Don’t waste your money. This is nothing more than a chat bot with very little context and spits out the same advice over and over again
Maybe a heads up
Do I download the app. Looks promising. Start in the process. Asks me if it can use the mic. OK, I figure it must check or give some warning, right? No, it starts screaming at me with my name at full volume on the train. Not cool guys. Not great UX. I’ll give it another try at home, with my headphones in.

The app is useless and lacks proper functionalities. I regret subscribing and would not recommend it to anyone even if it was for free.
Interesting but Frustrating
There are some great features but I overall find several of them very frustrating bc I cannot tailor the experience to best fit my needs. It requires five goal areas but they became repetitive and I needed to narrow the scope. How to earn streaks and points is opaque. There’s nowhere to go to ask for help and when I emailed the support email, no one has responded.

Much of the text is hidden by buttons in the beginning getting to know you survey. I couldn’t go anywhere else once it reached the graph showing how the app will improve my life. I’m assuming the fee structure is beyond that screen because it seemed like that’s where it was headed. Couldn’t use it. Couldn’t tell if it is worthwhile based on the part that sort of worked on my se3. Deleted. Bummer.
I really want to like this
I want to like this and i want this to work but every so often in the middle of a conversation, the chat will crash. Not the whole app, but just the active chat and always in the middle of me typing a message so it doesn’t save. Sometimes i can recover the chat logs but other times i have to start a whole new chat and lose all progress

Typical scam
This scam technique is getting old. Making the user waste their time with an extensive survey that shows fake results and fake reviews to manipulate them into thinking they need this app right before showing the purchase screen is something I’ve seen dozens of times. All of these apps are AI generated with no real thought put behind. Shame that they also seem to have bought a lot of 5 star reviews, random influencers on tiktok and Instagram, and that reviews don’t mean anything today.
Nothing special
This app feels like an outdated version of OpenAI with a bit of fresh design on top. It may look modern, but it does not really help much beyond that. In my opinion, a standard subscription with one of the major AI chat providers is far more useful, especially if you take a moment to think about what you actually need.

Completely frustrated
I tried this app today for the first time. I subscribed for a year. Hopeful that I might get some help with productivity. The AI agent interrupted constantly despite my repeated requests for her to slow down and not interrupt. Cancelling only prevents payment from being taken next year. Not only not more productive, but completely furious and frustrated.
Waste of time
People on tiktok do covert ads for this company, they all say the same lines targeted individuals with ADHD. I’m not a fan of covert ads, but I am in need of something to help my ADHD, so I thought I might check it out. When you first get the app, it immediately makes you take an extensive survey where you give them tons of personal info. The surveys are poorly designed, its clear they just slapped a prompt into an AI and had it build the app for them. Some questions are even repeated and they didn’t even bother to make the sections the same color scheme. After the survey they immediately take you to a purchase screen. Even though it’s marketed as free with in-app purchases, they want your money without even letting you SEE what you are paying for first. What a scam.

Not Mac friendly
The app is cool and I am starting to use it more and I paid for one year. I look forward to using it but as most of my work is on the laptop, I thought it would be convenient to do use it on my laptop. The there just isn’t a Mac friendly version of this app. It’s just the app but on your Mac. Which is fine if all the buttons work. There are bugs sometimes and im assuming it’s just how it renders on our screen. Would love to see improvements/an actual desktop view of the app. Will be reviewing this throughout the year. When updates come.

This app has truly changed my life. Helping me manage my tasks and being able to set goals for myself in order to keep myself on track. I am able to organize my thoughts and have it in-front of me. Truly an amazing app, everyone needs to download and try it out!
Feels scammy
Idk it feels really scammy. I don’t even know if I life the app or what type of “plan” that is going to be supported in the app. And it prompts me to just invest 30$ a year for a limited offer or I think 50$ for regular price. I don’t even know if this is going to work for me. No trail is offered nothing
Bait and Switch
This app markets itself as free to use with in-app purchases, which is defined by the App Store as optional purchases that improve content or functionality, but there’s nothing optional about this app’s in-app purchases. Once you fill out their questionnaire about your adhd, you’re forced to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription or else you can’t access any more of the app than the questionnaire you just completed. That level of dishonesty and manipulation made me have no desire to continue using app, benefits be damned.

Valt zwaar tegen
Ik had hoge verwachtingen van de app. Je kan eigenlijk alleen maar chatten en de chatbot blijft maar vraag op vraag stellen maar komt niet met concrete tips om je te helpen. Daarnaast heb ik meerdere keren hetzelfde gesprek. De normale Chat GPT kan mij meer helpen dan deze app waar ik geld voor heb betaald.

Dont waste ur time
I spent a while going through all the onboarding questions only to then try to enroll me in a subscription. Theres no free trial, and you can't do anything on the app if you don't pay, can't even get a feel for what its like. Horrible waste of time
I don’t actually know what this app does
This app did exactly what I saw a multilevel marketing company do. This app did exactly what I saw a timeshare company do. What is it? It relies on the sunk cost fallacy, making you fill out answers for all of 10 minutes, sign up, etc, but then before the app has done anything other than ask you a bunch of questions on what could literally be a quizlet form, BAM 💥 unskippable paywall. Don’t worry though, because the paywall assures you that this uses research from all the big universities that do research. And that people reviewed it really highly and that it helped them very much. Give us money. Guarantee results AFTER 30 days. 30 day automatic billing. Truth be told I don’t even actually know what this app does. Other than the Quizlet forms… I haven’t seen a single second of functionality from the app. Is it games? Is it short videos? Is it an AI Chatbot? Is it a soothing meditation generator? I have no clue there’s a paywall. And don’t get me wrong I am more than happy to pay for an app. But before I’m willing to give out my money, I wanna have some semblance of an idea of what the app is actually offering. I get that running an AI thing is expensive. The API cost alone. But you know what isn’t expensive? Developers screen recording a video of their app, actually working, and putting that in the tutorial process so you can see what their app is actually about. So here it is. My two star review. Two and not one because when you sort reviews, the most critical ones are always two stars with reason and not just a strong emotion. Even if you just made the first day free. Even if you just filmed a video. Even if you just showed us the user interface and greyed everything out so that we can’t use it.

Truly the first product that actually helps me manage my ADHD. I was skeptical at first, but after a couple weeks talking with Mindflow, I can say that it has made a big difference.

Yet another ‘free to download’ app that charges to be used at all
I was really excited by the marketing for this app. After doing about 15-30 mins of survey questions about my issues and goals, I get to the end only to see it requires either $30 per month or one outright yearly fee of $200 (marketed of course as a wonderful discount). This reduces the appeal of the much-quoted “cancel anytime” statement because of course they don’t mind if you cancel. They’ve already got hundreds of your dollars. And for a system that makes such exorbitant promises (which I was very excited to put to the test) I find it very disconcerting that they do not have enough faith in their product to offer a lower tier or free trial - even for a couple days. Very disconcerting- these practices always seem scammy to me, so a fair warning to you all before you let an app psychoanalyse you for 20 minutes only to demand exorbitant funds before you see any results or have any actual idea of how this ‘magical revolutionary adhd cure’ app works. Also they spelt distractions wrong in their introduction. A pretty poor oversight for a service that values itself so highly, don’t you think?
LITERALLY LIFE CHANGING😭
I have sever ADHD. I saw this recommended on Tiktok by and ADHD creator and I have only been using the app for 3 days and so far it has been so so helpful for me. You can just talk to it and tell it everything you have to do at the beginning of the day and any blocks and the app helps you put things in the right order for you by time and learns what things help make you more productive vs. things to avoid. love this! Recommend

I do not mind paying for a good service of course, but asking for annual subscription even before I can see what they’ve to offer, is ridiculous to me. Another app I just downloaded, signed up for, just to get spammed for the rest of my life!
