I like it better than any other game
Probably wondering why I put on the one star on the board I’m sorry I like it but I accidentally almost I wanted to do six stars instead of just one. I’m so sorry even I like I like this game. It’s like I like the second game that you made if you made it to hatchling and you like play with him it’s so cute. 🥰
it is broken. i cannot access to math and other function content
but no reply from support team
Well thought out app but why a subscription?
I would happily pay a $20 one time fee for this app or whatever, but ffs I’m not paying $8 a month for it. Not everything should be a subscription.
Sound Issue
My child loves the app but the videos don't have any sound. At first I thought it was my child's ipad but there's the same issue with the app on my phone. Other than that great app.
Exit
Yes but I don’t know what time you get home so I’ll let her now
Subscriptions…really?!
Why is everything, including educational games for preschoolers, on subscription?! Let me buy the app!

Perfect for kids of all ages not just little babies
Hi, I’m nine years old and I’m talking about this app it has baby stuff that I don’t know
Hoping for better
My son really enjoys this app, which I subscribed to just two days ago. We are both disappointed with how inconsistently the sound works. I’ve tried restarting the app and restarting my phone and that only resolves the problem sometimes. I appreciate the many other functions, activities, and automatic adaptability, but none of that matters if the sound doesn’t work.

How to cancel auto renewal ??
Hi my kids have grown now and I can’t cancel my subscription and I’m somehow in auto renewal ? Can you please cancel and refund me ?
Confused about language options
I’d like to run the app fully in German. Is this actually possible or is the app only in English? Thanks

There’s no sound at all
There’s no sound. I’m really glad they gave us a one week trial. Cause they want $60 a year for an app with no sound
Issue with sound
I consistently have issues with the sound disappearing. Itll work for several sessions and then the sound goes away. I have to delete then redownload to get it working again. Otherwise five stars if not for this bug
Not great
The app really isn’t that good for a $97 a year subscription that I feel I got suckered into on auto renewal $4.99 and then people won’t be needing refunds all the time I’ve just got slugged and now getting additional fees from my bank and apple have locked my apple account I know that’s not your fault but a 97$ auto renewal is ridiculous And I would like my money back Thanks
Great - when it works
My little boy loved the well thought out letters and numbers games on here. However I now can’t get the app to open: I just have a blank screen and have no email/ contact details so I can get help.

Not Free
Way too expensive for a kids game. So tired of games being subscription based. You aren’t that special.
Great but has a few issues
Great educational app, my autistic child loves it. Main issue is it has various bugs that pop up which end up causing an episode. - coloring game has issues moving the cut out pieces, randomly a piece can’t move. Restarting the app and even reinstalling it doesn’t fix it. - after a while, the game will require you to reconnect your account to restore purchases. Only issue is it doesn’t actually work and requires you to reinstall it entirely.
Hungry caterpillar learning
Cute game but it doesn’t say the shapes or explain what to do. I was hopeful for this game but it has fell short of my expectations
How to cancel after free trial please
How do we cancel please before free trail ends. Many thanks

Not in spanish
says they have spanish options in app store but we downloaded and paid for subscription only to find out it was only available in english
Great App
Great App, my 2.5 year old loves it, we’ve gone from kinda interested in a few letters to matching capitals with lowercase. Purchased a few apps over the virus lockdown period and I can honestly say this is head a shoulders above the rest, there’s so many options and content that we still keep discovering stuff. I would recommend you play this with your child if they are 2 - 4 they take in more when you play it together. Big thank you the creators of this game, amazing job 😊 the creators
Payment
7 day free trial and paid the $10 month straight up.
Charged before free trial ended
App is really slow. Also I got charged before the 7 day free trial ended . Not happy with that. Otherwise kids seems to be enjoying it.

Sound Issues
Cannot get any audio on this app no matter what I do
Auto subscription issue
I downloaded the free 7 days last Saturday for my 3.5 year old grand daughter, who loved it. Today(saturday of the following week) I went in and paid for a month but then saw that i have been auto charged for the year. It is a very good app. But How do i resolve this? Stephen
Shapes and colours freezes
I love the app and it’s educational purpose. But I would have hoped the shapes and colours app didn’t freeze on some shapes in a lot of the categories. When this happens we always have to exit out and start again and it will freeze on a different section
Good app but 7-day free trial has charged be for annual subscription
Hi, I signed up for a 7-day free trial for my son today. He has enjoyed the app but I have been charged for a 55$ annual subscription. Please advise how I can amend this I have cancelled the app as soon as I saw the charges.
App has no sound
My son loves this app. But it currently has lost its sound. Please help us! All the other apps are playing just fine.
App not working
Not able to get past processing page. My son loved this app on his Amazon tablet. Trying to download it on his iPad with no luck.
I can’t stop the subscription
I can’t seem to stop this subscription before the free trail ends now the money has been taken My baby hates this it is not as easy as it seems. And I don’t mind paying a subscription but a year that is not right I would never subscribe to a year when a day and month is available really need to check this app because I don’t remember seeing the option when downloading I saw it after but still the option for a year not sure what is going on???
7 Day free trial
Hi I’v just down loaded the 7 day free trail to see if my four year old likes the app, how do I stop the free 7 days so I don’t get charged for subscriptions. I’v been reading the reviews and I’m now wishing I never expected the 7 free days as from what I’m Reading people are getting charged after this ends. Please advise on what I should do within the next 7 days to stop this. Kind regards Clare
Card was Charged Twice
Hi, I’ve just subscribed to the monthly subscription of $8.49 and my debit card was charged accordingly. However, upon checking the manage subscription page, there was a Limited Subscription of $3.49 only and so I opted for it and was prompted that there will be a refund accordingly. But when I checked my bank transactions, it was actually charged twice ($8.49 and $3.49) and no refund was done. Can somebody from the admin check on this?
LOVE IT
I love it, it great for me and my 2 year old and worth the subscription!
Sound doesn't work
No sound for anything, very frustrating as we can't enjoy any of the stories or songs
I feel tricked into a £50 subscription
As with other reviews here, I didn’t realise I would be charged an annual subscription of £50 once the free 7 day trial finished. I would never have consciously agreed to that. No doubt the owner will say it was clear, but it feels underhand. This experience really puts me off trialling apps in the future.
A good App but would like to cancel subscription
How do I cancel my subscription please as it is no longer needed? Thank you
