Extremely Helpful
I love this app for helping me figure out what I need and where to get it when we’re not feeling well! So easy to use and extremely helpful.
Can’t Search
Know what you want information about? Can’t search. Their “categorical” search function is less than worthless.
Good
I like that I can look up everything and I’ve healed myself and my family (including pets) many times with Boiron products. The app, though…it’s nice to have symptoms listed and you’re able to go through them, but the back button never works so you have to completely close the app out. It’s good information all in one place, but navigating isn’t as easy as it could be. It’s not my phone either, the friends I’ve recommended download the app have the same issue on their phones and iPad.
Limited, better to use website
Not really a remedy finder. It just has a handful of symptoms you can click on and a recommendation based on a minimum of questions/symptoms. Can’t search for a specific remedy. Can’t choose multiple symptoms. Even when a remedy is recommended you can’t see ingredients (if it’s a blend) or read more info (if it’s a single). Not useful at all for those who want to go beyond being blindly handed a single remedy for acute symptoms.
So/so
Long time user of the borion products and using homeopathy in general since the mid 1980’s. Was looking for an app that I could use on the go. This one does not allow one to search for specific remedies - instead it narrows down your options for you then gives you a remedy or a blended product. The nuances that are at the heart of homeopathy are not in the users hand in this app. It’s more like here’s our products narrowly categorized for you. Bummer. I’ll be delegating it

I love opening this app in the aisle of the store to help me get the homeopathic remedies I need to target whatever I’m feeling. Very helpful app and love this brand!!

Lacking
**Use their website for better results** While the app is somewhat useful it is very limited in the information provided in the medicine search. I don’t want recommendations only for the combination medicines, I want more individual medication recommendations. When the individual medications are recommended it does not offer all that may apply to the condition in question. Example- Symptom: Runny nose Medicine Finder Recommended: Cold Calm and one individual medication when there are several individuals that can be listed to aid a runny nose. You’re better off using their website than the app because you’re likely to find more and or possibly better recommendations.

Can’t shop for individual meds
This is an excellent app for parents and pet owners, those who are basically noobs to homeopathy. It’s a great app, especially if it’s midnight, or you’re camping and you’d like to offer a bit of relief even if you need urgent or emergency care. However, I have some experience, and right now, I already know what remedies I need. I can’t find the means in the app to order those. I’ll appreciate it much more when I figure that out.
Great Resource
Great resource, but could be better. The information is a little vague. The multi products, like Acidil, does not give the ingredients which should be in the app. The Guide doesnt fit the page. The bottom blue navigation bar covers the bottom portion of the guide. You have to swipe up and hold to view it and the “full screen” option does not work. I have to enlarge it to view it. It also doesn’t include ALL the remedies that Boiron sells nor are they included in the Guide. Just a few tweaks and this App would be so much better.
Better Than Aspirin!
Looking at essential oils for nerve pain. Customer beside me showed me BORON Hupericum perforatum. Great relief! Love the dispenser, too! So easy to carry in pocket or purse!
App issues
I literally just downloaded the app and when I open it, there is a page that comes up saying error, app page can’t open.
Too basic
I also wish there was a search feature and more categories covered. There are so many acute conditions, especially for travelers or women not covered here! Also, videos have no sound?! Please fix!! Thank you!
Please add keyword search
Having to search through categories is a pain. You should also allow for free form key word search of symptoms. This what most expect when searching. What you have now is the equivalent of having to go through a phone tree system which no one likes. Love the product but the app search needs help.
Homeopathy Simplified!
This app is fantastic and very user friendly. You are only 3 clicks away from finding the right remedy to help most symptoms. This app really takes the guesswork out of finding the correct homeopathic remedy. Highly Recommend!!!

Disappointed
I agree with the other low ratings. It is helpful for quick reference first aide and such. But the first remedy I looked at for sleep was a combined formula and it didn't even include the ingredients! No search option. Very clunky feel. I didn't spend much time using it. There are some videos which I didn't listen too.
They are selling their products
Basically, if it's pain, it's their arnica gel, if it's a skin condition it's a calendula gel.

Stores don't carry Boiron.
Most of the stores that this app says carry Boiron in fact do not. I wasted my morning today driving from store to store to store, and no Boiron, even tho this app says they do. They weren't just out of stock, they never even heard of Boiron, I had to spell it for them.
