Amazing driver ever
Outstanding
Great price excellent drivers very respectful and honest especially a rider name Samba. Much of a gentleman.
Needs to more improvement
Little amount of the stuff, taking too much time to pick up, many wrong directions in pick up !!
Fair and perfect not in peak times
It needs an update during peak time it’s freezing
Driver
Good driving & Excellent Behaviour
Uber is cheaper and same cars
Over priced
I love Bahrain taxi
The cars are clean and they really have a fare price I love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️the drivers wait and patient
Overcharge
We were charged 3 BD more by the taxi driver than what was quoted on the app. The whole point of using the app is so that you get a cheaper price than ringing up, but what's the point if they add extras on when you finish the journey
Some drivers are cheat, they want money more than bill when i pay cash.
Why they do that? If I give trips this is ok, why they make high bill? 😀
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I had the best experience as a first time user. The driver was polite professional and the car was super clean. I wish there would be a 7 star or more
Price not the same
The price not the the same when you book , after the drop the driver will ask more as he said it changed by the app not by him

رائع
🤧
Worse than before. I have to wait longer to find a free taxi
Good service.
I recommend 5 star
Great app and easy to use
Loved the app and easy to use but IOS 9.2 doesn't work the app please support IOS 9.2
Drivers don't know how to use app
The app itself is great. It could be better, but it gets the job done. The drivers are useless. They don't use the GPS features, they overprice and blame the app, and don't interact accurately (eg. A driver notified me through the app that he was here when he wasn't).
Excellent service
I found it really good . No matter what’s the time - I get it within time . Cheaper than other app provider in Bahrain. Car is cleaned and driver professional .
Terrible app
Ordered a taxi to go to the airport. Said I had cancelled even though I didn’t and almost made me miss my flight.
Good app
This app really help me at any time, good prices , always at time , clean , good cars, respect drivers, I recommend it for sure, muy bueno!!!
Magnifique taxi bahrain
Bahrain Taxi
Bahrain taxis are indifferent to its users as much as possible! I had a situation: I was a new user and did not notice how I indicated the payment for a taxi by bank transfer, but at the end of the trip I paid for a taxi in cash. I had a very busy day and none of the taxi drivers said that I had to pay by card, it turns out I paid at a double rate. When I wrote about this situation to the Bahrain taxi support service, they didn't even try to send me an answer! It's a great disappointment! Be prepared that you can pay twice for your inattention and no one will tell you about it. That day I paid three times in cash and my card was charged three times. Thank You So Much
Amazing serves
I love service in Bahrain taxi
Hidden charges!
After scheduling a taxi for specific time and it shows the estimated cost for BD 7... once I was dropoff it says extra charge BD 3 which total was BD 10... They should mention everything from the begining.. never to try this app again!
Service

Complaining
