What people like
- Very accurate step counting overall
- Simple and easy to use interface
- Works well with Apple Watch complications
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Syncing issues cause wrong step counts
- Apple Watch integration is unreliable
- Recent updates removed important history data
This is a great app!
This app has become a part of me! I glance at it a few times a day to see how far I have walked!
Dissatisfied
Random steps are recorded on some days with inaccurate activity times & other days record nothing!
Okay app
I would enjoy this app more if it offered more options
Widgets and watch do not update properly
There’s a syncing issue that makes this useless for my purposes. It regularly shows the prior day’s steps in widgets and on my watch.
nun zählt er wieder…
Totalausfall vom 03. bis 09.08.26! Löschen, Neuinstallation halfen nicht. (neueste Software!) Ab 10.08.26 zählt er wieder. Ich habe noch einen anderen Schrittzähler, der mir etwas genauer anzuzeigen scheint. Es gibt leichte Differenzen zwischen beiden.
It’s really good
App is awesome
Garbage!!!
This is the most inaccurate pedometer app I have used. Plus when leaving a review, they add their own words and rate it 5 stars even though I did not! This app is so outdated and a complete waste of time! Do NOT download it

Not good
It stopped communicating with my Apple Watch and reading from app is not accurate at all
I love they app
But it sometimes doesn’t register steps or takes hours to update your steps but I know I’ve done them so not really bothered fix this please thank you .

Great !!
Not the best
Not accurate
Review
Greatest tool ever
I used to love it
Love it when it works. But it won’t record data for months at a time.
Graphs
Need better graphs and able to see steps over a time so I can send my Dr stats
9 years using it
Highly recommended
Doesn’t work
Most of the time this app doesn’t count steps properly...such a shame.
Rob
Great app
Does not work all the time???
Erratic functioning 🤬
Partly happy
I am partly happy with this app. The only issue is the floor part. It seems to not read all the stairs and it reads the elevator.
Works as advertised
Just does exactly what it says without complexity. The Apple Watch function also works well.
Entering information was so long winded
I thought this would be a great app but it takes a while to set yourself up for example your weight and height. I literally had to sit there and keep hitting the up or down button so many times I got bored. Then I accidentally looked at a text that came in and because I hadn’t saved it, the setup process took me back to the beginning. After that I deleted the app, and found one that doesn’t take that long to set up.
Steps count
Brilliant app, the steps count for Apple watch app and complication don’t match what’s on apples activity app which needs fixing, steps slightly higher then apples activity app reports
Ads are unbearable
Way too much emphasis on ads. While working out too often the ad is touched while trying to check progress. Extremely annoying while running. After years with this app I’m ready to delete it. Additional information: I DID pay the subscription fee and still had to deal with ads much of the year.
Évaluation
En test !
Dependable
Keeps constant track of all my steps when I am carrying my phone.
Disappointed
Showed 17000+ on my watch but the app only showed 6000+
Quite good
I like this app it’s quite good but I wish there was a feature where you can manually add steps on to get a total step count.left my phone at home this morning but had a pedometer with me but there’s no way to add what I’ve achieved
Разочарование
Половина дней не записывается
Watch Complication
It’s a really nice app. Nice clean interface and I like the step counters visible on the watch face. However that seems intermittent, when you have the Complication in the middle of the Watch day on Modular you get the step counts. However when it’s a corner Complication, although the preview shows you get a small step count you only actually get a small progress circle. Am I missing a setting or something?
Great App!
Does what it claims to do.
Crashes on iwatch
Doesn’t work on Apple iwatch anymore. Just crashes.
Good but...
Has to turn off notifications as every morning it says oops you only did xxxmiles yesterday when in fact it was a lot more. Yesterday I did 9000 steps and the notification said oops you only did 1200 steps
Apple Watch
These apps for the Apple Watch don’t work with the Apple Watch... it requires me to carry my phone around with me. I work on my feet 9 hours a day. The apps used to work with my watch. Not sure what changed. I can not carry my phone in me at work. Would be great if it would work with my watch.
Need a Sixth Star
Very accurate ap. Best of all the step aps I've tried.
Great Pedometer App!
Stepwise Pedometer is a great way to keep track of your daily exercise routine and can be used with other health oriented apps to monitor your progress!
Review
Since your last update I can no longer see my steps per day for the last week,
Stepwise
Just love this app. Its the one that I use the most. Brilliant.!
Was fab now really buggy
Hate new update for layout. Take it back to the previous one. Much more straight forward and easy to read!!!
No reset button
Where's the reset button? Otherwise alright.
Does everything I need, simply
Used the app for several years. Me, I don’t like wearing watches but always have my phone in my pocket. It works to track my steps and active time. Brilliant.
Really disappointed
App updated yesterday and since then it has lost all of my data. I cannot see my history nor can I edit any of my personal data to get the app started again. Please fix this
Simple but effective
Basic step counting app which does a great job at tracking daily movements. It allows you to enter personal data and goals, so making your results personalised to you. No glitches I'm aware of and its free so that's great!
Doesn't like the new look
Please go back to the original ui..this looks bad and cheap
Okayish
The app works fine. But the interface is really really sick. Secondly, there is no way to see step count older than 7 days. Thirdly, the trip feature isn't that useful. Functionality wise, it's a good app and much more stable than endomondo life.
Stepwise counter
Best pedometer by far !! Accurate - steady keeps you walking ! Easy to read & keeps amazing record
Rubbish new update
Updated version 3.0.2 still doesn't show my history it has from 21 June and that's it doesn't go any further back. And the widget doesn't update until u go into the app again. On the old version the widget would always update as you walked so u didn't have to go into the app. Can this be rectified. Then maybe the update will be better. Thanks
Good
good to count steps and up to 7days history....
Seems to work.
As stated seems to work
