Great game, one problem
I’ve been playing this game on and off since I was a kid, I’m 20 now. I love the game, always have. However, I’m realizing that basically everything you need gems for, and you can’t really get gems in game besides buying them. Please make it so a video is a full gem instead of a shard, or we can buy gems with coins (I’d love this option, because we work for our coins) or something else. Please. Thank you.
Literally impossible
At first I was having fun, and then when you start getting into level 20s, it’s really impossible to get gems to upgrade things. And then of course, that’s the level when two people come in at the same time and I need to make six sodas and six fries in under 15 seconds or else they get mad. There’s literally nothing I can do about it and it’s very cash grab because it’s enforcing you to buy gems to upgrade
Unplayable on iPhone
I’ve been playing this game a while now but now this new update I can’t even play it because it keeps crashing about 2 seconds after the loading screen please fix it.

Bug fix with plants
It is a really awesome game I’ve been waiting playing for years. However there are a few things I would hope you would consider to add and fix. 1) when levelling up it would be nice to have more gems instead of 7 because it’s really hard to level up other restaurants so for example 10-25 gems. 2) The casino spin taking so long to fill up it would be great if it was shorter. 3) I’m not sure if this is a bug but every time I’ve planted something even if I wait for the countdown my plants still dies

For the last 3 weeks I’ve been back and forth with customer support because I paid for gems and I am still receiving forced ads! I am within the 30 day period and the ads are still there.
Regarding the issue of advertising consent statements
This is a good game, but I really don't understand why the "agree and declare" button in the advertisement keeps not allowing me to click through. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

i used to play this game for hours about 10 years ago but now its just so pay to do well you used to be able to fly through levels like fun now its a money grind
Could be better
I downloaded this game as a stress reliever yet brain stimulation. I also use it for OT. However, it freezes a lot, the ads are prolonged, and there’s no option for “x” or no thanks, you either have to leave the game or click the ad. Then you come back, randomly, “must update to continue playing “ to deal with even more issues. I guess it was fun while it lasted. I’ll go back to my candy crush and mahjong.

Enjoy playing the game but the ads are annoying they stick so you can’t get back to playing which is really frustrating. I often end up leaving the game.

I love this game, but it’s so hard to play the game with the amount of nonstop ads.
Fun game but glitchy!
Very fun game , just the right amount of challenge BUT I’ve upgraded numerous kitchen items using gems and then there will be a “server error” and next time I sign on, my gems are gone and so are my upgrades. I’ve reached out to support and you have to jump through so many hoops to prove you had the upgrades it can be aggravating. I shouldn’t have to screen shot every time I make an upgrade just in case I have to plead my case with support.

Error
Hello. While I was playing the game, I noticed that the soda dispenser in the Fast Food Court had been upgraded to Level 3, and I believe I had also upgraded the plate in the Flipping Pancakes area. However, at some point, both upgrades seem to have reverted to Level 1. I believe this may be a bug or an error. Could you please check my account and restore the upgrades if possible?

Whatever I try to upgrade something the game just says server not responding Now, how am I supposed to upgrade? I would lose fast on higher levels.

No option to exit the game?
Could be a fun game but I couldn’t find a way to exit the game. I had to shut down the iPad and restart in order to get out of the game. Uninstalled.

Game is great!! Lots of fun! The ads are frustrating to the point we stop playing when they don't work or complete. Please make an option where users can pay to opt out of ads!

The game is wonderful, very interesting, and you really want to play it, but it's practically impossible to do so without donations. And the whole problem is diamonds. You ask for an upgrade for, say, 8 diamonds, but for completing a level you usually get around 6. At the beginning of the game, diamonds are literally handed out like seeds: for subscribing to a channel, downloading another game, etc. But what do you do after that? How do you even get enough diamonds? And those shards are a whole other story. To get at least 4 diamonds from shards by watching ads, you have to watch them 36 times! THIRTY-SIX. That's just plain cruel. I understand that developers need to make money, but when you have to either watch endless ads or buy diamonds to progress through the game properly, the desire to play simply disappears. I really want to continue playing the game because it's really interesting, but the diamond system makes the gameplay terribly stifling and practically forces you to donate.
Server not responding when I buy more than one item
One of my favourite games ever! Unfortunately I’m having an issue with the new restaurant where every time I buy a second item, the screen says server not responding. When I go out of the game and back in, the purchases have not saved. Any idea of how I can fix this? Thanks!
Too Difficult to get gems
Nice game but essentially you have to pay to progress. Can probably do first 2-3 kitchens but that’s it. Deleting

I played most of the time when i’m at home but sometimes idk what is the problem it lagged but when i bought kitchen items and play the game already then quit and when i get back the game it dont have the kitchen items that i bought before that kind of lagged pisssed me sometimes but 70% satisfied with the game
Garden is broken
Game has been glitchy for a week. Garden no longer works, you have to replant the same seeds every time you go back in. Garden quests aren’t registering. Thankfully I don’t spend money on this game, no one should with all these glitches.
Good game but…
I enjoy the game, but I’m disappointed with the way the diamond rewards are handled. I watch the videos to receive free diamonds, but I do not receive the promised reward after watching them. All of the videos are excessively long. It feels as though the game is making it difficult to earn diamonds for free, leaving purchasing them as the only reliable option. I refuse.

It’s a pretty smooth sim game, if you ignore all the now AI ads when you ask for them or not. Like any other game, it gives you tasks to earn rewards and all and it bugs on my mind not-so-badly.

Just so money hungry
I use to play this game a few years back but stopped because I lost interest. I’ve downloaded it recently, just to see how money hungry this game has become. Gems and shards are so hard to get. Literally everything needs gems to progress and the ridiculous amount of pop ups to buy gems is disappointing. No one wants to spend £10 on flipping gems when we’re having to spend more more money on essentials because of the state of the economy. I could genuinely be on this game all day if I could. But not with the useless ads every level and the impossible progression. Just save any replies you have to this review, if you really care about you’re consumers maybe actually listen to the feedback and actually work on it a solution to make it fair for others. Don’t just give false promises and then do nothing to change. You can only live in this bubble for so long before a better and more fair game comes into the market.
AD/VIDEOS WILL NOT CEASE
Says no ads if you pay. Doesn’t matter either way! Ad starts and will not stop. No way to exit out. Will not stop unless you come back a while or even hours later. I have never experienced this type of glitch.
DIAMOND HEIST!
I’ve asked before and I’m gonna ask again and again until we get more gems otherwise I will devise a boycott of your game in the gaming community. 7 GEMS FOR LEVELLING UP IS AN INSULT. A minimum of 25 would be welcomed. Plus change the day of the bumper box from day 30 to day 15 or 20 So we can get the gems we need in order to keep playing. Thank you. After all the world is on fire and we’re all being taken for a ride.
The game crashes
I can't get into the game. The first page loads, then a window for buying diamonds appears, and the game crashes. I can't play. Please fix this.

The only thing that puts this game down is the amount of ads. You get an ad every two levels you complete. Make it at least every five levels and it's a five star game from me.
Server issues
i loveee playing this game but every time I do anything it says “try again in 15 mins” something about server issues. I’d like to continue playing but not if I can’t do anything :(
To hard to get diamonds
Great game but it takes hours to get diamonds and farming with the casino hardly ever gives diamonds at all, the only way mostly now to get diamonds is daily quests but you still don’t get many diamonds which you need for almost every upgrade
