Foreman
Professionalism made quick and simple
It freezes and crashes
The constant issues with this app is irritating. If they don’t fix it soon, companies will drop them.
Slow at times
Not sure if it’s the app or my phone, but I usually wait awhile for the app to load most of the time
Photos
Unable to add photos not sure what the deal is. Seems like a good app but it’s not letting me add photos.
App recommendations
Need option to draw on pictures
Time saver
Great app/software. We’ve been using Raken for years. The app is easy to use, helps me stay on top of projects and employees. The integrated time keeping app makes Raken even better. I would recommend Raken to anyone in the construction industry. My only gripe; they told me they were going to send me some merch for leaving great reviews and recommending and I never received anything.
Used to be decent
The app used to work flawlessly. Now, every time they send out a new feature or update it creates multiple other issues. The new time card set up is terrible. Constant bugs. Still no QR code technology implementation. Work with the program daily and very unimpressed.
No sign up
I keep getting whoops error
Loading
Raken takes a very long time to load. Sometimes it takes over a hour to be able to sign report.
Tasks
Need ability to take before and after images side by side like Procore
Saves us so much time
Everyone at my company was able to onboard easily and get started asap. First tech we've ever adopted for payroll and reports. Highly recommend
Don’t waste your time
I've been using the app for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. The constant issues and glitches make it nearly impossible to use smoothly. It's frustrating because I really like the concept of the app, but the technical problems just keep getting in the way every day. I hope they can address these issues soon because it's really impacting my overall experience. Be aware that there is no cancellation.
1 Year In
Overall program is working well. Still having some issues with pay period cut off dates and picture upload dates. Sometimes it puts pictures into the future.
A good tool
This is a good tool and makes reporting very easy once you are used to it. Bad management who want to micromanage your program love this tool. As a worker using it, its good. But as i said , it is easy to see it if for bad management that want to micromanage your projects
App raken
It’s honestly a easy app to learn and deal with I really like it
Can’t even sign up
I’d love to try the app, but my US phone number is “invalid”. Not sure why, it works on every other app and I even receive about 50 phone calls a day with it. Not sure what this app considers a valid phone number.
Easy time app
My only issue with it is I'm unable as a user to pull up my guys time individually for the week. We work in a fab shop so we do work for all of the projects, but I have to go back through the individual projects' time sheets to find their time. You have to have admin permissions to pull it up by name, even though I can go to any job and change anyone's time, even if they don't work for me. That's dumb.
Amazing tracking tool
I run a busy construction based construction company. Raken helps with tracking everything And there customer service department is second to none Best app of its class in the field
Great job
Very simple to use and effective
Very stingy
I signed up for Raken and use their product for two years. I was kind of turned off after the first year with their aggressive auto renewal, and the ability to be able to turn that off in the app. I had to write several emails to the company to get my subscription canceled. When it was set to renew this year, I received multiple emails and invoices aggressively pushing me to sign up again. I was unsure if I wanted to continue. So I ignored it for two weeks or so. And ultimately got a subscription canceled. Email, which I expected. I expected, I would not be able to create new projects without a subscription. I was disappointed to learn that they cut off all my access to pass given the hundreds of dollars. I spent they should give you some period of access to your old jobs without strong arming you into a new subscription I don’t know if all the job management apps are like this, but Raken sucks in my opinion Sincerely, Dan

These pictures are better than Snapchat
Sweet deal.
Awesome app ,makes managing my day so much easier!!
40$ a month
Trialing few apps, as you start to understand how this one works you get prompted to subscribe, or loose the ability to use the app any further. And if you don’t subscribe all information you uploaded and needed get erased on you. Lost a lot of important reports, and will not come back to the app ever again. It’s a lifetime subscription once you start or you loose it all. Any decent business needs to keep records of everything, for ever.

The Best
This is the best daily report on the market hands down
👎👎👎👎
Trash and the app hasn’t gotten better over time but worse. I have to use it for daily reports and procore is 20x better and has many more features. Just because something is cheaper doesn’t mean it’s cheaper.
Good App
Nice easy way to keep up on jobs on the go. Would be nice if it had a calendar function to view job assignments at a glance. Would also be nice to view an individual time card.
The perfect app
Very pleased with this app. So far it has worked flawlessly.
Great if you are small or big but support is non existent
Absolutely a scam of a company for trying to delete users when a superintendent is let go. They allow you to deactivate the account but make it physically impossible to not continue getting billed $60+ a month for them
Getting slower
The app is getting slower.
The management software every construction company should use!
Raken has been one of our best investments here at Grizzly Steel Services, LLC. I have personally been utilizing Raken for over 7 years and influenced several other companies to purchase the software. I can stay informed and updated on every project by simply opening the app. Raken employees are always here to help, whether it’s a simple technical issue or we are creating and personalizing the platform to suite our company. Our customers always inquire about our software whenever we send documents. Our percentage of paid change orders has increased dramatically with the integration of Raken. Daily reports are amazing with automatic weather reports, pictures, job safety analysis and so much more. As the president of a steel fabrication and erection company, I am always trying to improve our business and Raken gives me the clarity and insight I need to make the decisions that matter. Do not hesitate to get a free presentation, you will be pleased with what Raken can do for your business.
Construction Manager CK
Nothing on app works since last update. Can’t even open the app.
Checklists
All in all the app is very good and so is the customer support. One thing I’ve noticed on the new checklists - risk assessment and Covid inspection is that there is no where to put the workers names or even the task.
Great and easy app
This is such a easy app to navigate and keep up with jobs
The real story
You guys claim to be the #1 app in the construction management feild .. if that’s the case how come your #1 loses my daily log within a minute of using it .. where does it go ??? So your self ranking number one is a literal joke .. you don’t inform the people that paid to use this garbage to let them know you changed the complete layout of the program .. guess it’s a self reliant fix and adjustment.. I’ve been stiluck using this garbage ., I’ve used different brands of this same type of app and program and your not even close to their programs .. not feild friendly and the latest update or layout took a tolerable program to why’d we use this .. make games or something because you don’t match up to what’s out there ..they want me to star rate you but you can’t leave it no stars so you get one star but definitely deserve no stars
