Good tracking app
This app is great for tracking packages, especially when you order off of Amazon and live in a big city. I only wish they’d add US phone number and make it a bit more clear that this app is REQUIRED if you get an Amazon package delivered to a PostNord box.
Why is postnord Norge region locked
Genuinely what’s even the point in having 2 separate apps, but not only that I can’t get postnord Norge because my phones American and it won’t let me download it, so I have to talk to a ai chat bot to pray the box can be unlocked only for it to beat me with a stick and call me gay. (It didn’t do that but it felt like it) why is postnord Norge region locked that’s the stupidest decision I’ve ever seen for a delivery app, I can see the delivery on this postnord, so why can’t I unlock the box with this app??

Det er ikke i orden at man skriver en dag og så kommer den ikke og så fjerner man den og skriver ikke kommer det har jeg snart prøvet jeg ved ikke hvor mange gange jeg er rimelig træt af det
Fel leverans datum
Har haft väldigt många paket som det står att de är beräknade att komma idag. För att sedan på kvällen stå att de ej kommer.

Super annoying identification
I tried to identify with MitID but it just keeps loading forever with no response, can’t even see where my parcel is after delivered, and there is no customer service at all, what is wrong with this company?

När jag beställer till min arbetsplats Gullmarsvägen 60 så hamnar det hos Ica nära Årsta. Det blir ett problem för jag kan inte hämta läromedel i stora kartonger. Så där är jag inte nöjd. Flera ggr har detta hänt nu. Så tyvärr gör ni inte ett bra jobb med de sändningar garna.
Lång leveranstid
Väljer endast PostNord om inget annat alternativ finns. Pga lång leveranstid och trots att jag bett om närmre upphämtning har det inte ändrats.

App itself is ok, but delivery is so hilariously bad. Delays, missing, customer service agent acting like bots, you name it.

Clear, smooth, easy to use and nicely designed app. I got all my mail, everything was logged immediately onto the app and delivered very quickly. Thank you for your service.

Artificially high rates. Nonsense extra handling declaration charges for imports. Terrible package handling. One of the worst postal companies.

Vi mangler at man kan sætte en pakkeshop som favorit, så man ikke behøver at gå ind og vælge hver gang.(Det er virkelig dejligt at man nu kan gå ind og vælge hvor den skal leveres)

Usefull but with some issues
It’s nice to have all the packages innone place and see their status. Some issues: The button to share the pick up slip does not work, although the app itself suggests me to use it, if I want someone else to pick up the pckage. There is no information when the app has network data disabled, so I spent 15 min restarting and reinstalling the app, because my package was not visible in it and I couldn’t open the post nord box, until I figured out the it was network issue. Most apps give tha info about that setti g being off.

forslag til en lille opdatering.
Det ville være en god idé at tilføje en opfordring om at lukke pakkeboksens låge efter afhentning af pakken. Jeg har nemlig bemærket, at folk ofte glemmer det eller ikke er sikre på, om de skal lukke lågen efter afhentning. Den bør lukkes, så den kan holde længere og ikke bliver beskidt indeni.
The idea may have seen good at the time…
To have a fully digital solution is a great idea - WHEN ITS WORKING! I recently tried to open a box with the app- but the door newer opened. Instead the app told my that the packet has been delivered☹️ The app doesn’t have any information about what to do if something goes wrong 😑 Now you need to contact a human being for support. Then it takes forever ♾ to have your parcel 📦 So this app might need some adjustments on how to find help easy!!

Not sure what everyone’s problem is
Worst Delivery
Never request Postnord to deliver your parcel to your address, first of all, it is unlikely for them to deliver it, they will come up with some excuses to make you pick up at service points. Worst case: they will literally dispose of it if the package is damaged, no consent was given by the customer and there will be no compensation. They will point their finger at the customer with some excuses. On top of them all, you have to be really persistent to get to know your parcel situation.
International tracking from UK
I have used this service when my parcels I have sent to my son from the UK to Denmark. The parcels have been stopped at customs. They are very good and have helped investigate the parcels and move them on to be delivered to my son. They provide a very good service and speak good English. Thank you
Almost completely useless
Notifications do not work. No notifications for customs status updates. No notifications for ready to collect. The only reliable notification is “delivered” which usually appears an hour after you have collected the package. And then two days later a postal notification appears through your letterbox about the package you have already collected. Often a package delivery will be estimated “tomorrow” and when tomorrow comes, the delivery time will disappear. You can identify yourself with BankID in the app which saves you getting your ID card out when you collect and also preview your package in augmented reality. Two almost pointless features that really should come when the absolute basic functions work.

I purchased the jeans and almost two weeks later I get a message that the package is on its way now I get the message to down load the app but I am in the USA where the commercial is airing so USA should be added to the app.
Amazing for tracking
This app is amazing ! Better then other apps like UPS or DHL! Wow. I now use PostNord for all my shipping in Sweden! Thanks PostNord , keep up the great work!
Receiving orders
This app does not tell when I can receive my order in the United States. These orders take too long to get here

Not as useful as it has potential to be
I like the convenience of this app when it is working properly but the tracking function is always out of date - I mean all my outgoing parcels are long delivered by the time the app reflects that they were successfully handed off. Kind of challenging when keeping tabs on time-sensitive deliveries.

I had a parcel delivered recently and all I can say is that I was informed every step of the way. It all went very quick. thank you I hooe this good way continues. Welldone!
Useless garbage
App is absolutely useless if you don’t live in the origin country. Might as well as your neighbor where your package is because you will get the same answer.
Unhelpful
The choice to change delivery method appears in the app and the app errors if I attempt to use it (IPhone) - it seems this app works only to pass on tracking details for collections

Not foreigner friendly
Wish postnord made an app I could use. I live in Norway but my phone region has to stay in my home country. Can’t use the Norwegian app nor this one that only applies to Finland, Denmark, and Sweden. I usually avoid postnord for this reason but occasionally I have to use it. Now I need to bother someone to open the box so I can pickup my package :(
New UI change is bad
So now you can only see maybe 2~3 tracking items on the screen whereas you were able to see 8. Let us have our compact View back! It’s harder to see what’s going on with unnecessary icons and info bubble clutter. You were able to see at a glance before what the state of all your consignments were. Otherwise It’s a well designed app. New changes though is just unnecessary with clutter.
Lots of attention to detail
This is the best functioning app in the utility category I've used to date. The cherries on top are things like viewing packages in AR to get a sense of their size or having the box with your package highlighted when picking up from a box.
No good in Norway
Does not work in Norway at all unless your phone was purchased in Norway. App only gives options for Sweden and Denmark. Useless.
Not good
Just downloaded the app to track my parcel and I’m faced with a list of four countries, it’s asking me to choose which one I live in so it can improve my experience, problem is I don’t live in any of the four countries. App deleted.
