Every update I lose my account
Every single time I load this game up and log back in with the same Apple login I use. I have to create a whole new character. Hours I spent grinding gone. This is the third time this has happened to me and there is no fix. I lose my progress anytime I try to pick up the game again. I will be permanently uninstalling and to never return. What I thought to be a good game, is truly not.
Amazing but..
This game is very fun for those who like idle games with constant gameplay and upgrades. As well as it being rewarding for just playing the game, however, it is EXTREMELY pay 2 win. It’s still fun for free 2 play but you will never beat those on the leaderboard who spend money. That being said, the community is very kind and helpful. Even being f2p you can get strong and compete just the grind is going to be long.

Confused
I’m not sure what’s going on with this “game”. I just keep pressing different buttons and getting a ton of treasure and rewards but for what? I don’t understand the point in this.
Super cool and good, but…
So I was playing this game for a while progressing pretty fast and stuff but then when I played a lot of it I just got busy and couldn’t play it for a few days so then when I got back in it restarted me and so I redownloaded it and I’m trying it again but please don’t let this happen again
Was fun
I have played this game for 6 months and I have had a lot of fun playing but the drop rates for new gear is extremely low. I have been grinding for 1 piece of gear for 6 weeks now and it won’t give me anything new just the same few items I have gotten atleast 7 of the same gear and have other gears that have 4+ duplicates. Please fix the drops for the game. I am tiered of giving you guys money every month just for you to give me the same stuff that I don’t need. Will probably delete at them end of my months subscription.

They kept deleting my account
The deleted my account twice now! First time I wasn’t so upset I wasn’t that far but this time I had all three classes active and power levels in the billions and yall just wipe the account after a game repair. I don’t understand the logic or reasoning but thanks for nothing
Fun, but P2W
I enjoyed the game a lot, it has satisfying mechanics with big damage numbers and a good amount of unique builds to try out. BUT, it is also exceedingly P2W. It’s possible to enjoy F2P, but you will eventually hit a paywall where it becomes very sluggish to progress without the lifetime/monthly passes & premium bundles for haste scrolls. Particularly, the Umbral/Ancestral Realm’s auto-run options requiring you to buy the monthly passes and the absurd amount of time (1 month++) it takes to upgrade your gear rarity without manually getting 12 haste scrolls/minute at a time (this is capped daily and without the auto-collect bundle, will take hours to do) or buying premium bundles for immediate 100s/1000s. Not even mentioning just how ridiculous the difference in progress between a F2P and P2P account can be, especially in leaderboards and PvP. If you have a few $100 to spend, I’d recommend this game, but for F2P, it really does become a slog. 3/5

Amazing
This has been the only mobile game ive ever played thats actually kept me playing for longer than a month now. Amazing progression and a plethora of unique modes to experience. The only drawback is the amount of pay to win is just absolutely insane. its also insanely expensive too. thats why this game isnt getting five stars for the lack of f2p content. Let me just say everything in the game is free without purchase im talking for additional keys or items used for cosmetic stuff that come with permanent stat increases. Awesome game tho im loving it and ima keep playing
No Save - that sucks
Every time you start the game you have to create a new character / Neat concept but it’s not fun overall, especially since you can buy stuff with real money that disappears next login. Try to make this more of a save the character and progression game and it could be fun.

Erased EVERYTHING!
My original review below, and now an update: Fortunately I didn’t spend much money, but I did spend some. I attempted to log in, and my entire account is gone. I tried every login method, Fb, Apple, etc, and there’s just nothing there. Things like this make me hesitant to spend any money on any game, because they’ll sell to, or merge with another company, or maybe do a big update, and just delete all your progress. I’ve had this happen with about a dozen games over the years. And that’s not even counting the ones that shut down the entire game. If this game was a relationship, it would be based on greed, not dedication. Another “arm candy” game hoeing itself out to people who have too much money to waste (the ones who buy art that consists of a banana duct taped to a blank canvas). I’ve paid a little money (lifetime and monthly memberships), but you have to spend a ton of money to get anything special. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun, but… * Ancient Ruins: Floor 3, I am ALWAYS put against players who are 20x my strength or WAY more (aka the P2W players). I have literally never fought someone my level, or even CLOSE TO my level. I’m 1-hit killed by nearly every player I meet there. And you can get these massively high players 4 or 5 times in a row on floor 3! (Sometimes the same player over and over!). How about making it so you battle people near your level. Or better yet, let all the P2W people battle each other. * Team Trial: Why do you have to requeue every 15 seconds for random match? How about you queue until you give up or find a team? At least then you’re waiting for team, and maybe working toward getting to the front of the queue instead of starting over every 15 seconds. * Is there no way to stop auto? What if I want to spend 1000 hits on my secondary build, and the rest on my primary? As far as I can tell, you have to restart the game. There is no obvious way to stop auto. If you hit auto and turn it off, the character keeps fighting, but doesn’t cast spells. Sometimes there’s an event you can click that will stop auto, or you can change spec to stop, but that’s ridiculous! * How do you have different power sets, pets, etc. for different jobs? What if I want a PvP build and a PvE build. There is no OBVIOUS, easy to find way to do this. * It is not always obvious how to get wings or special outfits. Many high level (P2W) players have wings and fancy outfits, but there’s often no obvious way to get them. When it is obvious, it’s not always obtainable without paying A LOT of real money. * Team trial: For all the low level people who enter higher levels trying to be carried, make it so they stop earning rewards as soon as they die! If they can’t carry their own weight, they shouldn’t be rewarded. Stop punishing the higher, or appropriate level people for declining the invite. Yes, when an appropriate level person declines the team invite over & over, they get a temporary ban from queuing for team trial. I know because one day I kept getting a 26 mil person queuing over and over for a minimum 80 mil trial. I refused after we lost because they were not contributing at all after they died 1 second into the trial. Why am I being punished for their greed & stupidity?
Good Game but...
After all of chaosite are comsumed and all sources were all used, we have to wait for 24 hrs before we can play again. There are no activities within that 24 hrs of waiting.
Boring and
UI is horrendous, unless you use a magnifying glass. No progression offline as far as I could tell. Logged off my character was fighting. Log on sleeping. Uninstalled.
Crashes too much
I want to like this game. I really do. However this game crashed 9 times out of 10 within a single minute of starting up. When I AM able to play I have a blast. I’m willing to give it a 5/5 if they can fix this.

Personally not a fan. Game takes too much process for the graphics it offers. Idle progress is limited by paid currency. Not unlike an energy system but enough to make me delete the app and look for something else. Was a nice night or 2 of distraction but won't be comitting long-term. I enjoyed the original evony version of progression grind but I feel too punished by my decisions in this format.
No Customer Support
I have looked everywhere for a customer support option in game, nothing. I joined their discord in hopes to see if there is an option for support, they only have a bug reporting channel that doesn’t get replies or service. I tried googling the website and there is no customer support there either. This is a game you can spend money in, but if anything goes wrong you have no way of contacting them!! Don’t waste your money!! Gameplay wise it’s okay you have to grind some to make it idle though. Decent loop with more content coming but extremely buggy and some big bugs ruin your gameplay experience.

This game is so much fun and easily addictive. I play it every chance I get. If you want a fun easy, but loaded with things to do…here it is.
CS in-game pointless
Asking if I get my 7th mythic SK for free after getting 6 mythics because the counter just reset after getting my 6th without the getting the guaranteed SK that I picked.
Not Idle, Forced Playstyle
The game sells itself as idle when it’s barely even semi idle, you need energy to play which runs out pretty quick if you play the way the tutorials show you to play. The tutorials are so obvious too, but the devs think we’re all 5yr old idiots so they constantly hold your hand to show you what every single icon does when they’re literally doing the same thing every other game is doing. There’s also a lot of ads, tons, but they’re kind of necessary because of what watching the ad gives you, extra quest attempts, money, whatever. It’s mostly fine, but if you want to do everything like I do then you end up doing this for at least an hour and it’s just another bad game design to keep you playing. The popups are the worst. Hey buy this special priced thing, hey buy this other special price thing, hey….it’s dumb. The latest update added dual classing, which forces you to play as the other class and build it up as well. Annoying….This is where I uninstalled the game. I don’t like melee classes, in fact I HATE melee classes, but because I chose Arcanist at the beginning I now have to dual play as the melee class which I care so little about I don’t even remember its class name. Now I have to switch back and forth depending on what I’m doing like guild battles or whatever which is so stupid because if you’re not paying attention you might end up fighting in a high ranking battle as the wrong character. There’s also daily quests tied to doing this dual classing thing and an event as well…so nope. Done. Never seeing me again. Forcing me into playing things I don’t want to play is a fast track to deleting your app. Bye bye.

This game could be a wonderful game. But don’t let your children play it. In the game chat, I’ve watched as my son has been bullied. Exposed to racism exposed to sexual content. And so many curse words that I couldn’t even count I also watched them make fun of someone who apparently reported all of this to a moderator who did nothing apparently so don’t allow your children to play this game if you’re over 21 feel free, but don’t allow your children to play this game.
It WAS good
I play a lot of this game and I paid so I don’t get ads. Now, all of a sudden, I’m getting swarmed with messages about people trying to sell stuff (in-game items). Every. Single. Day. When I log in, there’s about ten different people constantly swarming the chat. It’s disgusting. Nearly to the point that people are going to stop playing. It’s egregious.

Love the elements of the game but this app is so unstable it crashes so much on my brand new iPhone 17 Pro. The game functioned much better when I first started playing but it seems updates have caused issues.

Sick market chat
The chat is vulgar 70% of the time and no way to combat it. Report does nothing and you only have 100 blacklist spots. The other thing chat is used for is scamming for real world $. People are on just to sell sidekicks and the like for real world $. Anyone who actually reads this would do well to not let your kids play it. It can be fun but, the bloat is real.
Lost my account
It is a fun game and easy to progress fast and I had gotten fairly far in the game but I had to delete the game for storage but when I redownloaded it all my progress was gone and it restarted me so I quit playing

Game is broken
Game was great, now broken. I’ve unloaded it, reloaded it, deleted it, reinstalled it several times. The game downloads and updates but continues to leave the message; Network abnormality, check and try again. I can’t get the repair tool to open and I can’t get into account settings to log out and back in.
