Great Game
This game is actually really good. It has levels that are genuinely a challenge, and i like that. The ads are minimal, and do not pop up while you are playing a round, not even if you fail the round. Only after you finish the round is there an add, that's wonderful. The graphics are visually appealing as well, great game to pass the time!
Still have ads!
I spent some money on a bundle! Finally excited to remove those god forsaken ads! I love this game very relaxing and helps with my anxiety BUT it did NOT get rid of the ads when I purchased the bundle! I am quite upset!
Good but some issues.
Overall, it’s a good game with many levels to keep me entertained. The two issues I have is that on the daily challenges, no matter how many boxes I open I never get the reward for “Open 2 boxes”. Also some ads for rewards are ridiculous, such as the Starbucks one that’s 10-15 seconds long but plays over and over (8 times in a row).
Excuse me- why did the ads come back?
I bought something after playing for a long time. You say “any purchase removes ads”. WHY DID THE ADS COME BACK IN LESS THAN AN HOUR? It’s been a day AND I’M STILL GETTING ADS Update to your inadequate response: The glitch is I should no longer get ads after a round. I bought something, you said no more forced ads- FALSE ADVERTISING. Where do I report in the app? I see nothing to contact you.
Ads came back after purchasing no ads
I made a purchase which included a no ads with any purchase feature. And now all of a sudden the ads are back. When I try to contact customer support it just gives me business options or press options. This game is really fun but I feel like I’ve been ripped off

This game is fun and relaxing. I play it all the time and can just like zone out.
It does not work
The game does not work because a download and did not load I was stuck in the loading screen and we had WiFi and I think you and your team should fix this game I’m disappointed…
Really like this game but….
I am not sure why I am getting ads again. I am pretty sure I paid to get rid of them when I first started playing this game. I do like this game but … now it says “any purchase gets rid of ads”. It works for maybe for an hour but then they come back after each game. I am on level 1254 I would hate to delete.
Don’t purchase to remove ads it’s a waste
I made a purchase to remove ads and it only removed the ads after each level when you request 25 coins. It only lasted temporarily. No disclaimer that it was only temporary!!! Nowhere to contact customer support either!

Deceptive practices
Store says any purchase will remove ads. It does not tell you that it removes the ads for a single day. This game has deceptive trade practices with in it.
Fun game, but buggy
I think this game is a lot of fun, but I can no longer hold to see what color is underneath. I don’t know how to fix it, so I am thinking about just deleting and finding another game. Please fix if you can

I really want to love this game. It’s not possible to get through a level without a power up or watching an ad to get another box. That’s frustrating. The auto adjust has made me lose more than once. And even though I bought no ads, I started getting them again. The actual gameplay is wonderful. I’d keep playing if I didn’t have to constantly watch ads even after paying.

Feels Scammy
I bought coins on this game ONE time. I have since ran out and refuse to buy more simply because it’s almost impossible to beat the game without any power ups. Ever since buying that coin pack, the game doesn’t let me watch an ad to progress. It’s like it’s wanting me to buy more coins. I enjoy the game and i think other people would enjoy the game more if it wasn’t so incredibly hard to progress without paying.
What Happened to Boosters?
I’ve been playing this game for a while now. And boosters were always a way that would help me pass levels just by watching an ad. You now can no longer do that. You now have to spend your coins in order to get them.

A purchase to remove ads, does not remove ads
I made a purchase to remove ads when I first started playing this game. After a few months, the ads came back with no warning. I then made another purchase with the “any purchase will remove ads” feature. The ads are still there. While it is a fun, mindless game that I really enjoy, if I pay to remove ads I expect to not have ads.

I love this game. it’s fun and always changing so it’s not boring. However I bought coins in the game and i was expecting the boxes to be free to use now since the pop-up says No more ads. I understand Ads are important but there is no perk to buying anything in my opinion. watching ads for power ups and more coins is fine but at least unlock a special perk or extra box when we pay money.

I enjoy the gameplay and it’s a lovely little diversion. I like to support games I enjoy, so I spent a few quid to get some coins and remove ads — but now it has removed VOLUNTARY ads, which means I cannot watch ads for boosts. This is ridiculous; I now feel like I’ve been punished for my support. Can you please permit voluntary ads for everyone?
App broken:(
I have been stuck on this game for months. All of a sudden the past 3 days the app will not open/ load. I have deleted redownloaded and restarted my iPad. It works on my phone but I much more prefer my iPad I was on level 700 something but been so disappointed the past few days.
Great Game
It’s fun and challenging. The colors are sometimes really similar so you have to focus and pay attention. I was in a coma for a few weeks so this game is really helping me to build my attention span. There is a few ads but they are not to long and by watching them you get ways to help yourself out.

This game seems boring and is more for children however this 42 yr woman LOVES ITold besides my casino games this is the pretty much the only one I really enjoy

Good but now on a level can’t beat without paying
Really good game, paid to remove adverts as find the game relaxing. However, have now gotten to level 430 and have been unable to beat it for 7 days, refuse to pay anymore money other than the remove ads. Why have made level 430 impossible to beat?
Game frozen on loading screen
Like the title states, I’ve attempted to play the game for 2 days now and have been stock on the load up screen. I’ve even attempted to delete and redownload with the possibility of deleting my progress really sucks
Satisfying when it’s working
The game is satisfying to play and I can get through levels pretty quickly when it actually wants to work. The problem is, when you go to watch an ad for extra boxes or helpers it says not connected to the internet. This is a glitch with the app and not my actual connection. I’ve checked and double checked. It only seems to happen on this app in particular and after I’ve accumulated over 1k coins or have used the watch ad feature a certain number of times. Sometimes it fixes itself if you close out of the app and open it again. The game is easy when and if it actually lets you use all its features.

Fun but garbage ad watching tactics.
You can’t do much with the space given to you. Most levels you need to watch a minimum of 2 ads to get two extra boxes, and even then, it’s still fairly common to fail a level. It’s less skill and strategy, and more luck and ad watching or spending money. For that, I had to let it go.
Love it, but flawed.
I would happily rate this game five stars, easily. I love the gameplay, the simplicity, how it’s easy to play but difficult to master. I love the levels, they are very good. I love the fact that when you can see even just a slither of colour beneath one of the others, you can still pick it with a steady hand or a steady Apple Pencil, i don’t even have an issue with the adverts, perhaps I’m just not good enough at completing a level quickly and first time, for them to bother me too much. I would happily pay though to remove the adverts with one of the in game purchases. The flaw is though, and to be fair its not the only game i found that does this, comes when you store a coloured yarn in one of five generous spare buckets to reveal a coloured yarn beneath. When you reach the fifth and final bucket, if the colour you reveal beneath the final one you store is one that you need, and will complete or add to the required 3, the game still ends with a level failure. I’m sorry but this should not be the case, you should be able to select the colour revealed if it can be used and continue until there are really no more colours that you can select. That revealed colour often complete your 3 thus giving you the chance to select a different colour. I know you can buy an additional spare bucket with your coins but i want to be able to just use what i start with and continue until truly no options are available where i will then restart the level from the beginning. Yes i know it’s just about getting you to use and buy more of their coins, and spend money but not all of us want to take the easy option out. Fix the obvious issue here and you truly do have a five star game. I do still love it though and will persevere until it annoys me so much that i simply delete the game.
Surprisingly fun & relaxing
It is oddly satisfying to unravel each layer until the image is gone. I’m someone with anxiety and I find this helps me with the racing thoughts & feelings of irritability. It may sound strange, BUT this is the PERFECT game if you suffer from anxiety.

I just downloaded the game went in for the first time and the game want load. Just sits there.
Love it! BUT….
So I really like this game and it’s great that there are no forced ads every 5 minutes. The option to watch videos for extra boxes and coins were helpful but those options disappear the more you advance through the levels. I didn’t mind spending a couple quid for coins and boxes at first but it has now got to the point where you need to use a booster every level or it’s impossible to complete it! So thanks but no thanks on spending anymore money. If this changes in the future I will definitely play again but for now it’s bye bye
Fun until it froze
I enjoyed playing. It was very relaxing, but now the game froze and the screen is empty when I go into level 717. I am not allowed to continue to play
Costs money
I like the game, but you reach a point where you have to pay to play EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s impossible to pass a level without using coins and you don’t earn enough each level to pay for the next. Please make the game a bit easier on our pocket!

This game I have been addicted to and now I can’t play due to a stick in the game as soon as I go on saying to look at thanksgiving sale but nothing comes up to look at or not choose! First time ever but basically can’t play on it or cancel it
Good until it wasn’t
I was enjoying playing this game but unfortunately I’ve got to level 241 and the game as become impossible to finish due to a glitch where there isn’t enough yarn to fill the boxes so the level won’t complete or let me restart the level, also at this level the amount of adverts does start to get repetitive and ruin the game
