I decided to check this out after seeing an ad and hitting the QR code for the bonus. Turns out there was no bonus and you have to deposit money to possibly get a chance to get a bonus. Needless to say, I deleted it.

Redemption Still Unresolved After Days

I have contacted customer support repeatedly for days and keep receiving generic responses saying the issue is being investigated or reviewed. I have specifically asked for the disputed redemption to be returned to my in-game balance instead of another ACH attempt, but I still have not received a clear resolution. Support says my case has now been escalated to a senior representative. I will update this review if they resolve the issue.
