Best app ever
I love this app so much is the best app I’ve ever done of learning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩
Money money money.
The subscription is a greedy cash grab, and the devs want money. £10 per month!
Question
Sorry, not a review but question, if I use the free trial and cancel it within 30 days. Will I still get charged for the second month? Also, how do I cancel it before the second month? Is it only just deleting the app or something else?
Good app but Major sound issue
The sound just vanishes and the kid loses interest. Not sure what’s the issue. I bought the subscription but can’t say I am going to renew it only because of vanishing sound issue. But I would love to if this problem is resolved
My 2, 4 & 6 Year Olds Love It – Already Seeing Reading Progress
I have three children aged 2, 4 and 6 and they all absolutely love the Reading Eggs apps. It’s one of the few apps they’re genuinely excited to use, and they often ask if they can play it. In just the three weeks we’ve been using it, I’ve already noticed improvements in their phonics and early reading skills, especially with my older two. The activities are really engaging and pitched well for different ages, which I really appreciate as a parent trying to support them at home. The only downside we’ve found is that the sound quite often stops working, and we have to completely close and reopen the app to fix it. Because the app relies so much on audio instructions and phonics sounds, it’s really not usable without it, so it can be quite inconvenient when it happens. Aside from that technical issue, it’s been a fantastic learning tool and something all three of my children genuinely enjoy using.
Great app but
Please could you make it so they have to do more challenges before they go to the play zone. Sometimes my boy just does no reading and mucks about on it, and it would be great if this didn’t happen, thank you.
I hate this

App contains Login issues
Login is impossible if your email address differs from you Apple ID email. I Paid for a year, had to change my Apple ID then was locked out because the emails didn’t match. Needs fixing
No sound
We pay for this app and its really terrible that the sound does not work after a minute or two. The only way to do it is to close the app and restart it and start the game all over again. We never get further than a couple of levels because the sound disappears and our two year old wants the sound. We used this app about 4 years ago and the same thing happened then. Different devices we have tried, same problem.
Review
Very good
Useless
We’ve used reading eggs for a few years and really enjoyed in with our two kids. However, the sound in the app has stopped working, rendering the app absolutely useless and a waste of money.
Good
Educational
Logged out
Hi I am having a challenge with the app, It keeps on logging out, when ever my son is busy with a lesson it will log itself out. On the app where can I log a complaint if am experiencing problems
The sound keeps cutting out completely with a complete app restart needed to correct on my iPhone.
Exactly as title but this doesn’t seem to happen on the iPad. Otherwise great app
The best app ever
This game is the best game ever I will let my future kids play this all the time
No sound
Would be good if the sound worked! The app would lose sound after a while, forcing a restart, but now it has no sound at all at any point.
Good but a problem.
This app is very creative, but sometimes which happens All the time just deletes all the sound. Please can you fix this bug?
Update
Great app, but since the update we can’t open it on any of our devices. It starts opening and then kicks us off. We have tried restarting devices and uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works.
Sound keeps going off
The app itself is brilliant but the sound for certain lessons keeps going off
Like Simon said I don’t like it…I LOVE IT!

The game is so easy and the only hard lesson in this is syllable gobbler hope no one downloads this in the future
Trying to enjoy it
I’m getting some lagging, my child loses interest because it takes so long to load each activity. I doubt it’s my internet, however can you have a look please. If I cannot resolve this I will need to cancel. Thanks

Great
Great game for kids to play and learn without realising!!
Horrible
Don’t get this app is a complete scam
good but fix the pronunciation and also add Kurdistan card
hopefully you reply to this review from your customer. ∩^ω^∩ Good app but please add kurdistan :\ in trading cards (başur, bakur, rojava and roşhalat) I would appreciate it if you do that! So, the main part is that Khuncha, in the English Skills was very confused which pot was pronounced porshe and of course it wasnt supposed to! Of course, I did change my review. So yea sorry if it is short anyways the rest is great! (I used kurdish latin keyboard 🤓)
Great but buggy
We have had this since March and my son is getting so much better at reading. But the app can be so buggy. The sound will stop working and sometimes it gets stuck in levels and we have to restart the app to make it work.
I love it but
Please make the shopping place in reading express a bit better.
Bad
Such I waste of time and it’s silly

Good but please add
It’s good and fun and I’m nine but please add blue fire arms I know there’s already blue fire legs but also bring blue arms
Been using it for 5months
My niece has been using the app for 5months, she enjoys it and her reading and mathematical skills (math seeds) have improved. However, I had to complete with an additional app to teach her all the phonics, to help her not read alphabets but the sounds. However, one thing that should get improved is the voices from reading. There should be an option between male/female voice as it’s quite irritating that my niece has to continually listen to a male voice read a book for her. Another thing choice of accents please, am not from the UK and I do not want my niece associating the British accent to how one should sound when they speak English.
Brilliant learning app
Daughter has just turned 6. Nothing seemed to be getting through to her with class taught phonics or being able to recognise words. Been working hard for around 3-4 weeks now and I was so impressed of how well she was progressing and how much she loved it I signed up for the year before even the free trial ended. She was at an age of 4.5 years old in her understanding on the placement test when she first started it. She is now at 5.2 years and already can sight read many words she couldn’t before. My 3 year old also enjoys the reading eggs for 2-4 year olds and enjoys playing educational games and watching videos. I have also tried the numeracy and phonics on the app which my daughter equally loves but we are focusing more on the reading eggs at the moment as that is the area she is struggling the most with. Overall I am very impressed. My 6 year old has worked her way through the levels and have achieved her second certificate today for her hard work. I recommend it to all parents I speak to.
Child’s own rating
Son gets really frustrated because the pictures do not obviously match the word. Also, when instructions are repeated just as he is trying to read the words, he then loses concentration: the instructions then get repeated again just as he is getting back to where he was. He also finds some of the pronunciation confusing with Australian accent.
Nice change
In the brief time my 4 year old used the app I did see an improvement in his skill. He particularly liked earning coins to spend on games. Fun tools! Unfortunately the subscription is per child, if you want siblings to use the program you have to pay subscription for each additional child.
Refund
Hi I canceled my subscription but I’m still getting billed. Please refund me my money. Thank you - sorry for reaching out on here but I can’t find your email address
Reading eggs Mails
Reading eggs help me in live chat but when I sent him a mail he didn’t respond on live chat someone was online and then they were not online it has been great with the app
Stop
Stop with the damn ads!
Good app over all
This app is good but … when I play English skills the next thing won’t show up😕…over all I love this app 9.9/10
Content great but freezes a lot
I have seen great improvement in my child’s reading, please improve on the technical part where the app gets stuck on the same level
