Best app ever until it wasn’t
I loved this app. Used to everyday for 356 days And had great success using it. However, if you do 365 days in a row you are rewarded with a “lifetime” membership. And conveniently at 356 days the app stopped working and the only to fix it was to delete and redownload the app. And you lose all your data. Then the price goes from $35 a year to $65. it was very frustrating

Customer service
The app itself is great, however the customer service is terrible. I reached the 365 day mark long ago and have yet to receive my free lifetime. I have been ignored by customer service, the little interaction was them ignoring what I had to say and telling me what I already know and have stated
Changed what I put in
I was measuring my food and put exactly what I ate and it would change it ! And when I would change it back it would change it again ! It’s untrustworthy because now I’m not sure what other entry’s they changed without me noticing
Some fixes needed but overall very good
I decided to buy the app after seeing a video to test it out and overall it does the job because I am indeed loosing weight. However I have 2 major problems : First one is that the app has issues recognizing foreign food (Chinese in my case) and taking pictures does not help so I need to « describe » which takes a lot of time. Scanning QR code or products is also not possible. Second, the weight tracker does not save the history which makes the tracker quite useless? I only see the two lines regarding the original weight and the goal, but not the progression.

The AI tracks calories INCORRECTLY
Could be better
The app is good for keeping on top of macros and calories, but the feedback feature doesn’t work which sucks. Could be improved by bettering the saved tab via organizational options such as alf order, times used order, etc. Also by being able to edit the saved tabs, via adding images, being able to delete older not used saved items, etc. The overall average for the macros and calories was removed a while back which never really made sense to me. And again, the feedback button should be fixed, this is the only way I found to “leave some feedback”. I hope the developers see this and drop an update or two. Good app overall and it has really helped me get closer and closer to my goals but it could definately use some improvements.
Falsely advertising price
Signed up because it states 39.99 at the beginning once you get to the sign up page the price jumps to $2.99 for 3 days then $69.99 or $7.99 a week. What’s the price?

I can’t save any more items. Please unrestrict the limit, because this is interfering with my log entries. Also, I couldn’t submit this feedback because the submit button is covered by the iPhone keyboard. Additionally, I am unable to replace ingredients because selecting doesn’t work, even after confirming. Thanks

Lost account after years of use
I have been an avid user of this app, and have been a subscriber since they started, before updates, and before it became popular and Mainstream. Ever since the last week of April (and presumably after the 1.1 update), my account is nowhere to be found, and I cannot access it. I lost all of my history, all of my saved meals, and personal information. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and I’ve been left in the dark. This app is great and I desperately want to undo this 1-star review, but in the meantime, It’ll have to stay.

They have a lot of work to be done, disappointing
I have used fit hub for over a year now, and now that my annual subscription is coming to an end I will not be resubscribing. Simply put the app did not improve at all in the past year, the photo taking calorie counter barely works and I expected their AI to get tuned for the better during this year but no, it’s still below average same as 1 year ago. Secondly, they have a weak database of bar codes. Compared to my fitnesspal, feels like they only got like 20 percent of what they got, so when the photo mode does not work, you can’t even use their bar code mode. So yeah personally it’s disappointing since I had high hopes for it, but I guess it’s just below average at the end of the day compared to other alternatives.
App needs work
This app is limited in terms of being able to save your custom meals for future use. You have to renter all your ingredients again each time you want to prepare your custom meal. When adjusting the ingredients in your food, the app glitches when you want to edit fat grams, carb grams etc. This app is mediocre and very basic at best and needs some work.

Writing this as I try to log in every which way for my account that randomly disappeared after purchasing a year subscription. Day after purchase it asks to try premium/limit features until you hit try then it recognizes you have it but can’t actually use the premium features daily until you redo that

Calculation are inaccurate
Hi, the macro tracker from image is not good. Almost inaccurate most of the time. The chatGPT works better then this. Please fix the AI algorithm. I am a paid user. Br, Surajeet
Where is the fiber
I actually really like this app. Being able to input foods and accurately track my macros helps me stay on track. The ability to talk to the app for tracking makes this a no excuse sort of app. My qualm is where is the fiber tracker? We are focusing more on overall wellness than ever before. One of my goals is not just to be physically strong but make my body resilient through complete nutrition. Where are the micronutrients tracking? Also sodium would like to see how much Imim inhaling as well. Also too bad I can’t track water. Overall best app out there to me to keep myself on track.

I purchased lifetime FitnessAI which comes with fithub. It wants me to pay again and support had not offered to help. Hype but unfortunately they did not do their part as they promised! Update, I reached out as requested and did not receive any reply at all!

Gardez l'appli simple, jolie, minimaliste, il n'existe pas d'app qui est aussi clean à ma connaissance et c'est sa force. - Ajoutez un mode sombre.
Frustratingly limited database, glaring issues with the app. Don’t bother
For an app that is supposed to use AI integration to make tracking macros simpler, there are some glaring issues: - The nutritional information is inaccurate even when you scan the barcode or take a picture of the nutritional label which is supposed to auto populate - Everything is measured in grams, there is no option to use measurements such as tbsp, cup, lbs, oz, etc. This is problematic when certain foods like hummus and peanutbutter are measured in tbsp on the nutritional label - No option to input customize food or fix errors on the in app food database. For example, my protein bar shows up as 170cal (with inaccurate macro data too) when the nutritional label on the package shows 150cal. When I try to adjust the protein to the correct amount, it somehow changes the calorie as well?!? - Food database is frustratingly limited for the most part. I.e There is no option to input cooked protein. This matters greatly because 100g of raw chicken breast will cook down to ~70g when cooked, so it’s important to have option to input cooked protein Overall, I spend more time tinkering around the app than it’s worth. If you already have a Fitbit or MyFitnessPal, just stick to those apps. It’s way less headache and the food database is much larger and accurate
I am a fan but need more
I’m a fan of this service and I think their price point is very fair for such a game changing utility for anyone that is seriously trying to track their calories. These AI tools have made what use to feel impossible for me a lot more doable even with its imperfections. But I’m a yearly subscriber since April this year and I’m not see steady improvement to the app which has been disappointing. I would like to this that if the app is using AI to provide macros that their would be something in place to continuously learn from the corrections I’m making to do results however that doesn’t even kind of seems like it’s happening. Only content in the context field changes anything about how the app interprets the entries. Typing in various parts of the app have weird unexpected issues (like the cursor jumping in front of previously typed letters and mess you up, the app isn’t responsive to my iPhone Pro 6” screen and a lot of the fields on different pages are completely covered by the keyboard with no way to scroll into view). If I’m going to be using this app for a year and future years I want to be able to see my previous months entries easier, a monthly and yearly calendar page is needed. I would also like to know fiber content of the food I am eating as well. This review alone should be more than enough to fill the backlog for product improvements but we only seem to be getting “small bug fixes” updates since I’ve been a subscriber in April. I would love to improve the rating for this with some tangible feature improvements and addressing some of the bugs I constantly experience.

I do not like this app at all! No instructions or tutorials on how to use it, it does not adjust anything after putting in your information. It charged me for a full year right off the bat! It is the worst app I haver ever come across! Will Not recommend to anyone! I wish I could give it ZERO stars!

L’application est pas mal encore pas mal de choses à fixer, par exemple le mélange de français et d’anglais, et le gros plus serait de pouvoir synchroniser l’application avec l’app Forme afin de tracker et de mettre à jour nos objectifs en fonction de notre activité physique en temps réel.

Misleading “Trial“ subscription
I was under the impression I would get the 3 day trial that the app stated, it charged me for the yearly subscription. I want a refund, I’m not going to use this app for a whole year, Terrible and misleading “trial” subscription
Macros aren’t accurate to labels
This app seems to be working okay, but any picture i take of barcodes- they have not had a single thing i’ve scanned- and when i take a picture of the nutrition label, the macros aren’t accurate. even when i manually submit the macros they still are off by 1-2 grams for some things. I hope the AI in this app advances as needed bc this does have potential to be great. this is the first app i’ve paid a years subscription for so i’m hoping they are able to make it worth while. also please allow us to edit the macros our selves opposed to letting the app guess. it is so frustrating not being able to change the amount of cals or protein and having to start the entire meal from scratch- it is so annoying pls add something to fix this
Subscription without a trial
App seems great, however I can’t be sure. It’s a subscription based app and there’s no free trial. It would be nice if a one week trial was included to see if the app is appropriate for my fitness goals. Since I can’t try it out, I’m not willing to pour money into it.

I was so close to completing a year with FitHub but I tried to log in today after the update and all of my data is gone. Shame. Next!
Nice idea - not accurate, at all.
This all piqued my interest after seeing it in a bunch of videos. Gave it a go myself; weighed up a few meals and calculated the macros then did a comparison with the AI scan… I found it pretty consistently under estimated the total calories by about 30-50%. Weirdly though, it was very good at working out the protein which was pretty spot on every time, that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review.

You have to pay in order to use the app. You can’t do anything unless you pay for a subscription. 🤦♀️

Great food recognition
Amazing food recognition and calorie tracking. Big downside is it only stores the last 7 days and deletes the data for anything older. So unless you transfer the data to another app it’s only a weekly tracker! Great UI
