At CommonSpirit Health – Mountain Region, we're building healthy communities across Colorado, Kansas and Utah by advancing health equity and innovating how and where healing can happen.
With the CommonSpirit - CO/KS/UT app, patients and family members can access our patient portal on an iOS device. The app allows patients to:
View test results, health summaries and when preventive care procedures are due
Send and receive messages with a provider
Schedule and confirm upcoming appointments
View visit summaries for past appointments
Request and pay for medication refills
View billing statements and pay balances due
Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account
