Very disappointed in playing matches
I never get the heroes I need and I losing in streak for 5-7-9 and only win the creep round. What were you feel if you were me? I really disappointing to you. When I win 2 or 3 matches, you always make me lose for 3 to 5 in a roll. What’s wrong with you! I am very expected to you. I am feel like I don’t want to play Magic Chess no more. If this happens next time, I will really uninstall both Magic Chess and Mobile Legends Bang Bang. Never play Moonton games forever. You made me very disappointing. I am tried to notice to you 3 times in the last five days.
Went to the U.S. and things got weird
Don’t get me wrong the game is fun sometimes, but it went to US then it lost a bunch of modes, gets delayed updates on characters and events, has bugs and glitches you basically can’t report because the button is gone, and don’t even THINK about switching or trying to get your account back. Be careful spending money on this game I bought the last pass before they put in dyrotths skin on the go go pass, and the pass glitched and not only gave me no rewards while I was leveling it up, it didn’t give me skins while it was maxed out and I STILL haven’t been compensated oh right THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE APP !
Bug
Then I upgraded the battlpass they gave 3 star chest they gave one star
Keep me distracted while doing 10k steps!
This game helped me and my wife stay active doing our 10k steps while playing!! We enjoy playing and the distraction along side with it making our walk a breeze.
Server issues?
My sister and I loved this game mode in MLBB. I’m so disappointed that this version is also a downgraded, lesser version of the original, just like the US version of MLBB. Pathetic.
Please fix the region support
It was a good game but it doesn’t support my region all of sudden. It’s been like that for months. If you’re going to make this a separate game you gotta make it work. Please fix it.
Why’s not supporting my region?
Please let me know what should I do
No update for us region
This mode is so fun, please make it avaliable in US region again!!!!
Can’t play on data
Good game to play but really? Only can play on WiFi?? Come on now! Fix this issues already!!!
Gameplay
The game is good I enjoy it but the reason why it isn’t a 5 star is that I have to play mcgg using wifi only. I’ve tried to play it on my phone data and it would not connect and asks to play offline. After a long research and resets I have not come to conclusion on how to fix it so I guess I’ll be playing this game using wifi only.

FIX IT !
Fantastic Game
After a long time of no updates in the US region, the game has finally begun to update again and will soon be on track with the main season progression. Now that the seasons will be back on track I am absolutely looking forward to playing this gem of a strategy game again.

Love
Although I did prefer the original magic chess within the MLBB game this is almost just as perfect. Great game!
Can’t Play Anymore
I had to change the region on my phone and reinstall the app and now I can’t play. This is really frustrating and unfair. Magic chess was literally the only thing I used to play back when it was still one game with Mobile Legends. I don’t even know if I would be able to go back to my old account, and I’ve spent a lot of time and money on it. This is really frustrating. Please fix it.

Worst!
I use to love this game… Useless customer service! You robbed us, return our accounts!
Only one problem
Awesome game. I started off playing this on androids under google n Facebook accounts. Now that I switched to iPhones, I’m not able to link to the account that I have when using the android. Starts me out as a new user instead of how I left it when playing on the android
Unfair
Unfair slot distribution for M8! Myanmar got 2nd place in MSC 2026, yet we are given zero direct slots while other regions like Thailand receive multiple. This is completely unfair to Myanmar's passionate esports community and hardworking players who proved their skill on the international stage. Fix this unfair system!"Please restore justice for Myanmar.
