Too Expensive for Me
The cost is $9.99/week. Thats roughly $40/month for an app!!! I’m not rich enough for this. To me, that’s insane!

This seems like an interesting app and I was looking forward to using it. But unfortunately it is not free. It gets you through the set up process: name, goals, photo. And then tells you it’s only a trial and you’ll have to pay for one of the tiers. That was disappointing and a waste of time and app space. If it was clearly stated that it’s a subscription based service I wouldn’t have bothered downloading it. I’m sure it’s cool if you are able to pay for it, but if you were looking for something free, this isn’t one.

The makeup they had put on me. It did not fit my subscription at all. I'm not a dark at all. I just don't wanna put makeup on myself and completely not look like that. It's just I just don't like it.

Not accurate
The picture I uploaded looked nothing like the pictures generated with the different makeup styles. It didn’t look like me, and looked too fake. I don’t know how to apply the “tricks” & styles it was going over and when it got to the last part, the app froze and exited out and didn’t bring it back to where it left off leaving me to guess what to do next. Glad I didn’t pay for this app. I won’t even bother with the rest of the free trial.
Best learning tips makeup app
I found and still finding this to be one of the best learning makeup tip apps I’ve ever downloaded. Easy to follow and many ways of learning how to videos
Charged after canceling trial
Can someone from your team explain why I was still charged 9.99 despite cancelling the trial before it ended? Not only that, but it was charged to a different Credit card (another family member) that’s not even associated to my AppleID? I need to ensure there will be zero recurring charges to anyone in the family moving forward and am requesting a refund. This is terrible business practices. I don’t recommend anyone even trial this.
This app is great!
Although I’ve been wearing makeup for years, I hated wearing eyeshadow because I didn’t know what colour or how to apply it to match my eyes. This app has helped me in all areas. I highly suggest it
Gimmicky
The intention and idea behind this app is great but it fell short for the following reasons: 1. I am South Asian (brown) but all the models and celebrities the app compared me to were Caucasian (white). 2. Only 1 brand was recommended for skincare which made it feel like a sales pitch and less trustworthy advice. 3. The random quote by Camila Torres, who is that? The skincare expert “Sofia Lauret” I googled and nobody matched the person in the app video. This signals AI hallucinations! It was a fun exercise but I wouldn’t take the app seriously based on the above experience.

Must try for all ladies
I’ve always been into make up since I was a teens and I wish something like this was available back then coz it would have saved me so much time, effort, a lot of money and experiments gone awry, with wrong colours and application. Also, it helped me understand how my undisciplined self care with my skin contributes to the condition of my skin! What a game changer! I just signed up. With 45 minutes of going through my assessments and recommendations and because it’s been so interesting that I continued onto the video tutorials and tips! I had a good deal signing up, thinking will this work and looked up if this was a scam, it’s not. And with what I’m leaning so far it’s been an eye opener and yet so much that I’ve learned in a short span! I highly, highly, highly recommend to all ladies who not only wears make up but who is concerned about taking care of their whole appearance and improving it, this is a must have! More power to you Epica! Cheers

Allocated my ‘best colours’ as just.. outright absurd. I don’t have cool undertones either.. I’ve never had any tool or app, whatever suggest that. Ash blonde/ash brown hair as another suggestion of theirs, along with silver coloured clothing, foundation colours and eyeshadows, lipsticks etc wouldn’t suit me unless I pulled a Nicholas cage in face/off. I have neutral/neutral-warm skin with olive/yellow colouring, amber eyes, and medium brown hair. Don’t see how this app reached this conclusion - selfie was in natural lighting🤷🏻♀️

So far it has been great! The first lesson was on winged eyeliner, and I really learned how to do it so thanks!
Shady App! SCAM
I purchased a $7.99 trial package. I ended the trial before their 7-day policy period; otherwise, you'd pay a $39.99 subscription fee each month. I was still charged $39.99, and there is no customer support available for a refund. Their support email is fake (it bounces back), and they have no chat customer support or phone support. They say 24-hour support is available. This is a scam.
Wings
I’ve never been successful at wings. As I’ve aged, above my lids has started to droop. So when I’ve tried to do wings they end up looking more like sideways triangle. No Matter how hard or how often I try. I watched this tutorial and when I tried it, although not quite perfect, it’s much better than before. I believe it will just take practice but knowing the different techniques seems To help.
Disappointed & Not Accurate.
• I don't agree with the eyeshadow shades it says match with my skin tone. • The eyeliner wing shape it recommends for my almond shaped eyes is not cleary explained. • The colors it recommends for my fair skin are way too dark. • The colors of clothes/jewelry it recommends I should wear are not even my style. In my opinion - with my fair skin tone, the colors of clothes that look best on me are pink & white. • It's contradicting. It's not worth it to spend money on the subscription; luckily they offer a 3 day free trial. Makeup is unique & different on everyone. Everyone does their makeup differently. Makeup is subjective. Beauty is subjective. I do not care what AI thinks I should wear - It's a robot.

As someone with no skill in applying a winged eyeliner, this tutorial was very helpful! It helped me to recognize my own eye shape and where I was going wrong during application. Plus the bonus guide helped me learn which wing looks best for different occasions and styles! Thanks, Epica!
Skeptical
I’m a Black woman. Why are the celebrities with my features all white women? The makeup choices being suggested are not Black owned or brands I would ever use. Skeptical if the advice given will even work.

My personalized makeup tips
This app truly showed me the do’s and don’t’s of my everyday wear makeup. I’m impressed. The steps were easy to follow and kept me interested in the whole process. Truly a site to explore.

I hate when apps say absolutely free and when you download the app and go through all the hoops it’s a free 3 day trial. Disappointing!!

Dirty Business
First off, in order to cancel your subscription, you can’t just “unsubscribe”- you must request via email. Even after you do that, they still charge you $29.99 USD due to a “secondary upsell subscription” that most are likely unaware of. This app doesn’t tell you anything you can’t fine online for free.
