Two requests, and one error
Can you add the Sun to the space section? And also can you please add subtitles? I found a mistake in the numbers section. For the number 8, it makes you write the number 7. Otherwise it’s an outstanding app. You don’t have to but if you want to should we make there be more Christians? By teaching kids about Creation too? I can’t force you, it’s your choice to choose what you believe Creation or the big bang.

Super great learning app!
We love this app. I think it has great information and it is engaging and fun. My issue is that I think the fart, burp, and toilet sounds are a little overdone. I have just been listening to my child play this and I can’t believe that I’m hearing a fart sound throughout the educational videos multiple times throughout each video. I am one who typically has no problems with this, and so if I’m having an issue with it, then that’s kind of a big deal. They are too frequent and pretty distracting. Maybe it’s to help keep the kids engaged in a subject by making it sound like an extremely flatulent classroom? I don’t know, I think it should be taken down a notch or ten… other than that, it’s a very cute app with a lot of fun information.

We have had this app for a few years and it was great. 5 stars, then today it stops my son in the middle of his learning and wants me to sign in again. It will not take my email, says it cannot find the account. There is no way to contact them without signing in! My subscription is paid up. This is unacceptable!!!! Update: What happened before, keeps happening. Once you sign in, you still cannot contact them. You can even search the web for ways, you will find sites that offer a way to contact them, but none of those work either. The content was great when you could get to it, but the IT department just can’t get it right. When the device is up to date, the app is up to date and you have fiber optic, more than enough bandwidth and everything else works…… the problem is this clunky app! ( this review format is running everything together )I found the way to contact them, hidden on the website!!! Hello, First I’d like to say that I have been a subscriber for several years now and after the 1st year, have always had constant problems with this app. I attempted to contact you and found nothing but dead ends. I originally gave it 5 stars. But it hasn’t worked correctly since the first renewal, and again you make sure that it is extremely difficult, almost impossible to contact you. I have updated the app and do this regularly, as well as keeping the device updated. We have fiber optic, plenty of bandwidth, the app gets uninstalled and reinstalled etc, etc, and everything else works accept this app! This problem occurs frequently! It keeps asking me to sign in and then it loads to the point of picking a subject and then just sits there until it crashes! You start over, only to have it happen again and again. Then it tells you your subscription has expired! MY SUBSCRIPTION IS PAID!! The way you hide is unacceptable. It should be easy to contact you! The “contact us” option should work even if you are not signed in and should not disappear once you do! Hiding the way to contact you at the bottom of the “terms of service” is down right dishonest! Amazing content; app crashes every day
My kids are learning so much from this app and they love it. But, every time we try to open it, it freezes. wW have to restart the iPad and sometimes even re-install the app to make it work. Every. Single. Time. So I guess Marco Polo has now taught my kid how to deal with undependable software? Please please fix this. We’d love to keep using this.
Awesome learning app!
This is one of those learning apps that when I started using it before I did not like it and did not have the patience for it but now that I’ve started using it again now that I’m older I’ve noticed I have more patience for it and actually enjoy it a lot more than when I was younger. My favorite thing is the games. I also like the section on inventions. I think it would be cool if you guys did some read aloud story books on topics as well or interactive books that have games because I think that would be really cool. I mean games based on the topic. To me it doesn’t matter that the games that come after the videos aren’t exactly based on the topic, but it still is pretty awesome. What I mean by books I think you guys should add a library inside the school. That would be really neat. Overall I love this app because it explains things in a way that I understand as a blind and autistic user and I love how good the narration is on these videos.

Its nice but too expensive
The pricing on these apps start to become prohibitive once they start addding up. Worse is that it doesn’t allow family sharing
Horrible glitches, won’t even work
I can’t get anything to work while trying to trial it, I even tried cancelling the trial and uninstalling the app, then re-trying it from both iPad and iphone. Waste of my time.
Going in wrong direction
My son used to love this app but lately he’s having trouble finding his favorite content. Their website is barely functional (my ‘Subscriptions’ page has been spinning for 15 mins the the ‘Family’ link doesn’t work. Finally, it’s not clear at all where to find their activity packs and these are the start of problems. Which is a shame because he loves the content.

Great app
Our son loves this app. The only thing that we are not so happy about is the huge amount of data that needs to be uploaded. It’s fine at home where we have a huge data plan, but when we use it in our mobile device, it eats up 500-700Mb in 20 minutes. I just wish there was a way to “preload” it at home.
Can’t save login
My daughter loves the app, but needs an adult to help logging her in every time she wants to use it. This is one of the only apps that doesn’t allow you to save your log in credentials, especially with it being a children’s app.
Used to be good
The app used to be good but the content hasnt changed too much. Our screen keeps going blank turning black or white. Not working properly.

Won’t download
Can’t even get the app to download. But now I have a subscription I can’t cancel and an app that just “spins” after I give it my email and say I have agreed to the terms. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times and yet, 30 minutes later it STILL hasn’t opened and I now have to wait for it to hit my account so I can dispute it and stop further payments on it since that is the only way to stop the subscriptions. So thanks. I will stick with ABCya. It goes up to 6th grade anyways and I can use it for any kid on any any device without having to build a profile for them.
Excellent App but needs improvement
Would love a way to keep my 5 year old from bypassing the activity at the end of the lesson....Maybe removing the little toggle under the videos? Other than that, I love how it turned my kid into a walking encyclopedia that teaches me things I didn’t even know.
To many bugs and keeps logging off
Son really loves this app and fell in love with the characters. Got the year subscription, for many months game was unplayable because it would freeze, log off, and screen would be upside down. Got my son and myself so frustrated we stopped using the app. Wish could get my money back, feel half the year this app had some major issues that made us give up on this app
It keep logging off
The app is excellent, but it keeps logging my son off which is really annoying. I give the ipad to my 4y son in the car. And sometimes he cries that he can’t open the app. Of ciurse as I’m driving I have to tolerate his cries until I reach my destination and then finds that the app logged him off. I though he does that, but aftrr checking several weeks I saw that he doesn’t log himself off and that the app actually keeps logging him off. I tried it by myself several times as well. Can you plz give a solution for this. I paid for the subscription and then shouldn’t happen.
Best app ever
The high quality animated cartoons, the character development, the very high quality educational content; this app is exemplary. My only complaint is that I wish they had more content! But they do have a ton of content so I can’t really ding them on that. If high quality content for a young kid is what you’re after, this is the best app, by far.
Disappointed
I’m a physician, homeschooling mom, and a retired professor of human anatomy. I’m highly selective of various topics that my children are exposed to and discussion of controversial topics, such as vaccination, do not belong in an app like this. Such topics should be discussed between the child, their parent and their pediatrician. I had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately, will not be renewing my subscription.
It’s good but
My son got really upset when he figure out that these aren’t the same voices anymore did there voice change or did they replace them?
Logs out every time & hard to log back in
I use this app for my 4 year old, so imagine having to completely log them from scratch in every time they use this app. Then 70% I log in it just sits there, the log in button doesn’t activate & it hangs. I can’t even comment on the context yet because this basic issue is so frustrating to use.
Need to update weekly
My daughter used to enjoy using this app so much but lately she’s been saying that they haven’t been updating with any new material. Every week she logs on to found out and be disappointed with the same content. Please update with new material weekly as kids are quick to be bored. Thank you!
My son learns so much
I’m amazed at what my 5 yr old son teaches ME about so many topics (weather, geography, animals, biology). About 90% of the time, when I ask him “where on earth did You learn that?”, the answer is “Marco Polo”.

Unable to rate because the program won’t come up I installed it but it won’t come up can you help me .
A pain in the butt.
This app is great when it works but it’s a total pain. It locks us out all the time. It doesn’t work without internet. If the internet goes off the app must be restarted in order to work. I wish the developers would just fix this stuff so my kids can stop crying about it’s fragility every time we try to use it.
Too many games
There is no control from parents to filter out games. Once my kid knows how to nav to the games, he never listen to any other content, although the content is good.

This app is ridiculous. I subscribed and was never able to get on. I try to log in and it would say invalid email but I try to create new account and it would say your email is already subscribed. Other small problem with app creation.

Great Concept but more needed
The concept of learning using videos and fictitious characters is great. However the follow on activities are very repetitive. They use the same template of tracing / pattern matching that becomes mundane and boring for the kid. It needs to be more interactive.
Engaging and Fun!!
As a homeschooling mom, this app is an AWESOME supplement to your child's education!!! I'm wildly impressed how fun and engaging this app is. Shout out to the team behind this putting in every little detail to make this function beautifully and effortlessly for little ones. I have a feeling my kids will be treasuring this as a part of their routine for a longggg time. Tonight was their first time using the app. Within just 45 minutes they had flocked to me at the dinner table to teach me all the fun facts they learned! I can't even tell you how many times I heard them say, " MOM DID YOU KNOW???...." They were even able to incorporate what they learned with our dinner, they were just FILLED WITH SO MUCH EXCITEMENT and that right there is what learning is all about!!
Couldn’t create a profile
The app has a glitch on an iPhone. I have iPhone 12 max pro and subscribed right way. But during the set up we couldn’t create a profile for my son cause the screen requesting birthday info didn’t come up with a possibility to choose. We spent an hour restarting the program and the phone and it didn’t happen. Sad.

Marco Polo is good, I tried the free trial last year and my children liked it. I would consider using now with this Pandemic going on but you could at least cut the price of subscription down especially that you choose to encourage parents to use your service during these times. You must know that everyone’s pockets are tight right now so at least consider discounting your price then I may consider subscribing.

The videos and other material are very educational and lots of fun. My son really enjoyed using it, and he is picky. It is a great supplement to school-based learning. A big thumbs up!
Granddaughter loved it but…
We signed up for the free trial but decided it was not what we were looking for after all for her age at this time. Why do they make it so difficult to cancel? Of course, no one would contact me before the charge went through my account. It’s been a number of days now and I still haven’t heard anything from customer service about resolving this. Good product spoiled by terrible administration. We might would have tried it again later after she matured a little but not now. I choose to align myself with responsive, concerned, genuine companies, not grab-their-money-and-hide shiftiest like this one. This Mimi is mad.
Good content
It has good content for young learners but the app itself has a few bugs. It closes randomly for no reason and some of the videos freeze while the audio on them continues which is frustrating for both my son and myself. Considering the monthly fee to use this app I had expectations of it being better.
Didn’t work for me
I signed up to use it because I thought my son would like it but unfortunately it would not load properly. Maybe my connection. I forgot to unsubscribe doh! And now been billed for a year. Very frustrating mistake and disappointed when it’s no good for me and I had already deleted the ap.

I downloaded this game and me got the free trial Then my child was playing on the app and noticed That she was learning And then she loved it so much when it was time for bed she yelled at me because she didn’t want to stop so I prefer this app for your child it helps her learn about animals in a lot of more stuff And that’s why you should buy this app so please buy this app 😃
