I’m so glad I found this app. Not only does it help track everything (which is helpful when going to doctors appointments and identifying patterns), there literature and videos that helps with development and keep things fun!

It’s honestly unfortunate as much as it’s understandable that we have to pay to use the app. I am not paying $80 every year for an app

O app é muito bom, mas poderiam melhorar alguns aspectos como por exemplo, fornecer dados de alimentação de acordo com as semanas. A opção que dão é, ou semana passada ou tudo, ter a opção de escolher o período com dados e médias de ml consumidos por semana ao longo dos meses facilitaria o acompanhamento por parte dos cuidadores. Além disso, poderiam diversificar as atividades de acordo com a idade da criança, ultimamente recebo muitas atividades que não acompanham a idade do meu filho.
Would be great, except
There is no monthly subscription option. If I could pay by the month I would, but we can't afford $80 plus tax, all at once, to buy for a year so they're losing my business entirely after the free trial expires. What's nuts is they'd make more if I paid by the month, but instead of making more they want to make $0. Bad business. Even if I cancelled after a month or two, 1-2 months of payments is still more money made than $0. Why?
Not as expected
It’s not as shown on instagram, it really doesn’t give you ideas to know what to do with your baby. You have to search for them and not sire it’s cuz my baby is advanced or what, but the few activities suggestions for her month bracket seem to be for younger babies. Will not subscribe again.

I am a first time mom and I took many child development classes/courses in college. This is app is making me remember all that I have learned and what has been updated in the last 20 years. There is so much information and what great focus this app has. I love it and it so worth the yearly.
Beware of subscription
Very disappointing experience. I missed the free-trial cancellation deadline and requested a refund about a week later. Like several apps in the past it’s not a problem. However Apple denied it, while Kinedu says they can do nothing. After weeks of trying to resolve this, the owner offered me a free month—even though I had already been charged $79.99 for 12 months of access. THEY keep the full payment while offering something I effectively already have. Very disappointing customer service, and I would not transact with this company again. Buyer beware.

Premium nonsense
The advertisement I seen for this app was activities to do with your baby based on age. I know there’d be more and there is and that’s cool but the thing that was advertised cannot be accessed unless I pay for premium subscription and that’s bull. It’d make sense to make all the extra bits for premium and let the activities be free but nobody would pay for that sub because most people don’t want the extra bits that they’re are offering for free right now. Absolute Scam
Started a trial last year. Cancelled it during the trial and then was billed. Never used the app. They claimed I created a duplicate account and wouldn’t refund me. I demanded a cancel and I was billed again a year later. Do not trust them. They just want your money. If I could give zero stars I would
App keeps crashing since latest update.
Sorry but I can’t see where I can report a bug. Since the last update the app just crashes randomly as I’m using it. Edit: I had to delete the app and re-install it. Thanks for responding. Bumping the rating.

I was excited to have a app to help with the daily routine of having a baby. But all of the videos don’t work. Very frustrating because I paid for a subscription.

Cancel the day before they say…
Got the 7 day free trial that ends today the 30th… so obviously i wouldnt be charged until after the 30th correct? Because this is the 7th day of the free trial… well you would be wrong because this morning i woke up to a charge for $79.99 in my bank account. Thankfully i did not have the funds in there so it declined. Why would you have a “7 day free trial” but then have it charge the morning of the 7th day (which should still be a free trial day)
So convenient
This app has helped my family so much in all things baby! From tracking dirty diapers, feeding amounts/ times to classes and developmental resources. So easy and fun to use!
Can’t get in my family
My wife paid and sent me a link to join but I can’t see the family and can’t get through the app without them trying to make me pay as well before. Terrible.
Free version is useless
I find it disappointing that the developers doesn’t state clearly what is included in free version. I have to go through the registration and the questionnaire just to find out that ALL the activities they propose are in Private version. I don’t need an app to track my baby sleep or monitor her growth, so I only speak about the part that supposed to help parents to play with their babies.

Greedy, heartless company
I didn’t get a reminder about our annual subscription coming up and the charge went through in a time we can’t afford it. I emailed them working a few hours of the charge and they won’t refund me.
Educational
Gives good information about development & milestones of babies. I find the videos easy to access and fun to watch. Also gives a lot of tips for fun activities with the baby.👶🏻 Down side is that it gives few reminders before the free subscription expires. And the app charged me the yearly subscription after the free trial which costs more than 100 Canadian dollars 😅
Not worth £60 subscription
The information on there is not worth the pricey subscription. It can all be found online for free. I understand paying a small premium for easily available content but that’s way too much.

Feels like a scam app, charged and they refused a refund.
This company feels like a scam. I only used this app for a month and deleted the app. I was charged $50 for a yearly Kinedu subscription renewal without receiving any notification or reminder. As soon as I noticed the pending charge, I contacted customer support the same minute and requested a refund since I was no longer using the app. Despite providing screenshots showing that I never received a renewal email, Kinedu refused to help and would not issue a refund. Been emailing them for 3 days back and forth. They claimed that they send notifications, I said I never received anything providing screenshots, then they said regardless we will not issue a refund, period. The lack of communication and unwillingness to work with customers was very disappointing and deceiving. TI would be cautious about signing up for a yearly subscription. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app or its subscription service.
Good app for track child’s milestones
Great place to track and learn milestone which my child need to meet and completed. Has lots of resources… to the point, looking at the main page of app overwhelm me with live class, reading materials, video, etc. Each activity that they have on app provide how to play and interact with baby to meet milestones and what it does, etc. when the activity is completed as child is able to do it repetitively, mark as ‘done’, app ask types of milestone that child achieved. Have not tried live class and chat function, hard to make comments about it. Video materials that they already have are enough at this time for me to utilize. 👍🏻
Unless you pay, not worth it
this app used to have a free videos here and there; now it’s all about the monthly subscription. Which is very expensive btw. 16$ a month??? Not worth it. There’s little to no free content at all. Garbage

Wish it were monthly
I’ve only just started using the app and it seems great but I just wish it were an option to change the subscription to a monthly cost. Being on maternity leave doesn’t leave you with any spare money unfortunately and although £37 a year isn’t much, it is when you’re already struggling to pay your bills while on leave. I tried to go into the subscription settings to change it from yearly to monthly as you’d stated on someone else’s review that it is an option but it isn’t. Just yearly. I hope you amend this soon. Thanks
Where did the “free” part go?
Been using and recommending this app since 2021. Now my kid is nearly 3yo. I checked in today for the 3 “free” daily activities and they were all behind a pay wall. Does this app work at all without a subscription? Disappointing. Won’t ever recommend again.

Was charged without knowing
I downloaded this app to try it out for my baby. Well I did the 7-day trial and they said they would let you know when it expires to make sure you don’t get charged. I never got notified that the 7-day trial ended and they ended up charging me $79.99 for a subscription that I didn’t want. I would like to get that refunded as I was NOT notified and they took it right out of my bank account without confirming I wanted the subscription!
Great for baby's development and more
I'm using this app for the third time, with third babe. Not only does it help monitor and gently promote your baby's all rounded development, it educates and provides links to other resources also. I love it :)
Wolf in sheep’s clothing
I installed it yesterday and I’ve been bombarded by emails, push notifications and in-app ads pushing me to subscribe: it’s not usable, useful or respectful. It feels like there’s half-decent content, but it’s impossible to evaluate with all of the noise. They need to hire a product or UX manager.
Update only gives you one free activity a day
Which makes me less interested in the app than before when you had 2 free activities to view. It feels like they’re pushing the subscription even more than before (if that’s possible!)
Good info for first time mom
I like the weekly emails sent to me! It gives me play by plays and I enjoy it.
Suggests Activities It Knows We Can’t Do
The first thing you do in the app is take a lengthy assessment to see where your child is developmentally. So why is the first activity suggestion to play Red Light Green Light with my toddler that I just told the app doesn’t know colors and can’t walk?

Unhappy with how quickly activities lock
This app is pretty good, but the activities lock very quickly. They should at least be available for 1 week. They always lock before I’m able to try them all. I am not paying $100 a year for activities I can find elsewhere on the internet for free.
