What people like
- Great for practicing coding on the go
- Much better experience than using a browser
- Native app makes navigation easier than mobile web
What they complain about
- Fails to show which test case failed
- Hides helpful discussion threads and hints
- Missing study sections and learning features
- Has bugs and visual glitches on screen
Finally!!
I have been waiting for this app for years!! I always play puzzles on my phone to pass time and wished I could play Leetcode so I can feel less like I’m wasting my time. This is perfect!! THANK YOU.
Missing some basic features
In the solution tab, there’s no way to sort the solution by the number of vote. Some questions have hundred of solutions. Without a sorting feature, the app is basically unusable.
Brilliant, but with issues
There’s a few bugs. For instance, on my iPhone 11 (iOS 18), when I run a test and it fails, it just says “runtime error” or “syntax error” with no additional information. Also, the new keyboard while innovative, has some visual glitches on my phone, especially when hiding it and re-opening it.
Allow text of questions to be enlarged in Accessibility settings
Please allow for text to be enlarged using settings -> accessibility on the iPhone. Developers sit in front of computer screens all day and many of us have bad eyesight. Being able to enlarge text in questions would help tremendously. Otherwise a nicely built app.
Good but needs improvements
Submissions don’t mention which test is failing
Nice ux
Way better than doing it in mobile browser
Not fit for purpose
This app is a good translation of the feel and visuals of the website, but the actual functionality is lacking. After only 10-15minutes of attempting the daily challenge, the lack of multiple (arguably vital) features became too frustrating to continue: 1. After a submission fails, the testcase which was incorrect is not provided to the user. 2. There is no way to access the discussion/comment thread for the given problem. 3. There is no way to view the hints or topics for the given problem. Overall, it just doesn't work as a learning/challenge interface; there's just no way to unpack what you've misunderstood or mishandled because there's no feedback beyond the binary pass/fail.
hi add iap and 2fa
thanks
Cannot see runtime errors
Broken ui when submitting
Good Start
I like being able to solve some DSnA on the go but not having error reports or know what the test case that failed was is extremely frustrating.
Great UI
Amazing app to do Leetcode on the go.
Predatory Auto-Renewal, Refuses Refund
Be careful with LeetCode’s subscriptions. They auto-renewed my annual plan for another full year without sending any advance reminder — something California law (Automatic Renewal Law, §17600) actually requires before renewing. I contacted support the same day the charge hit, explained I only ever wanted one year, and asked to cancel and refund. They hid behind a “non-refundable” clause in their Terms of Service, refused any refund, and closed my ticket without resolving anything. Their ToS does not override state consumer-protection law, yet support kept copy-pasting the same denial. No prorated refund, no goodwill, no escalation — just a wall. The product itself is fine, but the billing practices feel deliberately designed to trap users into charges they didn’t intend. If you subscribe, set a calendar reminder to cancel well before renewal, because they clearly won’t remind you and won’t refund you.
Great start
Great first release. Only missing the explore cards for me to give 5 stars.
Problems
The study section is not yet available, which makes it pretty unusable for me (doing 150 interviews rn). Honestly this is a nice incentive, as you know there were many to go apps, that was like a copy of leetcode with free editorial and stuff. I will chsnge the rating as soon as study section comes or the 150 interview library
An issue
There is an issue with email verification
Good old LeetCode
I mean it’s literally a leetcode but in the format of the app. and with all of its convenience.
Waste of money
Honestly, after leetcoding for two years, and trying to get the most from solving problems and the education side, it’s just not as useful as it used to be. The app itself is barebones and you cannot maximize the whole subscription you pay for on the app. In addition, the problems are great to learn from but again now with AI you can use other tools to increase your programming knowledge. Leetcode is trash now. Not worth paying for it especially when you need to pay more for other modules as the pay off is very slim given the sector and not worth the price at all. The app again is very poor as you cannot even use the education portion even when paying. Just use AI to study the problems or build a program application and save yourself the time and money by not using this app or supporting leetcode. Also, their support team is very poor in customer support just beware when bringing up issues to them or improvement features.
PLEASE ADD DISCUSSIONS
Long been waiting for an app which is nice. But it is not clear if discussions for problems exist on leetcode app, PLEASE add discussions. Discussions was a major joy in solving the problem because I got to see other people struggle with me, give hints, or feel like I was part of a community. PLEASE ADD DISCUSSIONS FOR THE PROBLEMS!!
Finally great use of iPad with keyboard but with there is a huge problem
UI is amazing, love the app and convenience of practicing on the iPad. But fix python runners please, they fail with runtime error on a code that was successfully submitted via web version. I reported this issue in the app too, hopefully will get fixed asap
App crash when logging github
App crash when logging github account
Good interface
Please work on adding leetcode learning as well, I didn't see the knowledge section to learn similar to the website
Nice to have an app but not without flaw
when the code incurs a runtime error in a test the app currently only says runtime error without giving any specifics. this makes it near impossible to debug.
No traceback
It’s better to include error messages and tracebacks
Nice first attempt, but it has some issues
It’s nice to see a native app for LeetCode, especially since navigation on the problem pages is quite difficult without a mouse on a mobile device. However, there are a few things that really hurt the experience. First, the code editor does not converting tabs to spaces. It also should disable iOS’s autocomplete, as typing things such as an ellipsis (which is a valid placeholder in languages like Python) gets replaced with a different Unicode character that throws a syntax error. Also, when your code runs with a runtime error, the app does not show you the console output like the website does, which makes debugging extremely difficult.
