Good App for Medical Info and Appointments
Works well, no issues while using, intuitive for new users and easy to navigate.
The most frustrating app I have ever used
This app seems to have no logical design to its UI. All your setting is spread out between 1 million different menus. I have had multiple prescriptions shipped to old addresses because there is no way to change, delete, or add shipping addresses!! Why isn’t there a section in your account settings for that!!??? This app is unacceptable and borderline dangerous for a medical corporation to have!
Excellent app
I can easily manage my appointments and follow test results. The staff a UC Health has always responded to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Needs Help!
So frustrating! Makes no sense in this day and age to see how poorly this app is. Getting appts/repeated request for log ins/etc. could (and has been) v helpful at times but v frustrating as well.
Updates?
The app is asking me to update, but when I click through to the app store as it directs me to do, it doesn’t seem to offer one. It just says “open”. Overall, the app seems to do a pretty good job at most things, but on several occasions the payment estimation and bill I pay is larger than what I owe. It doesn’t seem right that I have to loan UC Health money until they complete their billing work.

It reset my entire account just because i wanted to set up an appointment
This entire app is so confusing and set up horribly. I can’t even set up a normal appointment with a healthcare provider without resetting my entire account? Then I tried to reset my password and the only thing I could talk to about it was a stupid ai. I want to be able to talk to someone at all times, this is healthcare not a normal office that has business hours. I chronically need to set up an appointment for a cyst I have and the ai can’t even send me the codes I need. FIX YOUR APP THIS IS HORRIBLE

Latest IPhone crashed this App on my IPhone 13. Will not reload in order to log in. Have to restart iPhone in order for App to load again. Have tried several times to remove and download App, still no luck. Happens on both my iPhone 13 models. No problems on portal though. Called support with no luck also.
Update won’t load
I love this app and use it regularly to communicate with my providers so it has been a real hassle for it to not open at all Since the latest update. Please HELP
Watch app
I love to see an app for iOS watches to send my health data to uchealth like. Heart rate, sleep data , etc.
Abysmal Scheduling
They make it near impossible to schedule an appointment. They also drop your PCP if you don’t have an appointment in a while, which makes scheduling even more impossible. The cherry on top is that if you use the automated scheduling via the message center, it will tell you they have an appointment next Tuesday: then when you choose that option, it schedules you for a Tuesday a month away.

I prefer the MyChart app for accessing my UCHealth record. MyChart has the features I need right on the homepage and doesn't require extra clicks to clear unread message count.
Livi sucks
I keep trying to log in livi on the phone and on this app simply does not work grow up and hire a human person preferably one who speaks English

This app creates more problems than it fixes.
Review
Menu bar needs tweaking, A lot of unnecessary filler in selections. I would like to see this be more responsive to what patients tend to be associated with 1) Booking an Appointment 2) notes on visit and recommendations to other professionals if necessary 3) Test results and recommendations 4) Followup next steps 5) Of course any change to insurance

Always tries to reschedule my appointment or set me up with one I don’t want. Uninstalled.
Appointments no longer works
Did the apple update, rebooted phone. Can no longer make appointments today.
App wants full assess to my calendar!?
The app asked for full access to my calendar. Like, ALL of the access. What is the purpose for this? I can imagine some benign and awful reasons, but the app didn’t tell me WHY it wanted that access, so I kept it at “Add Only” (to add appointments to my calendar). If the app is trying to do something fancy like know when I’m available, accessing my entire calendar any going to do it, because I have multiple calendars that list events that aren’t actually places I’ll be.
Cannot log in
Super frustrating, calling doctor and they say to download the app, which will not let me log in even though I can log in via web.
Face ID no longer works
I’m on the phone with app support now, but just thought I’d post in the meantime.
Poorly done
It seems as though they have put a lot of effort into to making everything difficult, especially if you have a 14 year old child.
Pharmacy and portal
The portal does not allow any explanation of prescriptions that aren’t being filled. It (and Livi) doesn’t say there is a delay because,,, or the prescription was sent to the provider and no response, and more. Follow through from the portal to the patient seems nonexistent.
No Longer Working
This app used to be 3-4/5 stars until a couple weeks ago when it started with dual authentication. Since then, I have been unable to log into the app. I enter the code it sends, but it just keeps giving an error communicating with the server. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Tried calling tech support who reset the dual authentication, which allowed me to log into the web version through the browser, but it did not fix the app issue and they had no clue what else to try and knew nothing about the error. Not a great feeling when your tech support doesn’t have an answer.
Livy assistance is awful
This AI assistant creates more hassle than it helps. Even if you get on a call. It takes longer for it to fake key type than for you do just talk to someone. Waste of time
