Real Game
This is a real game and it pays out!!
No customer support response
I have tried over a dozen times to activate the advertised responsible game play features and have never received a response other than an AI-generated generic “we will respond within 24 hours” response. Do not under any circumstance download this app. It is a total scam from China.
Non existent customer service
I contacted them over two weeks ago about a game freezing then erroring in a bonus, which it ultimately did not pay, and I got a canned AI response that made zero sense. I answered the best I could when they finally got back to me in 5 days then nothing since. Yes, you CAN win, but you can lose a ton, also. It is gambling after all
Not enough wins
I have been spinning for days now’s still no real wins
Takes money
I don’t know if it’s all games but if you don’t win on the spin they take 10 cents
Wow
They want a review before I play?
DELETE THIS APP
I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE BOUGHT REVIEWS THEY ARE A WAY BIGGER SCAM THAN MODO… WORST OF THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CASINO APPS… BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS DELTE THIS APP AND GO TO TANG LUCK MODO.. IF YOU DNT BELIEVE ME I CAN SHOW YOU PROOF THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND THE WORST APP OUT THERE…ALSO DONT BUY INTO THE JACKPOT… I HAVE PLAYED 1000s OF DOLLARS AND SPINS AND NOT ONE SINGLE CIDER JACKPOT TRIGGER IM SURENITS ONLY THE DEVELOPERS HITTING THOSE
Don’t Do It
This game will suck you dry with no compassion. It’s a computer not a human. There’s no feelings involved so they will take every single dolly you have with no problem.
Good Games low pay outs

Sad in Iowa
Sad to say Iowa is a blocked state hopefully we will be able to play again soon Pays fast and often!
App problems
The app itself has a glitch in it where you can’t access the camera so therefore you can’t do the verification check that you have to do to redeem anything. This is very frustrating and the people in the support group do not care or they do not understand what the problem is. They keep telling me to do certain things and I did all of them and nothing works.
Inconsistent
Redemptions are so inconsistent. I reached out to customer service and they said that they would get back to my within 5 minutes and that was almost 6 hours ago and I haven’t heard anything back. I used to really enjoy this app and would receive my redemptions within 5 hours every time. Yesterday it took 12 hours to receive my redemption. It’s been almost 15 hours today and I have not received anything and cannot get a response from customer service.
Ms
Yes yes yes
Real money real fake
Never won a cent on any of these slot games. You get 1 free spin which never ever wins anything and then they start asking for your money. I have tried about 4 or 5 different slot games and they are all the same. I think the same company owns them all and just gives them different names and creates different lies to get you to download them. Stay away.
Cider Casino
Great game!
Super tight
So before getting approved to cash out. Won 5k. By the time approval came, down to 1k. Now have deposited over 3k and not a single bonus hit. Something is super fishy.
Cider awaits
I love this game!
Robbing me
Tried to put in 20 bucks. It declined. Then I decided to not worry about it. Now I’ve had $10.64 try to come off my card 9 times now that keeps declining luckily.

Scam
Been playing for 2 months and won nothing!! Reviews are fake. Play on real casinos no these fake ones you don’t win on. I never won or redeemed anything.

Great app.
COMPLETE SCAM
They just scammed me out of 50.91 cents and have been giving me the run around for two days now the minute I just mentioned getting my lawyer involved they just completely deleted my entire redemption history now even a full 5 minutes ago.
