What people like
- They actually pay out real money quickly.
- The game design is fun and looks good.
- You get nice bonuses and free spins.
What they complain about
- Support ignores your complaints and never replies.
- They charge hidden fees when you cash out.

- It costs too much to redeem your winnings.
Redeem
I thought the redemption was instant and I would be able to get all off my money. Out of $90 I can get $30 and it charges a processing fee.
Can’t cash out
I can’t cash out through my bank and it say PayPal is currently unavailable. It also keeps wanting me to make more purchases before letting me attempt to cash out. Besides that it’s a pretty good game. I need the support team to reach back out with a solution.
Money
Cost to much to redeem your money
Crickets
I won and was able to cash out. I got the money fast BUT now my account is locked. It states there is a dispute. When I try and get more information from customer service. I can’t get them to reply. I did not do a dispute and I’ve not heard that they didn’t dispute so I’m not sure why my account is locked.
Payouts
I give this app a five star writing for sure. The designing of the games and so many different ways you play are alot of fun. I love the fact there are no ads at least I’ve never seen any while I was playing and the machines pay out and also there is sometimes a random jackpot. That pops out in literally you can cash it out to your bank account or PayPal or Cash app whatever you have. This game is definitely a keeper. I thought it was fake at first. But I am here to tell you it’s an amazing game and it does pay out. Thank you Tang Luck. You’ve got a great product going for you and thank you for sharing it with us.
Bait and switch - real talk
The game starts out great. I hooked up through PayPal and actually won some $$. Redeeming with PayPal was simple and very fast. But after I hit the point where I had won more than I deposited, suddenly PayPal is no longer available for redeeming. Now they want my bank account for ACH. PayPal has been unavailable for a week, so $200 I won can’t be redeemed without ACH. Sorry pal, NOT giving you my bank account details. Do not recommend this game. Shady behavior. Cool concept though and first week was awesome.
Warning, App Intended for Entertainment
I’ve spun about $85,000 worth of spins. So far the app has returned about $80,000. That’s eerily close to a 94% RTP which is what most machines claim they are. I’ve lost roughly $5000 on this app over about 3 months. Use caution, please, only gamble marginally less than you can afford to lose. In reality, I lost months of work and time, at times that I couldn’t really afford to do so, to this app. Good luck ❤️
Broke to no joke
I was just playing tang luck for about 2 months I think and I hit real money just fooling around with the houses money and right before I used the last .20 I bet .20 and went to bonus and got $54 not bad for a hobby
Watch closely
I was spinning $1 spins and anywhere from $1-$3 was being taken every spin
Turns out it's like the rest
Tang Luck turned out to be like other "legit" slot games. It will let you win at first, especially if you are a new user, to hook you in and then you will never really win anything again. First month won over $100 twice. Then haven't hit again in the following 6 months. Bonuses become rarer to happen and Free spins pretty much never happen again. And the standard response to people complaining about this is that it's all a game of luck. No, it isn't. The Florida gaming commission is starting to name off online slot games that use an algorithm to reduce winning which is against gaming commission rules. I'm guessing this one will be named soon.
Big wins
Unlike other apps I wine a 1000 on my first day playing
Support needs improvement
Developer, if your reading this I need a word with you. I want all my money back I’ve spent on this app past year. You’re refund policy needs to change allow us to have a one time refund process or at least add a refund button for purchases and SC you stole from us. I will be filing a lawsuit against this app and I’ve reported it for scam and fraud.
Joke
Only won daily jack pots a few times never could win big like you’d see others pop up and never won anything big but once and that was over $900 but I’ve spent that plus some in the game so really haven’t made out with anything winnings wise game is a joke
Awesome Casino
I really enjoy the bonus they give you and the many games they provide!
Disappointed
I had played with them before but i stopped cuz i never won. I decided to give them a try again and i won. Well i am trying to cash out and im having a hard time cashing out and no one is answering. I will update if i get my cash. Out or not
Cash money
Yeah, I’ve been playing the game for a few months. Pretty good game. I’m just yet to cash out. We’ll see what happens.
Joke
Have not won anything and put money into this game. Don’t bother!!
Better than going into a casino!
I cannot say enough good things about Tang Luck! You win and they pay out! Play the jackpot! Random wins!
Bad luck
Do not get this app is you don’t wanna lose money. This platform controls every spins and decides who win or lose it’s definitely not by chance!!
New
So far I like it🤑
Paying redemption
This is a total lie that this game redeems fast it won’t even let you redeem your own money you purchase with your bank card
Good to great
I haven’t had this app for long and I enjoy it after a couple of months after downloading it and at the same time I knew without a doubt that this will work but more so of the way I go about doing it and I clearly love this app at the same time keep up the fantastic work y’all and thank yourself’s too
Money problem user ID-JWCF8G41
I haven’t had not one problem with the app until today I loved it and I can’t get customer service to reply on the chat. I’ve cashed out maybe four times no issue money came within 24 hours until I hit for 427.50 says sent to my chime and completed - CLOSED on my tang app and chime has no incoming deposits
100%
100% legit honest & friendly casino.
Es una estafa
Honestly, I don't recommend this game. You start playing, and every time you make a spin—or go to make another one—10 or 20 is deducted depending on how you're betting. Why would they do that? The game looks well-made, with good stats and everything, but who would want to keep playing when you're deducting money for no reason?
