No images present
Anxiously awaiting report & images due to a possible emergent infection. Took from 9/3 to 9/9 for report to be ready. But no images!!! Ridiculous. Prefer everything in 1 place, and what happened to a normal expected turn around time?

I’ve had numerous imaging done at OrthoVirginia and none of them will come up on this site, although it said on OrthoVirginia that they could be viewed here. Waste of time to register.
Unbelievable
I called these people. I was told they could not help me. I needed to call the dr. Office so they could fix it . The back and forth was in sane. But, the worst part is the language barrier. How can these people get attitudes . When we understands what they’re saying. And having to keep say can you repeat that is outrageous. This makes you more frustrated. It needs to be people who speak proper English. Because right here is not it at all!!!!!!!
