Easy to use for scheduling a grass cut
No longer in service
Take your app off the store if you’re no longer operating yet still accepting jobs. There is zero, literally zero active customer support lines. You need to SHUT DOWN NOW
Easy and helpful
I haven’t invested in a snowblower yet and the service makes it very easy to get my driveway plowed. I’ve needed service several times over the last year and each time my driveway gets done quickly and easily. Happy to have the service and not have to call around to see who is available.
Downgraded
You guys used to be great, but the last 6 months have been terrible. Always delayed service and now with the new chat, nobody’s responding and getting back with me.
Crashes
Crashes every time you try to upload a pic. Have tried reinstalling and issue persists.
Lawn looks beautiful
Excellent, very pleased with the lawn mowing service. My mower seized this spring so I contacted P&M and the 2 mowing jobs look great. I like the edging and cleanup also
Scam
They take your money and do not complete service. No cancelation button as an option. No service support or call. I used to use this company, but now it seems it may just be a shell collecting money without service. DO NOT USE unless you like losing money and not getting service.
Convenient
Easy to use. Put in address and time you want it done. It is pricy but you’re trying to get a plow in a snow storm. Odd that they have set amounts to tip, rather than manually inputting tip amount. But have used and will use again.
Lack of customer service cost me $107.49
Don’t use their service unless you’re 100% sure you want it. Tried to cancel an order after it was placed, because services were no longer needed and they conveniently sent me down a rabbit hole to request cancellation and only responded after the unnecessary job was completed and wasted my money. And whoever they hired didn’t bother to question the work they were doing as completely unnecessary and just pocketed my money.
What a great service!
I’ve used Plowz and Mowz for three years. Each mow leaves my yard looking great. I appreciated the extra attention to the blooming tulips during the last cut. Thanks for your good care
The worst
I requested a service and got no response for days and when I messaged them their AI bot told me I’d be contacted by a live member of their team multiple times but it didn’t happen
Driveway left covered in snow
I was out of town, so I scheduled through Plowz to do my driveway to prevent it from becoming a mess. What a mistake and a waste of money! Provider left 1/2 inch to 1 inch of snow on the driveway and plowed over one of the stakes marking it. It froze down and now my entire driveway is a giant ice sheet. Neighbor has a truck plow theirs too, so that’s not the reason. Also, provider showed up late.
Repeat User
I’ve used the service for snow removal on multiple occasions and have been very pleased with the convenience, responsiveness and quality of work.
Poor Treatment of Contractors Hurts Customers Too
As a contractor who completed work through this platform, I can’t recommend Plowz & Mowz. In my experience, payments were repeatedly delayed, communication was poor, and I was given inaccurate information about when I would be be paid. When contractors aren’t paid on time, many stop accepting jobs or leave the platform altogether.
Flip a coin
Uncertainty is harder to plan around than certain unavailability. The contractors on this app are flakes and there’s no incentive for them not to be. Relying on this app will ultimately make your life more difficult and streamline nothing. If you want to hire someone who may or may not show up on time or at all, you found it.
Convenient and Reliable
I find plowz and mowz convenient and reliable. I’m in the Boston area and rely on them to both plow/shovel out and mow properties we renovate, with no long commitment and reliable service, it’s very user friendly and helps my business!
Ignores notes and poor service
I set up a mowing job and made note that my back yard has a 4ft gate. I was contacted to confirm the gate was 4ft. I confirmed and got an affirmative response. Then they send someone out who doesn’t have a mower that fits through a 4ft gate. I contact support and they say they will reassign within the hour. A day later my job still isn’t assigned and I have been waiting for over and hour on hold both on the phone and with live chat waiting to speak to anyone. Would highly recommend anyone who considers this app look elsewhere.
Snowplowing
Best snowplows that u could ever use very neat places the snow out of the way not on other peoples lawn very professional and does not tear up your landscaping I will always use them for my snowplowing needs
No liability
This company hires unbelievably novice people to do work for them, and then when something inevitably goes wrong, they’ll take no responsibility and keep you strung along for months. The person they hired girdled / killed my tree and they kicked the can down the road until I finally gave up. Do not trust them if you value anything in your yard.

Not worth it
When a provider doesn’t show up there isn’t even a phone number to call to check and see what’s going on. Chat “support” is slow at best. You are at the mercy of these providers.
On demand help for lawn and snow removal
I really like this business model of scheduling one off help when it’s needed a couple times when my slow blower has conked out I’ve called and scheduled my driveway to be plowed. I’ve also had my lawn cut while I was out of town for a couple weeks and I appreciate that they take a picture after the job is completed to show what was done.
Horrible Experience
This is unequivocally the most incompetent company I've ever worked with. Here's a quick timeline of my experience in securing a reoccurring lawn mow for an investment property I own: 5/7: Order placed for a reoccurring lawn mow every 10 DAYS. 5/12: Initial mow was completed (they up-charge for the first mow calling it a maintenance mow) 5/13-5/29: No mow completed, no communication, and I needed to follow up with them multiple times to get them to mow again. 5/30: Mow was finally completed (well beyond the 10-day window and only because of my follow up efforts to initiate it). 5/30 - 7/2: NO MOW COMPLETED, NO COMMUNICATION FROM PLOWZ AND MOWZ. EVENTUALLY JUST CANCELLING THE SERVICE AFTER 30+ DAYS OF NOT HAVING THE LAWN MOWED. This was such a horrible experience. There's no phone number to reach anyone. I left several voicemails without any response. The only communication method is with an AI bot on the app, then when you finally get a human, they are useless. This was two months of incessant follow up efforts with no meaningful feedback. "We're continuing to try and secure a provider." That's all I got in return. I signed up for a 10-day reoccurring mow under the assumption they can provide the service as they outlined. The reality it was two months of dealing with an AI bot and no one who could actually help me or better yet, just tell me you cannot provide the service instead of leading me on for two months. Last thing, and this really encompasses what this company stands for, they offered me a 20% off the mow once they secure a provider. They were OVERDUE 20 DAYS on they service they said they can do, and that was there response. This company is terrible and I strongly encourage anyone who is considering their services to look elsewhere. 1 star is doing them a favor.

Excellent service. Quick delivery, especially during winter snow storms. Convenient!
SCAMMERS- don’t use them
Took my money on day one without an issue. Claimed they assigned the job and date. Date came and went, reached out to support 4 times. It’s just an AI chat bot that does nothing but say somebody will call me, but never does. Sends verification codes to confirm, but then says they are wrong codes. Had to go to credit card company to refund the money. Not a single human to talk to. Took my money just fine though. There are other apps on the App Store, I recommend any of them besides these clowns.
Great service!
We use them for snow plowing and there is always a quick response, the driver follows our specific instructions and they provide photos of their work!
Bad company DO NOT HIRE!
This company does not pay their employees which are the providers . They charge me for a mowing job but never paid the provider who did the mowing. He showed up to my business and asked me and showed me that they don’t pay him and to stop using this app this is a bad company who does not pay their providers!stop using this app!!
