What people like
- Great for finding unique local events
- Easy to buy tickets quickly
- Stores all your tickets in one place
What they complain about
- Tickets won't add to Apple Wallet
- App crashes when you log in
- Refund policy is unfair and strict
Very good indeed
Personally, i have found this platform and Billetto’s staff absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.
Its not fit for purpose (organiser wise)
Its not letting me update or create events. Defo glichy. Back to eventbrite i go.,
Nothing useful
Just weird marketing and sales events.
Optimization
There's some weird UI things happening on iPhone x, elements in the menu are up in the status bar where the battery and wifi is so sometimes they can't be clicked etc.
All tickets in one place!
Very pretty tool to discover London's more niche events. The profiles with liked events is a reminder of events I want to go to - that I might otherwise forget! Amazing having all my tickets stored in one place.
I gave up in the end
Very frustrating and wouldn’t let me access tickets I bought. Have deleted the app
Can’t use Wallet
Can’t put ticket in Wallet which is a pain.
Nearly but not quite
Seems like a decent app but the lack of Passbook integration is a big downfall for me
Simply great
Absolutely terrific. Finding events in London doesn't get easier than this
Apple Login not working
Devs, have you tried to login via Apple Login. It’s not working since you’ve introduced it!
Great for finding stuff going in London
Amazing app to find cool stuff going on in London. Nice design and very easy to navigate. Already bought my first ticket to a concert!
Last update not working
Everything appears black, I can’t make it work at all!
Great way to find cool things to do
One of the Apps I use quite regularly. Really useful when you're looking for fun and unique stuff to do.
Did not work
Kept asking me to register again and again then said my email was already logged in and would not let me use the app!
Billetto App really works!
Is smarter and digs out the real interesting things about London events & co. Really useful for new visitors as well as dwellers.
Mr cxxxxxxx
Terrible app wasted an hour of my time then deleted it
The only event app you need.
I only have 3 apps. Twitter, Instagram & now this one.
Nearly Useless
Can’t search for event effectively, can’t open link from event. Sadly typical glossy UI more about promoting events miles away than letting me find the one I’m looking for. Tiny tiny location box.
Awesome
Got me to a lot of cool events in London!
Dodgy
Dodgy company. If the event is cancelled you are not refunded their fees!!!
This is amazing!
Finally an events app that makes sense! Easy to scan, easy to buy and honest! I love it!
Crash and burn
Worst app I have ever used. Crashes as soon as you have put in your details and tapped log in. Do not waste your time with this useless app. It won't add your tickets to Apple wallet and does not support easy payment. Needs a complete overhaul.
Loving Billetto
I've been using Billetto's website to find out about cool nightlife in London since I moved there; app is fab addition.
Not working at all.
None of the "Get Ticket" button is working. Basically You cannot get a ticket on this app. No idea what is this app for.
