Ads, ads, ads…
Can never get it to run because of ads
Great for my new iMac
Love it graphics , file, customer support! Bought pro version for iMac, can’t figure out why u have to buy again for iPhone to make watch complication work? Otherwise, nice app for the computer!!
Free App shows only commercials
All ads about games. No weather. Don't want to pay $7.99 if I can't try it for free.
I paid for upgrade a long time ago
Everytime I open the app to view weather places a stupid as comes up and I have to close it and then go and hit the upgrade to take me to another page to open app and then all my saves come up to view.. why am I having to go through these steps
Like the weather fronts being part of forecast
One of the best forecasts available. Like the showing of fronts. Would like to see freeze lines
Too many ads
Too many adds to see the radar and storm tracks which I used to love
JEWETT
Excellent app, intuitive interface with what I need to see on the Home Screen. Would be nice if I could increase the font. But I find the weather history easiest of all to utilize when completing reports.
Whether to ...
I stopped using apple weather when it stopped feeding properly. This was a rather good app until adverts for Whatnot showed up. I have clucked the option to not see their adverts anymore several times and now that option has stopped appearing. The ads force you to interact requiring 3 separate touches of the screen to get rid of it or else the app has no functionality. I will leave time for this review to be read, and if no change I will delete what was a very good app. There are others and I now use another very good app that has no ads. For a long time this app had add always, but they were not invasive. I can accept that, but not the current state of affairs in November 2025.
Ads During Severe Weather
Sometimes our safety and lives depend on quick access to weather information and you prevent that with your ads. Please temporarily suspend your ads during those times. It shouldn’t be hard to do. Thanks.
Great
A good weather that has watch complications app without a rediculous subscription
Ads ads ads HORRIBLE
THERE'S NO WAY TO CANCEL THE ADS. They go on for a minute or more. I'm not going to waste my time waiting to get the weather. And the ads are annoying. Every one is a stupid game Such a shame because the weather map and details are great. If I can't cancel the ad after 5 or 10 seconds it's time for goodbye. DELETING NOW AND NEVER COMING BACK.
Review
TOO many pop-up ads
Too many ads!
Was great, until recently. Now 85% of the time you have to watch a full screen ad before the app opens. If I want instant info I now use Weather Underground.
It’s okay, but
The radar is good. The forecast calls for 5” of rain coming in 4 days. In 3 days it says 4.8”, in 2 days it’s down to 4” and the day of its just foggy. The worst part is the commercials for games before seeing the forecast and again before seeing the radar, it really sucks. IDK, I think it’s ok but the commercials almost made me delete it
Exactly what I Need
This is exactly the information on one page that I need daily. I have a few Chronic Illnesses that are sensitive to weather changes. This app shows the changes that I need to be aware of in order to plan.
Weather Mate
Your ads: I realize that ad support is important to your revenue. However so, I request that you supply a visible “X” that I can find to stop watching a children’s gaming ad.
Weather mate
Good app
NOT HAPPY
Paid for pro version and I’m still seeing ads…why?
Was great
Was great now have full page ads that just won’t go away! Junk so annoying now!
Roy
Pretty accurate
Infuriating
Ads have taken over. I can’t find any way to exit an ad. Way too greedy
Better than the beeb
Lots of features, great graphics, short and long forms to view.
Temp badge does not update
Temp badge on Icon on iPhone does not update unless I open the app. Very annoying.
Advertisements
Apart from the constant bloody interference by ads, the weather app is superb. Just had to restore my phone and re-install all apps. The previous version of this ran without ads. Why, is it now necessary to spoil what was good with this rubbish??😡😡
Greatness
This app is the best weather app ever
Ads, Ads, Ads
This is a great app eventually. You have to watch ads or shut it off started up numerous times to eventually get to the weather. Really irritating. Find another and save your sanity.
Weather app
Only just started seems ok Getting better.its fine It’s ok
Why adverts
Difficukt ti see hiw ti turn off adverts when opening app. Very annoying.
A few more free locations
Dont mind 1 or 2 adverts but a few more location would ok for a free app.
The book of Russ
The best weather app ever!👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ads, Ads,
Open app and right away there’s an ad that doesn’t go away. The app itself never opens. Weathermate is useless annoying junk now. Used it for uears. Deleting.
Great
Fairly good
Can’t open app without having to watch an advert first
Apple Watch complication is not showing correct temp reading making it pretty useless.
Weather Mate updated
Shows weather fronts, temps ✅ but as of this morning I’ve noticed that the wind direction arrows have disappeared ?
I like this app for its functionality
This app is over the top in accuracy, features, and ease of use, it’s my first choice for my weather
Too many ads
Too many ads

V good
有料登録しないと出来ない
無料の場合、Apple Watchのコンプリケーションには温度しか表示されないようです。 iPhone側で風速をm/sにしても、Watchではkphと表示されるので分かりにくいです。
Decent
Not bad.
Great App!
This app is better than many of the ones I looked at when my IPad no longer was compatible with The Weather Channel app. I do wish this app had an hour by hour weather prediction for my local Town.
Weather
Too Many Ads , Way Too Much!
Very good
Very good app with loads of useful information.
Weather App
This app is easy to use. Nicely designed. But the weather person that does all the predictions is never right. No the fault of the app but where the source of the info comes from is terrible. Just like a computer, you input garbage in and you get garbage out.
Amateur
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Constant as it won’t go away
App used to be good, but ads make it worthless now. Too many pop up ads that you can’t make go away totally worthless.
Great UI. Actual forecast only average
This app is beautifully presented. It is so full of useful information, and all easily accessed - charts, weather history, travel planner, moon data. Weather Mate has it all. Unfortunately, as with most (if not all), studies of the weather, its forecasts cannot be taken as gospel. They are liable to change quite a bit over any given period, so please don’t rely on them too hopefully. Also, it would be a welcome move to provide all the features in the UK, where WM must have many users by now. Some aspects of US apps so often only serve America, which is a pity. Having said this, we do have a lot to thank them for, since they are giving us all this without charge (unless you upgrade to Pro).
見易さが足りない感じです。
ダイナミックな感じで受けますが、見易さにちょっと欠けると思います。 もう少しデザイン的に変えたら良いと思います。
Basic Weather Mate
I don’t appreciate the ads that appear on the app. I am not interested in them and I don’t want them.
