

FREE!

2/10

it’s nice but it’s not worth 20$ when you can’t use it in all your apps.

Only 1 Font Can Be Installed for Free

Can't really assess much of the functionality without paying for Premium, as the default "Free" version only allows for a single font installation.

— jkizer82

More font for simplified Chinese

Maybe add more simple Chinese fonts? Or install a ttf font file from download?

OUTSTANDING App

I had been looking for an app for a VERY LONG time for my iPhone so that my messages could look a little bit fancier. I could NOT find what I was looking for until last weekend. When I searched the App Store for Fonts, I ran across the 1st App to my liking. It's called Font Installer, and let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY penny of it - SO many features, fonts, aesthetics, etc. Ran into some problems in being able to apply it to my iPhone / iPad "Notes" app and was told that the "Notes" App does NOT allow System Fonts to be changed; no problems. The App works VERY WELL in Microsoft Office and OTHER programs, just scroll down the list, and you will see where it's titled iPhone and iPads Fonts and wholla the fonts you installed are there. So, I decided to ask Customer Service IF they sell any App that WOULD allow me to use "specialized" fonts say in Notepad, or iMessage, and YES there IS an App called Fonts (Fancy Fonts) that does just that. It's an App that allows you to use the choosing of a different "Keyboard" instead. You simply type into the keyboard then you can Paste / Copy the text, or simply IF the App allows it, use it directly. The service I received was OUTSTANDING !!!! EXCEPTIONAL. I spoke with Veronica, and she was SO helpful, easy to understand (she's in Slovakia) and she went over and above. As with ANY App, there is a learning curve. Veronica just made it simpler for me to understand. Would like to THANK Veronica for her OUTSTANDING service she provided and the PROFESSIONALISM she showed in getting my issues taken care of. The Customer Service for this business is OUSTANDING, they get back to you immediately and are VERY helpful. As a Lifetime Customer of their business, I would RECOMMEND these products (Apps) to anyone looking to spice up their IM's or spreadsheets, documents, presentations, etc ... You'll be very happy. The App has so many fonts available! Keep up the great work you do and let the designers know that their hard work is appreciated. Sincerely, Tomas Petrik United States America

no…

From me this is a no first of all this is for applications I don’t use second of all please make this app for all things likt YouTube,Messenger,IMessage etc but seriously only those applications!? Yeah no I immediately deleted it bc of these reasons and u need vip for more than one font.. I downloaded it bc it looked like it would work but it didn’t read the reviews before download

— 🤮no🤮

Could be better.

The 1200+ fonts offered aren’t anything special, and you can’t add on any of the hundreds of thousands available throughout the internet. It does at least install fonts the iOS 13 way which is safer than many other font apps. Really the only thing that puts this a step different than Adobe is it doesn’t seem to require background app refresh and the fonts are one time purchase. Adobe though still has close to 1200 available in it’s free tier plan anyways.

— Rhomboidspace

Limited

Not clear based on description and screenshots is the fact that this app is severely gimped by the premium paywall. Without premium, it has the common selection of fonts seen in similar products, most of which are incomplete in that they don't contain bold, italics, etc (To clarify, a few do, and it's no fault to the developer either). Don't scroll the list making a selection of different fonts you'd like to try out as you'll just be wasting your time. Only a single font installation at any given time is granted without accepting one of the many constant BUY PREMIUM, HERE'S A "DEAL" pop-ups to unlock the only useful functionality of this tool. Besides all that, I guess it otherwise does it's job. This rant is merely expressing my personal annoyances as a heads up to the next person to follow my footsteps. 🍻

— hotdog 🌭 🤑

An Ok app, but not perfect.

It’s missing needed fonts.

— Adam A. Wanderer

Awesome!!!

Great app!!

— AMP0606

Ehhh

It only allows you to download ONE font before making you buy the subscription 🙄

Showstoppers? Apparently not.

This app has the potential to be great. But I can’t tell without buying it. Two showstoppers get in the way. (1) They offer 1200 font families … with no apparent search. Is it too much to ask how many Caslon clones are available? Which means you have to manually scroll through all 1200 fonts. Bet the A&B fonts are most popular. Hope you’re not looking for Zapf Chancery. (2) You can install one font family with the free version. Hope you know what you want, because you can’t change that one font family. Sure, you can uninstall and reinstall that one family… but you can’t change your mind to test another family. You got one shot. No undo. (3) A terminology quibble: there’s a difference between a font and a font family that’s ignored here. A jarring imperfection on a otherwise superior implementation of the feature set. (Summary) So… How about something nice? The app is polished, well designed. The aesthetic choices are spot on. The font background info is icing on the cake. Except for the lack of search, the user journey feels perfect. A+ to the UI team. Despite the vast number of font families offered (you’re definitely going to find a visual equivalent of that font you’re looking for), it’s easy to use. They captured a simplicity that’s downright elegant. Looks like it could have been a great app. If. EDIT: So elegant I bought the paid version. “Showstoppers“ seems to be an exaggeration.

Only app that does it the right way

This is the only font installer app I could find that uses the “correct” method. Most of the others have you install a configuration profile; while iOS will say that the profile installs a font, it won’t show up in General -> Fonts and apps may or may not see it. This app does it right.

— rquitter

Not worth it

Scam

— Friendly Neighborhood Hulk

It’s okay

Useful showing different typography app has a lot of potential but the execution is hit and miss wish the font preview showed different specimens and change the font size to make it easier to read…
