Easy and Practical
I’ve been using this Mediterranean diet app for a few months now, and what I really like is how simple it keeps things. The meal plans are clear and don’t require any fancy ingredients or complicated cooking skills, which is perfect for my hectic schedule. It’s nice to have everything laid out without having to spend hours searching for recipes or making endless grocery lists. The grocery list feature saves me a ton of time at the store because I know exactly what to buy for the week. I just open the app and go - no second-guessing or overbuying. The portion adjustments are a small detail, but honestly, super helpful when I’m just cooking for myself or occasionally for two. It makes meal prep way less wasteful. Nobodies home.
Nobody answers messages and I can’t open this app in my wife’s phone to share the grocery list. $65 for a year gone.
Great recipes
Loving the recipes but I only gave it 4 stars because I would like the app to include a calorie counter and give recommendations for what brands they are using for the given calories that are listed per each meal. Examples.. Bread, Tortillas, etc.
An overpriced recipe book
I’m a bit disappointed I was looking for some thing that would help me meet my macro goals for the week and make recipes for the Mediterranean diet. But all this does is give you four recipes a day listed out with the ingredients. There is no macro nutrient information and there’s no way to customize the recipes to match your macro nutrient goals so basically you could just go to any website that has Mediterranean recipes pick four and it’s the same thing only This puts it in a little box for you and cost $12 a month, this is a lot of money to pay for recipes that you can get for free online just so that they can put in a box for you. I don’t see any evidence that they’ve picked certain meals to fit my caloric needs although I presume that is why they asked me my weight goals. I don’t see anything to let you track your weight goals. This doesn’t have any tools really it’s basically like an overpriced recipe book.
Buggy but probably best med diet app I’ve used
Good overall, nice interface and the recipe directions are great. Replace feature doesn’t find other specific recipes through search for filter. Shopping cart feature is buggy and deletes items you haven’t selected.
Simple way to eat better
I’ve tried a bunch of healthy eating apps, but this Mediterranean one has been the easiest for me to stick with. It’s not overwhelming or filled with too many features I won’t use. Everything is just clear and straightforward. I open it each day, check the meal plan, and that’s it. No decision fatigue, no trying to figure out what’s for dinner - it’s already planned out for me. What I really appreciate is how normal the recipes are. They’re not overly complicated or full of hard-to-find ingredients. Most of the meals are made with stuff I already have in the kitchen. And honestly, I’ve discovered a few new favorites along the way. I wouldn’t say I’m a great cook, but this app makes it feel easy. The grocery list helps, too. I don’t use it all the time, but when I do, it saves me from forgetting half the ingredients at the store. The meal plan is flexible enough that I don’t feel bad if I skip a day or swap things around. I don’t track every single thing religiously, but I’ve noticed I feel better and more energized since I started following the meals. It’s helped me eat more balanced without thinking about it too much. It’s also just taken a bit of pressure off - I used to get stuck in food ruts or stress over what to cook, and now I don’t have to. I don’t feel like I’m on a diet, just eating better without overthinking it. That’s been the biggest win for me.

Never could get this app to work right. It would take 15 minutes to download the recipes. Cancelled. Dusted App
Canceled Same Day and was Still Charged
I logged into the app for the free trial, saw that it was quite what I needed, and went into my Apple account to cancel. Same day I downloaded the app. And I just got charged for a year subscription!

Paid for subscription but can’t open anymore! App was good when I could use it.
Many easy recipes!
Thanks for the many delicious and easy to cook recipes you provide. This has changed my daily routine completely to having healthy meals and short cooking breaks. I’m running a competition with friends for creating healthy habits and this app has helped so much with that. Love it! Thanks for the great meal plans and recipes to support my diet goal 🙏🏼
App problems
I couldn’t get past the height question on my phone; there’d count use the app. What’s the point? I tried multiple times, rebooted, etc etc.
Not at all free
I don’t mind apps requiring subscriptions, but make it known before someone bothers to download and go through the intro of the app. Other than putting in some information about yourself, there is absolutely nothing free about the app. It’s subscription required ($12/mo or $40/yr).
Good but could be better
My biggest complaint is when you want to replace food items they give you a list of all the same stuff to switch there is not dinner specific food or breakfast ect. I wish they had different foods for different meal times.. for instance who really wants celery and raisins for dinner
Didn’t expect much… but it really helped me change
I’m not a fan of complicated diets or spending hours in the kitchen so when I found this Mediterranean diet app, what really sold me was how simple and fast it is especially after I upgraded to Premium. The Premium plan gives me easy meal plans every day that don’t take forever to cook. The recipes are straightforward, no fancy ingredients or long prep times. Plus, the step-by-step instructions make it super clear what to do next. I don’t have to guess or waste time watching videos or reading complicated stuff. Another thing that saves me so much time is the grocery list. It’s automatically made for the week based on the meals, and I can check off what I already have at home. I just take the list to the store and boom, done. No more last-minute trips or forgetting things. It really takes the stress out of meal prep. I also like that I can exclude ingredients I don’t like or can’t eat, so the app only shows me meals I actually want to make. That cuts down on scrolling and decision fatigue which is huge when you’re busy. Honestly, the whole thing fits perfectly into my hectic life. I spend less time stressing about what to eat and more time just eating healthy food that tastes good and makes me feel good. If you want something that makes healthy eating quick and easy without all the hassle or complicated stuff, this Premium plan is definitely worth it!
Not free app
Thought this was a free app with in app purchases but it is not free at all!! Wants you to set up an account and then it says “choose your plan”!! Nothing was free at that point
No free trail but the recipes are good
First off I will say I downloaded this app and was excited to do the free trail to see if this was something that would work for me and my hubby. I wasn’t allowed any access in the app until I payed for it. Right up front it asks for your information and charges you before you can even see if you like the app. I paid for a whole year thinking I’d get to choose before I had to pay... nope😑 so because of that I am trying to get my moneys worth out of it. Pros: it has a lot of healthy recipes it has a grocery list to help you know what to buy and it plans out three meals plus a snack each day for you which you can go in and replace and change and save if you like it. We’ve tried two so far and really enjoyed them and are going to continue using the app till the year is up. Cons: it has way too much going on from when you first open it up. Some people may love the fact that it has every day planned for you already and you have to either go in a change each one (breakfast lunch snack and dinner) for each day to things you have or may like or want to try. It’s been very time consuming for me and not as easy as I hoped. I don’t like the fact that even after you completed the day it still stays there the next day. Again some people may like this and go back and see what they had that day but for me it’s just more unnecessary stuff going on with the app. I wish I hadPurchased Mealime who actually gave me a free trail because they each week let you pick your meals so you can plan around that versus this app where you have to go and do each and every day And replace things or add things which again is very time consuming. This app has potential to be amazing especially with some of the recipes they have done which are super yummy but it honestly for me it’s more of a pain to use then what I was hoping for. I’m basically using the app for recipes instead of keeping track of my weight and calories like I was hoping this app would be able to help me do because it’s a pain and time consuming to use.
Finally found a plan I can follow
I started using this Mediterranean diet app since Jan when I made a decision to finally take care of my health for real this time Been tryin diets on and off for years but nothing ever stuck either too hard to follow or just boring or not enough guidance but this one feels different in a good way Every day I get a meal plan already made with breakfast lunch dinner and even snacks and I don’t have to think what to cook or eat it’s all there and it tells me the calories protein carbs and all that so I actually know what I’m eating which helps a lot The food is actually tasty too not that bland diet food I used to hate it’s like real Mediterranean meals with veggies fish olive oil and stuff I actually enjoy and it’s simple enough to cook even when I’m tired after work If there’s something I don’t feel like eating that day I just swap it for another one from the catalog and it gives me a new idea right away I love that part cause I like some variety and don’t wanna eat the same stuff every week I also started tracking my meals and my weight inside the app and that really keeps me on track I’ve already lost a few pounds since January and more than that I feel better more energy better digestion and even sleepin better It doesn’t feel like I’m dieting it just feels like I’m finally eating how I should have been all along clean simple healthy and balanced The app makes it easy to stay on it no pressure no guilt if you miss a day it just helps you get back in the flow If you’re someone like me who wanted to eat better and live healthier without a bunch of rules and stress this app is def worth a try New year really did mean a new life for me and this app has been a big part of that
Not for me
I'm not sure what I really expected, but the app just tells you something different to eat at every meal and lists all the ingredients. I am not going to spend thousands at the grocery store on all these random meals. I should have looked into the app more before paying for the year subscription. Live and learn. Don't waste your money.
Misleading in app purchase
Great app, love the shopping list. However, in the app description in the App Store it says $1.99/month for the meal plan. When u open up the app and signup for the 7day free trial, it says $12.99/month. That's a big difference

Best diet App Ever!
I started going to the doctor and was told I need to change my diet to eat healthier. Mediterranean diet was recommended. I found this app and it was simply amazing. The recipes are easy and the food is tasty. It does everything from create a grocery list for you, plan your meals out and guide to a healthier life style. I can’t say it enough this is the best diet app you will find.

This app is terrible. Paid for it because I thought I could log my own meals and can’t. I will be cancelling asap.

Don’t get.
The app kicked me out after 3 months and I am out $40. Says my email was deleted. Emails for help go answered. Buyer beware.
App is not good after 6 months
After 6 months of working fairly well and recipes are great, for the most part other then it was false advertisement on tracking weight and progress which it does NOT, the app kicked me out. Says my account may have been “deleted” I’ve reached out to the developers and have had no response. I’ve paid for a year. Complete rip off if you ask me. May be an AG thing to do….
