Good
Very good
Huh?
Download this app and all it does is send you through a lot of questions to give you no idea of how the app works or how to use it or anything free to non-paying user at all. Why would I pay for an app that I have no earthly idea how it works or how to use the app at all. It just wants to charge you upfront filling you annually. So I’m gonna dump all this money out to decide after I pay for it that I don’t like it and can’t get my money back. It says yes cancel anytime —after they charge you the annual membership! What kind of BS is that?
Great
Great protein intake when trying to get lean muscle as high protein low calories
Damn payment
Looked promising till the payment came up. Can’t even exit out of the payment screen, I don’t see it as fair to pay just for a little help with fitness, they need to fix this
Just starting
I always rate five stars when I first start an app. The telling rating will be the subsequent ratings I take it back they already making it different to begin using the app
!
Very accurate love it
FORCING YEAR SUBSCRIPTION
I opened the kalo app , for the first time in a while , thinking about subscribing monthly they now have a pop up offering you 80 percent off forever for the yearly plan I hit the x to close it and another pop up comes up spinning a wheel of fruits then tells me I won 85 percent off except there no x to close only the restore button I close the app completely and it does it all over again i closed the app 5 times and every time it did it again if this is forcing a yearly subscription and it is wrong
Great app
It’s a great app but there’s one MAIN problem. When you go to input food it doesn’t always have it, that’s normal. The problem is that you can add it to a new day and if I’m correct, we have a LIMITED amount of scans
Not for me
I tried this app and it is difficult to use so, as it did not work for me, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. I did not hear back so have ended paying for a year and not using it as too complicated. Total waste of money.
Only just started
Can’t comment on if it is working for me as yet to start
Sooo Good
oh Kalo you’re so good to me !
Scam
Gave this 1 star only because I can’t give 0 stars because why do I have to pay for an app before I’m even allowed to try it out and see if it’s even something that matches what I need! You just want money to probably do none of what you claim to do!
Small Bug
Really enjoy this as making entering food easier. My only challenge is the app doesn’t always go to correct date when you scan the food/bar code. Then would need to delete and redo for correct day. In past week happened 3 times for me.
Scam
The AI feature on this app is not good. I scanned several food pictures and it always gives me the wrong thing. I scan cottage cheese, it gives me yogurt, etc. it’s a fraud, and I’m trying to get my money back. Don’t spend your time on this!
One big change
The app is really great, but the macros are wrong a lot of the time by quite high percentages which can be a bit offputting when you’re trying to be precise and make sure you actually hitting your goals which is the point of the app. Once this is fixed the app will be basically 10 out of 10 please fix it ASAP.

This app is amazing it helps and it’s amazing
My ratings
It this app is free of cost then this app is the best one for your diet
Love it
Super nice
Updates get worse
When I first downloaded this app it was amazing, and the AI scored food products better than any other tracking app. But since each update the AI seems to get worse. Now I can’t even upload a picture of weighed out ingredients for it to scan without it saying it’s unrecognised.
Does not work in Asia
The app looks great but Does not work in Asia. I live in Lebanon and could not track my food as they would not come up.
Great app
❤️🔥
Not a good Investment
I paid for this app because I wanted an easier way to track my calories, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. The calorie calculations have been inconsistent, even when I upload the nutrition label directly from the product. I entered the exact grams from the label, and the calories still didn’t match. I found myself having to change the grams just to get the calories closer to what the nutrition label actually says. The same thing happened when I was logging fresh cherries. Instead of making calorie tracking easier, this app had me questioning whether the numbers were even correct. As someone who’s learning how to track calories, I shouldn’t have to spend so much time trying to figure out if the app is calculating foods correctly. The whole purpose of paying for a calorie-tracking app is to have confidence in the information it’s giving you. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted support to request a refund and never received a response. I also contacted Apple, and they told me the developer declined my refund request. After hearing what happened, Apple even recommended being cautious when purchasing third-party subscription apps because refund decisions like this are controlled by the developer. I paid for a service that I don’t feel I can trust, and when I reached out for help, I got no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
Great app!
Honestly this app is super amazing. I love how easy it is to keep track of what you eat and also how accurate it is, is astounding! Only took off a star because the start weight doesn’t go higher than 330. I’m about 12lbs more than that and it makes it difficult to track my progress as some desperately trying to lose weight. Other than that tho it’s a great app!
Review
I wish I could use this app for younger ages
Delete Meal button doesn’t work
No matter how many times I try to delete a meal, it absolutely does not work.
Nice
Just a greta program overall
makes you pay dont recommend
it makes you think you get the app for free by putting in all your info and goals and then afterwards, it keeps you on a payment screen with no X button forcing you to pay or delete the app
Recommend
It is very helpful and makes it easier to stay on track
Impossible to work with
I tried adding recipes and it’s impossible to customize the quantities and nutritional information. It was impossible to also set a portion of the food I did manage to add. The quantities and nutritional information amounts are all over the place. I committed for a year based on someone on Instagram hyping it and I regret committing. Will not be renewing the subscription.
Not great
Lots of foods not on app, camera usually dosent give proper calories and my food dairy disappeared for half the day
Great all around
Just a great app all around too keep you healthy
I just wasted my money, can’t even refund the money. I never use the app.
I just wasted my money, can’t even refund the money. I never use the app.
Upgrade
I wish it tracked my workouts as well. Other than that a pretty good app.
Ok
Decent app for tracking food intake and intermittent fasting. The main problem is that it doesn’t sync with apple health kit. If this integration was introduced the app would be amazing.
Boot-Loop
I don’t want the subscription direct, so I closed the bottom sheet twice using the X. Since than I’m in a boot-loop 🙁
good app
i like alot
Sucks
I want my money back lol it’s a cool concept but the app definitely lacks a lot of detail there’s countless food items I can’t find.
AI pictures are not accurate
I broke down the calories after taking a picture and they were 620 not the 1125 the pictures said. It’s very clever how the AI picks out the ingredients but the Macros are way off. Some good features of this app. It would get 5 starts if it allowed you to edit the macros after the picture of the meal / food you are eating.
Good tool but terrible UI/UX and value
The functionality of the app itself is fine. It does a pretty good job of macro and calorie counting from images. However, the UI is awful. So much tapping to navigate the app. Why shouldn’t I be able to quickly add multiple food items from my recents list without being closed out of the list after each tap? So frustrating. Plus, it needs to update very few days because the app is filled with bugs. Despite the frequency of updates, it’s never fixed. This would be a decent app if it was free, but it’s a regrettable waste of $50.
Awesome sauce
It’s so awesome sauce
Money
I didn’t want to pay money and the app made me pay just to use it
No trial period
I think it’s unacceptable to charge an annual subscription right from the start without as much as a one day trial. I have tried these apps before and found the scanning accuracy really bad. So I won’t be subscribing for a year without a way to test the accuracy, even a one week paid trial would do but you obviously don’t have the confidence in your own app so you charge for a year upfront.
I love this app, but …
The app is great in helping me stick to a plan, understand my macros and supports my intermittent fasting. Using it has helped me change how I eat, for the better I just wish it would share the food breakdown with the Health app as I use both to monitor my health, diet and exercise. I also wish it was easier to track my water intake without having to scroll to a different area of the app. And then also share my water intake with the health app! Overall, very much worth the relatively small annual subscription, notwithstanding.
Ridiculous!!!
It is the only app that will accept me due to my age but it’s absolutely ridiculous that the only way I can access the app is to subscribe to the unlimited plan?? Even though I got a discount I still don’t want to subsribe !! Absolutely pathetic.
