Time
It’s 2026. We have AI capable of recognizing and processing information from a photograph in seconds, yet somehow submitting a simple drug benefit claim has become more difficult and time-consuming than ever. Why am I still manually entering information that could easily be captured from a photo of the receipt? Take a picture, let the system recognize the pharmacy, prescription information, DIN, cost and date, and have the customer verify it before submitting. This technology isn’t futuristic—it already exists. Instead, the claims process seems deliberately cumbersome, with more steps and more frustration just to recover expenses covered under a benefit plan. At some point you have to wonder whether making the process this inconvenient is intentional—because the harder you make it to submit a claim, the more likely people are to simply give up. If that’s not the intention, then the alternative is that the company has simply failed to keep up with technology. Neither explanation reflects well on a company whose business is administering benefits. Customers pay for these benefits. Making them jump through unnecessary hoops to actually use them is unacceptable. Shameful, outdated, and incredibly frustrating. I’m not impressed at all.

Régulièrement l’appli ne s’ouvre pas. Je dois passer par le site web en ligne pour faire une réclamation. Peu commode pour la simplicité et la rapidité!
Broken uploads
The app document upload workflow is broken. When attempting to upload supplementary documents in response to a request for further information, the app will allow you to select a file but the upload will fail every time.

Plutôt lent et pas très intuitif à naviguer. Mais le gros point négatif à mon avis c’est l’impossibilité de faire quoi que ce soit avec les pdf de relevés fiscaux.. ça les affiches un point c’est tout… pas d’option d’impression ni de téléchargement.. vraiment poche

The app useless
Log in for 5 seconds and forces closes itself. Speechless

Ce serait bien de toujours enregistré les factures au moment de soumettre notre réclamation ça nous éviterait de conserver nos factures pendant 5 ans
Saved password or Face ID not working.
Although you prompt for Face ID option, once user agrees to it, it will never use it to sign in. Saved passwords don’t allow you to sign in either. Have to manually enter username and password each time.

Claim history experience is awful
1. Provide a way to view the claims that have been just submitted and/or are in progress (Currently not available). 2. Allow to view records for at least the last year (Currently not available). 3. Show the name of the patient in the clames history table and allow filtering by name (Currently not available). 4. Provide option to display Service Date in the clames history table (Currently not available).

Login buttons are cut off in iOS, cannot login!
It’s been a longtime that this is happening, and I still can’t tap on the login button, they are getting cut off by the iOS home bar, please fix it, it’s tax season!
Impossible de me connecter
J’aime bien l’application, mais récemment je me suis déconnecté et je ne suis plus capable de me connecter. Je mets mon nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe, mais quand il me demande ensuite mon adresse courriel personnelle, je clique sur continuer et plus rien ne se passe.
Face ID non fonctionnel
Depuis la récente mise à jour il est impossible d’activer Face ID pour ouvrir l’appli, alors qu’avec l’ancienne version, tout fonctionnait.
App is really simple
Great insurances, app is really simple too. Everything is paid right away at my dental appointments, and it shows on the app right. Better than sunlife and medavie, by a mile !

Trops d etape et le bouton continuer est en bas… Pas besoin d un bouton en bas si on a qu un choix par page. Garsez les choses simples svp merci

Ce n’est pas nécessaire de nous faire cliquer sur « continuer » quand il n’y a qu’un choix possible ! Par exemple, dans une réclamation, je sélectionne le nom d’un enfant : une fois sélectionné pourquoi ai-je besoin de cliquer sur continuer? Dans tout le processus ça doit ajouter au moins 5-6 clics inutiles.

Doesn’t work for older phones. App is only for the ultra rich.
Fix your password reset!!!!
I can’t log in anymore because I can’t reset the password. I see this issue has been going on for over a month. This is unacceptable.
Very slow
Sometimes it takes 2 minute to just to login. And sometimes it just never does.

comme à peu près tous les produits de desjardins, cette app ne fonctionne pas ! il demande d'updater nos adresses email pour plus de sécurité mais l'application bug à partir de là et plus rien ne fonctionne ... c'est super sécuritaire même les usagers sont incapables d'avoir accès à leurs informations
