app gone from watch
this morning i woke up and my app was gone from my watch. how do i get it back? is it due to the update?

Ok but does not provide every feature promised
I purchased the app specifically because it has Rest Days, and it said I can “adjust your daily step/push goal based on days you know you’re more/less active” when marking a day as a rest day. However all it does is turn off the goal feature entirely. This makes it the same as every other step counter app. It’s well designed over all but without this additional feature I feel that I wasted my money
Used to work well
I don’t know what happened with the latest update but it disappeared off my watch and now it doesn’t seem to show accurate steps at all. Used to use it to have a quick glance and see if my steps were high enough for the day for my StepBet. I can’t trust it anymore though. So likely going to remove it.
Apple Watch No Longer Real-Time
Since the last update, I have to force close the app on my Apple Watch series 9 to get steps to update on the Home Screen using “Just Steps” as my widget. It used to update real time.

Had a problem, emailed the developer directly from the app, he got right back to me with simple to understand directions on how to fix it. Great service…great app!
Sub par, needs some work
I chose this app, and paid for the plus, in part because of the widget options and goal setting. Widgets are just not available despite being shown in the preview images. (Emailed developer about it with no response) the vast majority of the time I cannot get the app to respond which trying to select history, insight or even settings. Wished I never paid for plus. Do not recommend.
Step reminders
I downloaded this app because I thought it would do with my Fitbit app would do which is remind me every hour if I haven’t been walking enough. It does not do that! Very disappointing.
Stopped working on apple watch after latest update
It was working great until last update! App now crashes when you ckick on it on Apple watch 3. Steps don’t display at all though it works fine on iphone. But my main use is on apple watch and now useless

Im lost
I can not get this to work. when I open the app All it tells me is to link it to Apple health. How do you do this? No instructions anywhere on the web I could find for this app... I had high hopes from reviews But hard to enjoy or rate it high when I can’t figure out how to get it to work. Sadly frustrated.
Just what I was looking for
I wished my Apple Watch had more Fitbit like features. This app is perfect. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is I wish you could do competitions with your friends
Disappointed
I really need an app I would love as much as I loved my Fitbit. I think the app does a great job of tracking my steps but only for”today”; I’m unable to look back at my activity from the day before. I was so hopeful, I even upgraded to the paid version but no change other than the ad banner.
Starting weight still not working
xyz123 left review on 12-26-18 that start weight cannot be entered. I downloaded the app a few days ago and I can’t enter start weight either. Enter weight press save & nothing happens. I can set goal weight but that’s it. No tracking. I sent 2 emails to support - no response yet. I’m going to rate the app 3.5 stars because its good on Apple Watch Modular face where it shows steps (on other faces it just shows icon - no steps - not so good). Once I can add weight this is a 5 star and I’ll probably buy the app to support the developer.
The missing link!
I’ve always wanted my Apple Watch to work like my Fitbit and this app does it beautifully—I know, I think I’ve tried most similar apps. I’ve checked this app’s counting accuracy and it’s dead on. I’ve needed this for a long time. Thank you!
Doesn’t work
No instructions, Not intuitive, could not get the app to work!
Great app
Since the new update, I’ve been contemplating getting rid of this app. Right now, I have it on my apple watch screen face. It now shows “upgrade to PRO” where the step counter used to be. That is counterproductive, in my opinion, to getting people to pay for an app. Please switch it back to the step counter!
Issues with ws3
I'm having issues with the complication not updating in a timely manor. Late it the day it will read 70 steps and I invoke the app from the dock and it updates to 4000 steps. I've uninstalled from phone, deleted the app and re download and set it up and still receive the same results. IPhone 6 running iOS 10. Serious 0 watch running ws3.
Latest update broke the app on an Apple Watch series 1

Upgraded and app still doesn’t work
And I’ve emailed ‘Casey’ for help twice now with no response. App won’t calculate my distance, stairs or goals - all have said zero since I got the app despite adding all Apple Watch permissions as instructed. Don’t bother!
Works extremely well on my Version 5 Nike watch
Keeps steps and distance but is a little flakey displaying on the Complication dial. It is a little slow to update or just displays Step it up.
Battery killer
Good app but I got it mainly to use with my Apple Watch at work to count my steps bc I cannot have my phone on me. It eats up the FULL battery in about 3 hours. Maybe less. But works well other than that and steps definitely seem accurate.

One small bug
I love the app, and I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for one small problem: it does not accurately measure the distance I have traveled. One day, for example, I took 21,795 steps, and it said the total distance was 13 feet. Another day, I’d taken close to 17,000 steps and it showed the total distance as 0.10 miles. If it wasn’t for this bug, I’d give the app 5 stars. It doesn’t appear to have this problem on my Apple Watch, just my iPhone.
Keeps changing my step goal and lbs. to kg ?
This app is great at surface level seems to do what it’s supposed to however several times now my weight has been changed from lbs. to kgs. on my watch through no effort from me. As in I didn't change it. In fact I’ve tried to change back to pounds and it reverts back to kg. Anyone else have this issue?? Additionally my step goal and weight are set correctly on phone with pounds and 10k steps but show up as kgs. And 8k steps on my watch?? What am I missing here? I’ve changed on watch but reverts back to kgs. And 8k steps on its own. My goal weight on watch is also incorrect but it is correct on iPhone? What gives? Suggestions please. And no I am not traveling so can’t understand the kg. To lb. conversion on its own.

Steps not showing correctly on Apple Watch face.
This app was working great when I first downloaded it to my Apple Watch 4. However since the last update of apple software, the Step It Up app is not showing the updated number of steps and it seems to not want to update after you get over 10,000 steps. If I click on the app and open it, it will show the right number of steps. But on my watch face, the number of steps does not always update.
A nice app but...
This is a very handy accurate step counter. However one little glitch in that in the Watch complication I have to keep opening the app for the complication to update which makes a complication pointless. Hopefully this can be fixed.
Steps not showing up on Apple Watch
I purchased the app specifically to be able to set a step goal on the Apple Watch and track my progress towards meeting the goal. My steps are not showing up on my watch, it is always at 0. Although within the app on my phone it is correctly calculating and also in sync with the watch activity tracker. Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks!

I used to use this app daily, but it has stopped working on my watch! I used to be able to see my steps on the front screen, but now it always says ‘0’ steps & when I try to open the app it immediately closes
Great steps app for Apple Watch
Love this app. Constantly updates the steps done on the Apple Watch complication, along with distance travelled unlike other step apps. Lovely visuals. The active calories doesn't quite function as it should, but this is to be corrected in an upcoming update! Superb app and a must have for fitness fans with an Apple Watch.
What happened to my steps on watch face !!
After last nights update the app is no longer compatible with my Apple Watch. I can no longer see my steps on the front face. Please fix this.
