What people like

- Ads and payment prompts interrupt your flow constantly
- App crashes or closes when you scroll too far
- Syllable counter often counts wrong for short words
Suggestion
I really love it when you search a word and all the songs that have the word come up. It’s very helpful to my process. but it would be even better if you could search within a one poem for a specific word and it would bring you to that word in the poem instead of me having to read through each time to look for a specific line. My poetry is long and if there was just one thing to improve this app to make it total perfection this is the feature that would take the app to the next level. I still love this app sooo much! Genuinely its helped unlock the lyricist in me so thank you so much for that.
nice

thabk you
Can’t see any of my poems clearly it is double text
I have tried everything that they suggest to fix this. All my poetry is double text over each other in the file department. So I can’t even see what I’m tapping onto once I randomly tap on something I find the poem but that’s not helpful when I’m trying to access my poems.
Pretty good
I wish they had more options for helping writers like just having words that rhyme doesn’t help that much anymore so if it’s possible add like other options to help but in total pretty decent app 3/5

Free trial is bogus
I purchased this app almost a year ago as a free trial and then cancelled it on time before the expiry and they still charged me full price for an entire year. I don’t need to use a rhyming app for a year. Wth? Y’all would not even refund my money to my Apple Card even though I had cancelled on time. That’s not nice. It makes you look bad. And I still supposedly have full access to this app according to my Settings app but clearly that’s not the case. I offloaded it from my iPhone several months back and just tried to reopen it and I did but it wants me to pay again when clearly my subscription doesn’t expire until October 2026. I can send you a screenshot to prove what I’m saying to you. It’s so unfair that you offered me a free trial and even though I cancelled it y’all still charged me for a full damn year. I certainly won’t be suggesting to any of my friends (the one’s in the music community who write song lyrics) about your inconsiderate company or your so called rhyming app. Das not rice.🥺
Great tool
Great tool for completing rhymes and i love the syllable counter. It really would be great if you could add a feature to COLLABORATE with friends on the same page.
Works with patience
Once you scroll down far enough it cancels out and closes the app so technically you can't actually browse much. There a ton of dumb glitches like that and honestly this app isn't worth my time. But you can write songs with it and connect with other songwriters if you have the patience to manage the glitches.
Damn
Can’t log into my account so now I gotta start from scratch

Needs work
Functionality is horrible. Hard to edit and make changes. Need simple key features.
So many bots, spammers, and scammers.
I used to love this app, but the presence of scammers/spam artists on the social media part of it has gotten worse and worse. There needs to be some kind of moderation and way to report bad acting profiles to have them removed.
It was perfect but all of my bars have been deleted and I can’t sign in
I use this app almost everyday, all of a sudden it signed me out and now I can’t sign back in. Every email I’ve tried to sign it with apparently hasn’t been linked to an account. When I Sign in with Apple ID it wants me to make a new account. Please help me recover my account I have about 3 years worth of songs that were deleted!!!
Good app
Cool App
Dozens of songs lost forever.
I wrote dozens of songs on this app and then it logged me out and I was unable to log back in to recover them. I will carry this weight to my grave. My heart is so broken.
I like it
It’s so easy to write poetry that I feel like I’m cheating. I do wish it indicated syllable stress.
Randomly locked me out of my account
Sometime last year for some reason the app logged me out and I haven’t been able to get back into my account since meaning I’ve lost years of written music as I had even moved all my lyrics from my notes onto Rhymers block and I haven’t been able to get it back since so unless it’s something that can be fixed I wouldn’t recommend Ps: aside from that the app was great
Locked out
I have been locked out of my account and can not access it
great app
best app for writers
I Would rather die, then look at this app, after this review
This App is the WORSTTT app on the planet, these ai bots made it seem like it was gone help me. And my subscription had 3 days today was the third, lets specify that its gonna end after three days; not on the third day, I hope whoever made this app loses all their money like I did🤦🏾♂️
Stillmagic
App is great but there is scammers and on it that need banned. Should have an audio recorder this would make the app so much more better and I highly recommend getting it done. You can at least record your work back to let others hear it instead of using separate platforms to upload it.
Sad to see it become like every other app
I used this app for years, ever since I was a pretty young teen I used the app to express my feelings into poems and had fun writing, like everyone else! I re downloaded recently and was pretty upset to see it turn into another cash grab, I need to pay for rhyme suggestions now? Pay for no advertisements? The app used to be amazing and had an amazing community. Lots of us sharing and relating to one another. I remember specifically one person I met on the app would write about his poverty and the depression that came with it. It’s sad to see now that the app he used to express his life is now also a contributor to that, or now he and many others won’t be using it anymore. A once amazing app that allowed people to connect and share, that was it. Unlimited rhyme suggestions, no ads, just people expressing love for one another, now another cash grab. Unfortunate
More
Needs more designs and features like recording a sketch of my demo whiles written and the looks as well
It's essential
I don't know what I would do with out Rhymers block since I got the app about 4--5 years ago it's been a game changer I keep all my songs on here I do t loose them anymore or have to rewrite them ty Rhymers block
money
took all of my money even though i cancelled subscription
Issues
Love the app, been having some issues since upgrading to iOS 17.4.1, app doesn’t seem to load. Hope it gets resolved soon!
Degradation
How?… it was so simple… you had the formula/code right years ago… 😂😭 you cooked it bro, you ruined it. Idk what you been upto jit, but you fried this ish so badly, unusable garbage at this point. I used this for five years. Back to the notes app. Figure it out bro.
This
Good app but now they’ve forced the ads
Would be 5 stars
But every time I’m inspired and open the app it ask me for a review and stats every time! Come on… very uninspiring…
Screwed
I’ve been saving work on this app for years and now it’s all gone. Don’t take a chance.
Pretty good
This app is a good app for people who would like to write there own songs. I have been looking for a song writing app for ages and I think this might be the one ? !! 👍😀I highly recommend Maybe it could add a voice recording section and add a beat to your music if you can’t play an instrument.!?
Unable to log back into my account
Loved this app until I got logged off and now I can’t access my account through Facebook so I’ve lost all my lyrics that I have been writing for years. I’m so sad :(
Much Room for Improvement
Limited font selection. Fonts far too small. Allow the user to access any font on the system and to increase font size much more. Likewise, make the rhyme colour-scheme user-definable.
It rocks
I’m really enjoying using this app
Non-stop crashes
This app has so many people paying for certifications and they still can’t fix the app crashing anytime you scroll down in it
More languages?
Love this app when writing poems in English! I’d really love a French language compatibility though! While the app does recommend French words as possible rhymes to English ones, they rhyme according to English pronunciation. I understand that If there were a French version it would have to take into account the highly rigorous rules of French poetry rhyming to be successful but It would be greatly appreciated! :-) I haven’t been able to find a French substitute for this app.
Rhymes are gone?!
Love this app, been using it for yonks, woke up this morning to all my raps and lyrics all gone and signed out my profile and can’t get back in? Tf is going on bro? Years of work gone
add option to disable shake to undo feature

Great for Rap
It’s so good for writing my raps. Highlights all the rhyme schemes I have and it’s so useful!
Forty quid a year, ad infinitum
Subscription costs are bitin’ bitin’
Great community one big thing tho
It’s an amazing and such useful app. But I logged out of my account and I can’t make another one. Please reply I need to get back into my account.
Double charged
Have been using the app for a while now, it’s a great app, although I paid for pro using an ANZ card for $14.99 on 18th of December, and have recently been double charged through my PayPal with a card linked from a complete different bank on the 8th of January for the pro which is stated in the app as a one off purchase forever, I put in a dispute about the double charge and have now had my RB pro status revoked, I would like an explanation as to why this is, have screenshots of both charges with the dates I was charged for it, and as it’s one of the very, very few apps I have spent money one, with maybe one or two more that I really enjoy, I know what charges come from where with my bank accounts or linked cards/money transfer services.
I like it but...
The algorithm for counting syllables in a line is not perfect. It counted 7 syllables in the word “shouldn’t” and would often count “it’s” as two syllables. Despite that the syllable counting was fairly useful and the way as soon as you write a word a tool bar at the bottom of the screen pops up with words that would rhyme with it is amazingly handy, along with the fact it has a thesaurus and dictionary as well.
Poetic Kidd
I love this app it’s helping me out real good with my poetry writing
Do not get this app
Unless you want your privacy violated to the extreme. I’ll be reporting to law enforcement as the developer decided not to answer my questions about the situation
Support
Needs a delete items lest an it well be perfect.
Bought on Mac
I bought this app on my Mac but I cannot access pro features from my phone. If I could that would be amazing but apparently this is not a feature? Or I didn’t link something right? I shouldn’t have to pay for the app twice.
Love this app but
Recently the app shuts down on its own. Takes about 3-5 seconds after opening.
