Setting it up is so slow, cannot imagine how slow the trading process will be.
Nouveau en trade d’options
Le seul pourquoi pas 5 étoiles, je suis nouveau venu dans le trade d’option et j’ai encore de la difficulté à comprendre vraiment mon pouvoir d’achat. Mais Moomoo m’a beaucoup aidé quand même par sa facilité à opérer. Seulement plus difficile de comprendre mon solde réel.
Signing up
Not able to finish creating my account, three tries and none of them worked. Person helping is not really helping, as they only give me the same information as the app. Retry on different wi-fi, and without wi-fi. Not working either. Good thought, application is more complex though…
Needs Advanced order types
Advanced options order types would be nice for spreads. Also conditional order types, like closing options/spreads at an underlying price, on specific dates etc. And obviously commission free trading is becoming more popular and would also be nice Other than the lack of order management for advanced options I’m pretty happy with the user friendliest of the app
Pocket dynamo investment tool
Tons of features and tools with education. None of the Canadian bank brokerages come close to…..

Slow solving issue, forced UI changes not back compatible
That may be easier to reach the customer service, but they do not solve the problem and they do not have the knowledge to solve the problem. The current problem is that they change the UI that I only can see the watchlist in a very narrow side window, and I have no way to make it a bigger window. So I have to constraint to be in a half a window to do anything on the watchlist and there’s no any other way to make the list itself in a sole window. This is terrible and only introduced in the newer version I had.

Just a small issue
After the recent update, the option to switch to landscape mode by tapping the screen has disappeared, which is very inconvenient. Please bring it back.

No 24 Hour Overnight trading in Canada. M
Moomoo Canada does not offer true Overnight trading. App only offers regular hours and extended. App doesn’t offer overnight trading 8 pm to to 4 am.

Never seen an app with this much visual junk before. Not to mention how hard they try to prevent you from taking your money out. Why is it so easy to deposit but so hard to withdraw
