A Way to Connect!
I love how I can read a story and my grandson can see me and we can have fun together, even though we’re so far away! This is a wonderful opportunity to have fun with my grandson, connect with him and hopefully make a connection with him as he grows up!
Good App, Dishonest Leadership
Very disappointed in this app. Back in April, we had an issue, and Yoav Oren (the CEO of the company) directly reached out to me. They stated they released a new update, asked us to download it, and personally offered a complimentary membership for the trouble. I did exactly what was asked. I updated the app and even paid for a trial out of pocket just to make sure the fix actually worked. The app itself works now, and my son loves it, but the CEO completely lied about the credit and ghosted us afterward. I sent the requested follow-up email to claim the complimentary membership and got no response. I sent another follow-up in June. Still nothing. It has been nearly three months of radio silence since this started in April. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional when the head of a company makes a direct promise just to get you to troubleshoot their app, and then completely fails to follow through. Great app for kids, but terrible, dishonest leadership.
Worth every penny!
This app is incredibly easy to use and maneuver through. The delight, my long distance granddaughter has makes it worthwhile! My only request is more options for six months to two years old.
Zoog
I accidentally downloaded this app cancelled immediately they would not refund my money .. took a years subscription out of my bank! Never used it… totally a scam
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing. Whenever the app is opened it exits out/ closes.
Best app ever!!!
Love how simple it is to create these special stories and share them with my family! Recommend to anybody who wants to add some magic in their lives 🫶🏼
Paid subscription unacessible
I had four months still left on my subscription when they updated app and I lost access to my subscription. Under the help option, I reported the problem. They responded once and then started ghosting me after the problem was not fixed.
More content for 0+
Hi there. What a great concept. Would be a great thing to have more content for 0+. Thank you!
Just trying this out
Cute idea! I would have to practice
LOVE this company and APP!!
I have been using the free version for a few years and I’m about to buy it all! This is SUCH a creative way to read to my Grandchildren now that they moved across country with the Military! Bonus.. They get to keep it and always play it back when they miss me!! Thank you for this and making it SO easy to use!
They charge unfairly
I subscribed to Zoog in Jan 2025 and paid $62.99 for the year. I thought it would be fun to send stories to my grandchildren. Unfortunately my grandchildren never didn’t get to see many of them so I stopped making them. I thought for sure I had unsubscribed to this app and I forgot about it. I have epilepsy and have had hundreds of seizures and brain damage so I forget easily. This January 2026 I was charged $89.99 to renew the subscription. I was not given any notice that it was going to renew or that the price increased so much. Apple will not refund me despite the app not being used. This is a lot of money and I didn’t expect it nor can I afford it. I’m extremely disappointed.
Zoog - innovative way which has helped me stay in touch with my grandchildren who live far away.
I was surprised when I read a Pooh book with what happened to my voice and the little ones (3 under 3) enjoyed it too. Love the educational component for littlies, I just wish their were more songs and stories for babies who are just now recognising me and laughing. I haven’t been a member for a month and have some all the songs bar 2 several times. A bigger variety would be appreciated. But the aim of this is so that my grandchildren will know me, and this is most definitely happening. Thank you so much.
Perhaps for some
I can see the value of the app for some people but I find it to be way too expensive at 14.99/month for what it provides. I deleted it.
Great App
I love this App!! It’s a great way to connect with your grandchildren.
Way overpriced for absolutely nothing!!!
Don’t do it
Joke and greetings
The kids think it’s funny and I love a different kind of connection
Don’t work well
I pay 160 dollars for life time ! And every time I want save any of the videos they save with a lag and frozen the sound and video . Horrible! I don’t recommend this app is a scam ! It cost a lot of money and you will not able to save your videos with out a link and keep them in your phone even if you pay the max amount of mi ey on this app
Connecting with family
This has been a wonderful way for me to connect with all my great nieces and nephews! Love it!❤️
Cancellation
I canceled my subscription a few days after I purchased it because my grandson was scared of it. They are charging me for the entire year.
Joy
The joy this brings my grandson is precious to me!
Not worth it
Very first video to my grandbaby won’t play? Not impressed.
Zoog review
Best in the world
Warning
They take money out of your account even if you cancel your subscription do not sign up with them.
Zoog is a hit with our grandchildren
Following the instructions for narrating the story and song I sent to each grandchild was easy…and the fun making each was totally unexpected. I could not stop laughing watching the playback!!
Can’t Sign Up
Sent and clicked resend numerous times to receive Magic Link via email and no matter how many time I join, it never sends the link. Have tried for 3 days now. Impossible to join.
jokes
My 6 yo granddaughter loves when I record the jokes.
