Great …BUT
One of the best features is the AI driven ability to upload photos and get guidance on how to fix and alter BUT can only upload one photo at a time AND when the app asks for more guidance or you have a follow up question it hangs. It also DOES NOT SAVE your questions and the answer provided so I have to take photos. Once it hangs you cannot even scroll up . Forced to shut down the app and start all over again.

This app doesn’t do what it claims to do. Ai pattern design should actually generate a pattern in pdf with instructions and not ai text that I cannot do anything with. For corset pattern you have one! Sad.

Tudo é IA mal revisado
A ideia é muito boa. Um aplicativo bem diagramado e organizado. Mas o conteúdo é todo em IA e não foi revisado por um costureiro de verdade. Alguns projetos faltam informações importantes pra quem vai realmente executar o que tá ali. Os projetos que tem vídeo, que são poucos, são vídeos feitos e narrados por IA, e isso não seria um problema se os detalhes tivessem sido bem revisados. O projeto da bolsinha de moedas, por exemplo, tem uma parte que é preciso fazer um pesponto ao lado do zíper nos tecidos superiores com a bolsa fechada, e é narrado certinho, mas na hora de fazer não mostra a técnica de como só pegar os tecidos de cima com o zíper fechado, e no vídeo aparece os tecidos inferiores indo junto. Não cheguei a imprimir os moldes, os projetos que fiz, fiz na mão mesmo, então não saberia falar eles. Mas não precisa ver muito do app pra perceber que não vão estar todos certos pq até algumas fotos principais do projeto não condiz com o próprio projeto, tipo, o projeto é um vestido, e na foto tem uma mulher com uma saia. Se o revisor não pegou isso, imagina as informações dos moldes… App feito provavelmente por algum programador que viu uma oportunidade de dinheiro, mas não se deu o trabalho nem de chamar um costureiro pra revisar. Não é a primeira vez que vejo isso, tá cheio de livro digital assim tb, não são só os apps, e isso dá no saco pq vc tira tempo da sua vida pra se dedicar a algo novo, e as expectativas são muito frustradas.

I really like the app but would like to see maybe a few more weekly or monthly new patterns with bigger size ranges as most plus size now go to 32. And more pet patterns would be brilliant but overall is a good app

Ho scaricato l’app per poter visionare progetti che mi guidino nel mondo del cucito. I progetti sono interessanti ma devo segnalare delle criticità: - non tutti i progetti hanno la video guida incorporata; - il video a volte si blocca in maniera casuale, e non dipende dalla connessione; - inoltre molto spesso l’audio del video non si sente, bisogna fare vari tentativi di apertura e chiusura dell’app per cercare di far riattivare l’audio. Consiglio vivamente di risolvere queste criticità per garantire all’utente una migliore esperienza dell’app, che è davvero interessante.

Potential but not useful yet
I think this app has a lot of potential to be something very useful in the end but right now the only things that have guides are the most basic sewing patterns which for my level are too easy and the ones that are more complicated and interesting just have the PDF pattern. I also think it relies too heavily on AI. It’s got very limited patterns and I don’t think it should be behind a pay wall at this point. One more point is that this app uses A4 paper which in Canada we use letter so that would be one of my suggestions for improvement ie different printing options. One last thing, it would be helpful if the app had a tutorial on how to add projects, save them, or review them as a community. Leaving comments or suggestions I think that would improve it a lot as well.

Dress pattern
Pattern had zero directions, wasn’t the pattern in the pic, couldn’t find a video, not sure what size it was but it sure wasn’t a 6 , all around just poor product. automated help was no help. It gave me the directions for a dress that I wasn’t making. So far not impressed.

Chat GPT for sewing
The adverts look great. But you cannot actually scroll through tutorials like I was expecting. It’s Ai, you have to chat to the device to get it to do what you like. Could only produce text line drawing and not images. I added the same prompt to free Chat GPT and got better results.

I don’t get it, how am I supposed to get the pattern off of my phone? I get you can download a PDF but then what? I don’t know how to print from my phone… and onto sewing pattern paper?

Llevo unas pocas horas curioseando la aplicación y me parece interesante. Ni siquiera me he suscrito a la prueba de 7 días gratuitos y puedes ver muchísimos patrones, obviamente el de ropa no, pero muchos otros si. Algunos incluyen instrucciones en vídeo lo cual me parece maravillosos porque se entiende mucho mejor que viendo fotos. Los vídeos son sin audio, quizás es por no suscribirme al pago, pero aún así son muy prácticos. 34€ al año no está mal si se le saca partido pero no es mi caso ya que apenas tengo tiempo ni para coser un botón. 2,99€ mensual tampoco está mal si tienes ese mes tiempo libre para dedicarte a ello. Tiene muchas funciones que no he probado como trabajo con la IA, no sé como de exacto será ya que sabemos que la IA de vez en cuando comete errores pero me parece una idea interesante, creo que si esta te saca los patrones y los escala correctamente puede ser una muy buena inversión. Le he dado 4 estrellas porque sería perfecto que todos los patrones vinieran con vídeo. Pero imagino que igual los irán subiendo poco a poco. De las pocas aplicaciones que creo que merece la pena.

I’ve been asked to write a review even though I haven’t started using the app yet; I’ve only just finished the onboarding process. I’m not impressed with the onboarding as it asked restrictive questions which you’re forced to answer in order to continue through. For advanced sewists like me, there aren’t enough options that suit. If an app is going to tailor (excuse the pun) itself to suit a user, it needs to be better informed about the diverse abilities of its users.
