Good app
Works great!
Inaccurate
It’s 97 degrees Fahrenheit in Deary, ID. Not 90F.
Great info, latest UI questionable
Hi- Weather NOAA has become my go-to weather app (amongst my many, many weather apps), but the new UI seems to be a few steps backwards. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro and most of the information seems to truncate as too much is squished in on the horizontal axis on the simply daily forecast cell.
Weather forecast not accurate
I enjoy having weather information with advance warning but on many occasions their reports are inaccurate. Like indicating it's raining but there's not even clouds in the sky.
Widgets error
Beautiful app, but widgets don’t work.
Weather #1
Live Radar Forecast Alerts
What happened to this app?
It used to be straight forward, easy to use. Now when I tap on it all I get is an ad. When I say “no” I get a jumble of hard to follow stuff
Why
This is my first time using the app and I noticed something not so cool. The fact of the severe weather alert thing needing you to have PRO is actually not cool because what someone can’t watch weather reports and other useful things and so in my opinion the severe weather alert thing shouldn’t require PRO also the whatever you call it thing is messed up because the blue usually means snow and on the map in my area is blue and it’s not snowing there.
Accessibility
No way to disable the lightning effect on the TV.
Are the developers fixing the issues with this app?
The positives: great use of the activities function to utilize the Dynamic Island without effort, good choice of weather providers, good map graphics with lots of information. The bad: A few glitches and issues. I had this app back when it first started and I had widget map issues. Fast forward 6+ years later and the widget issues are still there. I paid for the yearly subscription and the map widgets still don’t recognize my premium subscription. I can’t seem to change the Lock Screen activities weather widget to something else. It’s stuck on some useless chart. Sent note to the devs and hope to get a resolution soon. I just need the map widget to work. Would be great to bring back live radar on widget if possible! Edit: Developer sent a response about the widget not working and I have no idea what he’s trying to tell me on how to fix. Still not working. Please fix! Edit 2: widgets are working but the “premium users” banner is stuck on the widget.
Weather App
Great app, very comprehensive and useful
Always wrong
That's wasting money - always wrong
Worthless forcing subscription glitching.
Do a little scrolling on the graphs almost immediately puts the subscribe info on my entire screen. Also 2 different pages of it to. Potentially great weather app but is beyond disgusting. May all who read this be led to THE WEATHER CHANNEL. It won’t let you down. Not anywhere near this level.
Slow
Fire not responding on map☹️
Mewh
I am sorry but not a good app… not sure if its because I got it at the discounted price now I am stuck with a less than app for a year… So many maps and you cannot get rid if the square on top of your city so you cant see the radar mal clearly… The future radar does bot work… I’m disappointed
Interestingly good
Will be very handy during severe weather season of spring/summer
Not what I thought
I was under the impression that the icon on my phone would display the temp at least. It does not. I have to engage the icon to get to the temp and conditions.
Fantastic app but...
Wonderful weather app, one of the best out there. Just a couple of tweaks would make it perfect. I would change the weather icon in overcast to not include a sun as it is a bit deceptive. Same in the summary of city page where it shows blue sky and light clouds. Just use clouds. Second, I see the background in the app is always of light clouds and blue. Perhaps change this dependent on weather. Eg overcast then the app background is grey and if night then dim the background. Just suggestions, otherwise very good.
To the developer
Why I need almost daily to restore my purchase? So far I have no solution
Full featured, but unstable, and with issues
04/05/23 The app obviously has a lot going for it. Sadly, the current version is very unstable. I’m running it on a new 11” iPad Pro, and it repeatedly locks up/freezes and then crashes when switching between map layers. It’s essentially unusable. Feature-wise, I was disappointed to find that only one map layer can be selected at a time, so seeing radar and warning boxes, or any other combo is out of the question. Also, the “current location” star icon is huge on most of the layers and does not scale when zooming. Fortunately the one on the radar layer is much smaller and actually disappears after a few seconds (nice). I haven’t had a chance to explore much of the other app features, but if the stability issue and the lack of composite layers is not fixed, I’ll be canceling my annual paid subscription. At the moment, I’m sorry I paid for a year.
Very nice app
Very nice app
Useless
useless now ,the #s &words are scrambled now .can’t use app. I thought about up grading but not now
Effective
Works effectively most of the time
Pro feature
1:why do you need to bye the hurricane 🌀 feature 2:the pro feature is expensive/too expensive. 3:I do not recommend
Je m’attendais a plus !!!!
Je m’attendais a plus !!!! Mais c’est pas mal !!!
Don’t know
Great program
How many people are paying for this
Lame
Weather
Good 95%
Upgrade Pushing
I have a subscription and they keep pushing me to upgrade my subscription with ads in my way. I’m pretty fed up with them putting the ads in the way of the app so l won’t be renewing my subscription!!!!
Needs some work
Love the layout of this app with the new widgets available for iOS 14 but the app and widgets aren’t updating unless I reboot my iPhone. Maybe you need premium in order for this to function properly?
Best weather ap ever
If you want a good weather get this one
Not working
Stoped pulling weather data. No response when tried to contact support
Thermometer
Very good
It’s too difficult to navigate
The app looks nice and I’m sure the techs that built it could easily get you everything you want. But if you just loaded it on your phone because you really need weather… well, it’s not going to work. There’s four of us onboard and we hear that NOAA is the most accurate for our location. We are professionals from tech to skipper and the app doesn’t make any sense. It’s not intuitive. It’s not “plug & play”.
Apple Watch complications
Nice app, have got the weekly subscription, app description says the watch has complications but can’t add them as there not available to select, when fixed il give 5 stars
Power Outage
Thank you for the up to the minute reports.
Not worth price
Charging that much for what is essentially free from other easily accessible sources has me canceling this $$$ubscription and moving to one that gives me good value for the info
Brill
Fantastic app. Like seeing the temp without clicking anything
Too many ads and prompts
Tired of having to ignore useless marketing material on an app I am already paying $3/wk for
Not bad
Not bad
Great
Always on top of the weather
Good until it’s not
Was using this app until just recently they decided to have an ad pop up every time the app is opened. I don’t want the upgrade. I said I don’t. I’m not changing my mind. But since you make it such a nuisance, I do what I do, I get rid of it. So, I have now deleted your app. You couldn’t leave good alone. You couldn’t take “No” as an answer. No means no. So, I’ve downloaded a new app. Thank you!!
Great
Excellent app for accurate up to date local weather
I know I used to call it a gem/NOT ANY MORE!!
This app used to be one of my favorites. I'm really tired of having to go into the app to refresh it so that the badge stays active. Almost every day the badge disappears....what's good is that!?
Temp.
It's great value for the money.
News
Luv the way it works
Incorrect data
It says it’s 22° when it is 65°. Everything is off and this area.
Weather
Great app, very helpful, works well
Nice weather app, but...
Really would like this app, but the temperature only shows up on the icon if the app has just been accessed (what is the point of that?) then disappears again, and it crashes every time one touches the "radar" or "what's new" buttons in the settings. Maybe my older iOS on my iPhone 5 (there is no warning about this), or a bug?
Ok
Good app would like a big more detail throughout the day but ok
