Helped following accident
The entire team (Dr MacGowan, C Carruthers, A Jackson, C Jackson, Dr March, and everyone else) has been really great. Very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. My recovery hasn’t been as good as I hoped, however I believe this is due to the extent of my injuries. The medical care I’ve received has been excellent!

Good
I use the portal quite often. I wish the doctors officers were referred to it more often and not request additional paperwork. One recommendation I would give is that when an email is sent automated I’m sure that it says there is new information available on the portal and you click on that link it does not take you to that information. I’ve had two emails that says there are new test results just today from a recent visit and when I’ve clicked on those links which were a couple hours apart, there were no new test results. I’m assuming someone must be adjusting records or so forth, but it shouldn’t send me a message in case but anyhow that’s my suggestion and if an organization says, please check pre-check in on the portal and then you ask me for that paperwork again when I get to your office, I refuse to fill it out. I’m not gonna do it twice. Hope that help
Somewhat useless
This app is great for seeing your test results or chatting with a doctor but if you want to schedule an appointment, it’s useless. You can’t even find your doctor’s phone number on it! It says you can schedule but after going through many screens to pick your doctor and the appointment type, it then tells you “this appointment cannot be scheduled online”. It also claims to link your account with other doctors/facilities so “all your info is in one place”.but after taking the time to link accounts it still opens multiple windows between accounts. Hardly one place. The app used to work much better before the latest merger.
Appointment
Would be nice to be able to set an appointment with my endocrinologist in Colorado Springs. Doesn’t even show a location there.
Great App
I use this very often for my spouse and myself. A very handy way to keep track of appointments and communicate with my care providers.
Has not synced with my data
I cannot use this app because it has not synced with my data. Can’t see bills, send messages, review appt notes.
Wrong part of country
I do not live in Colorado, Kansas, or Utah. I don’t know why it picked there for me. I live no where even close to there. The app seems to work great for my husband’s account but not mine.

Poor App
This app is awful. I have precisely saved my user and password to ensure I have it correct. Yet, every single time I attempt to login, I get an invalid alert and cannot proceed. It doesn’t recognize my information. However, when I call in to have a reset sent to me.. all the info is correct. Yet the next time I go to log in.. it doesn’t work. After I have confirmed all my info and passwords are correct. Incredibly frustrating!

It doesn’t enable text messages to my provider as it is set. I had forgotten which provider Common was attached to, so I ran through 4 passwords to get it right

So far really easy to use. Cuts out a lot of waiting on hold for long periods. Information you want to share with others is easily accessible.
The doctors that wished they were doctors
Keller office the pain management office , have a spinal injury, apparently after two year it the same , nobody will fix you on medicade so don’t even try , they don’t call you back they don’t make appointments they are close to having a law suit filed against them, The surgeon to the pain management is weak, only person that was good at there job in the whole process was the mei tech amazing guy he can see I was in pain, nobody has did anything to help .This is the gods honest truth. Fort Morgan hospital need a new leader . They just are not getting it done two year slipped disc pinch nerve 🤷♂️
Apple Pay not working
The old app had Apple Pay but the new app says it has Apple Pay but it’s not worked yet!! Please fix this issue I have tried it every month.

Not sure whats changed
Ive called 3 times to schedule a diagnostic mammogram still havnt had it scheduled its one excuse after another also they changed my sleep study co pay from $35.00 to $325.00 at the last minute
App OK Poor Communication
The ability to communicate with facilities is limited and systems such as emergency and with spurious billing. It’s a total disaster in this way. The hospitals do not communicate with patients well through the app and billing is complete black hole boarding on shady! No way of telling why or what they’re billing for so the don’t meet Federal Surprise billing laws.

Feeling helpless
I went to the emergency room because I’m experiencing severe sciatic nerve damage in my right leg traveling down to my knee. I’ve lost feeling in my toes and now experiencing discoloration. The Hospital gave me a steroid and told me to follow up with Dr. Bogner. I have to work during this timeframe. I attempted to get off work and arrive for my appointment. Only needing to get a referral for an MRI. I was two minutes past my 10 minute cancellation window and they canceled me so now I have no idea when I can get back in again. And I don’t know what to do. This has been a terrible experience and I am doing the best I can but getting in to see this doctor seems completely inconvenient. Or too far out.

As above. Then app is so not clear on what drs drs want. I cannot ask question them. So I have a huge backload of stuff to do.

No support
There is no option for tech support. It’s impossible to reach these people. I’ve tried calling but I’m on hold and nobody ever picks up. There’s no email option on the actual portal website either. There is zero support. It seems like this is done on purpose. Every single app has a support area to email questions except this one. I’ve changed my phone number in the system and it still keeps sending the verification to the old phone number. There’s no way to get a hold of anyone.
