This app can’t pay bills nor send etransfer sand no one can help and there is no client care
Unreliable app
Just trying to check my balance and I frequently get a message saying that online and mobile banking are unavailable right now. Very frustrating.
Updates
I like the app however the updates that are mandatory are excessive. If you don’t update you can’t use.
Great App
Does everything I need for my day to day banking. Links in with my wealth accounts and MC, lots of improvements over the past little while.
Stuck in the 2000’s
This app is pretty terrible to use. You can’t do a whole lot unless you walk into the branch. Pulling reports can be a pain as it comes in a generic PDF/Excel file with no filtering. Missing a ton of creature comforts when it comes to planning, budgeting, and daily banking. There’s a reason why this app isn’t even in the Top100 listing for Canadian financial services. Pick Wealthsimple instead, they’re leading in Canada and will soon make the big banks obsolete
Good overall
Haven't had many issues with this app, but the financial goal section of the app isn't working.
Adding Member Card to Apple Wallet
Tried so many times to add my member card to my wallet and verifying within the app but all it just does is goes into a loop between the wallet app and the Servus app. Please fix
Observations Bill Payments
Critique of rotating wheel for date- horrible moves random and very easy to make mistakes Use a calendar solves issues for accuracy observing and selecting Dates. Steps to set a bill payment and actual bill payment are too many and lack clarity and ease- again leading to errors.

Terrible App & Terrible Bank
Your app is terrible. Your banks barely have any ATMs and half the time they don’t even work or always down for maintenance. I need something reliable and I can access anytime I need money. Half the time I can’t even deposit or withdraw money. I wanted to get away from the big banks in Canada to smaller credit unions but I’m disappointed.

Servus Credit Union and staff have been great. I find that the mobile app has just become better and easier to use.

Can’t even pay bills on it
If you have a newer iPhone you can’t even pay your bill with the app. Super lame.

New app
This app has consistently gotten worse since November 2025. Can’t see accounts can’t internal transfer error codes on every page and a bank that seems to not care. My mom closed her account after 30 years due to the recent app issues.

This app gets worse after every update.

Unable to pay bills from the app or e-transfer. Can view accounts and swap between them only.

Switched from a major bank and this app is awful in comparison. Regretful switching over to this institution solely for how bad this app is. Why cannot I not make a credit card payment in the app?
One of the worst bank apps.
Unfortunately Servus is not a great institution overall. My card rarely works, their privacy policies are atrocious and no one seems to full understand them? And unfortunately the app rarely works.
App still not functioning correctly
Ever since they updated the app from a few weeks ago or months I still can’t pay bills via the app. Just circles around and then forced to log in through web browser.
Solid client service
I have used this app almost daily for more than 5 years. I pay bills, send e-transfers, move $ between accounts and track account balances. I highly recommend it.
Constantly down for maintenance👎👎
Down for maintenance wayyyy too much, to the point where I can’t log in whenever I need to because it’s always “not available” maybe you should fix it the first time instead of it being down for 4 days out of the week
Great.. when it works
Constantly not loading, having to log back in and redownload the app. My pay bills tab has not worked for so long when I have a bill to pay I just go online, don’t even bother waiting minutes for it to not load
Doesn’t Work
Interact transfers screen just hangs never lets me send money response I got was reinstall (which I already had) or use a browser…kinda defeats the purpose of a mobile app

Worst app i have used
Servus credit union online banking always takes for ever to load, have to close app and re open multiple time to get through a task. Yes it is updated to the newest version on my phone.
Love but STOP WITH ALL THE UPDATES
Vary useful but all these updates are getting tiring, please let me just use the app and not constantly needing to update.
Works…most of the time
Normally this app works great. Now it will not let me pay bills or transfer money. I have to log in to their actual website to use those services. Please fix!

App Glitch
Ability to pay bills or manage bill payee is unavailable thru app. i have to log on via website- not convenient. i’ve contacted support and the branch and am told there are no known problems . this has worked until their merger and app update - over 3 months no fix!

I used this app all the time for banking. Now it just completely shuts down every time I try to open it. This app is now pretty much useless. Please fix! This is so unprofessional.

I don’t know why, but since the last update, every time log in, the app shuts down!!! I can get in no problem on my laptop, but this app is 100% useless to me now. The original app was way more useful than this garbage. I only give one star because it won’t let me put zero stars

Can’t pay bills
I have been using bank apps since it’s inception, I wanted to change Servus as my main bank but will not due to the app. We have deleted it numerous times and re-added, checked for updates, reset my phone and still not able to pay my bills. I’ll be closing my account today and staying with Vision Credit Union
App doesn’t work
I’ve had this bank account since march and I cannot log into it anymore as soon as I press Singh in it kicks me out
