Good to us
They have been good to us so far very helpful. Very kind and resourceful. Definitely recommend them and do my dogs elderly years. I’m glad that they’re there. I don’t know what I’d do without them.
Scam
We bought these tags. They never said anything about a $21 a month charge. I set the tags up and all of sudden they charge my account $21.
Eight dollars a month per pet to activate premium options
I was excited about the Crumb app until I got to the last screen where it wanted eight dollars per pet to activate the premium options. I just closed out that window and it appears I have a free version. It took about 20 minutes to set up crumb for two dogs.
Eh
We found this app on Instagram bc Crumb paid to sponsor an ad for a promo that stated to only pay shipping to get a free tag. Per their requirements of one tag per customer, I myself ordered one tag and my partner ordered one tag. We were both charged for the shipping. Didn’t mind! We easily activated the tags and learned we have to pay a subscription fee which can be cancelled at any time. Again, we didn’t mind! Then as I moved onto the other tag, we found that I cannot use my login/app to activate the dog tag that my partner ordered. Mind you, we had to place separate orders per their promo requirements. Still didn’t mind. I then ordered two more tags through my acct and was charged for two tags, shipping, and two extra subscription fees. That’s when I started to get frustrated about all of the hidden charges. I only knew about the charges, because I checked the invoices through their app and saw all of the separate charges. So I emailed them stating what had happened and that I want to cancel the two tags I just ordered that way they can be used for other pets and requested a refund. I did not get a refund. I did not get the tags. A week later I emailed them and recieved an unacceptable response which has led me to write this review. The app is legit. Customer service needs a attitude check.
Not really happy customer
Hello there I’m Scott Hardison I was really happy when me and my girlfriend got the tags for our 4 dogs but when we got our fifth and newest puppy we couldn’t add her and then I got an email saying that our other dogs were kicked off of the Crumb Premium Network without telling us why
Love crumb!!! Well worth the little bit they charge!!!

Subscription price is not clear
I signed for a free tag, but the price of the monthly subscription was never indicated during the account set up. The membership information is not shown anywhere in the app, you have to go to their website. This is dishonest.

App is good don’t always update with detail on web for example web says I need to install the app Which I have already done. Premium benefits are good but get costly the more pets you want to Be covered which is a shame in my opinion

Looks good but Payment Traps
See above, the Payment part is quite well hidden during the Tag Activation. Plus you need to go to the Web Browser format to change Payment settings you cannot do it through the App. Far too fiddly for me and quite expensive.

Dissatisfied with scammy customer service
The app charged my card for the subscription before even showing me a check out screen with the subtotal. After this mistaken charge, I cancelled the subscription, but the customer service (which I emailed) danced around the fact that I had cancelled my order and refused to refund me. I will be telling every pet owner I know to avoid this disingenuous app.
Lost Tab
We lost our dogs tag i emailed Crumb and they responded immediately, they deactivated his old tab and already had dispatched his new one . If that’s not 5* customer service i don’t know what is . it’s totally having that piece of mind when you know your dogs can be found if they do go missing .

They say it’s free but it’s $13/month subscription.
Subscription needed
Yes, the tag was free and you paid for shipping little did. I know that I would have to pay for a monthly subscription to be able to keep my cat safe. Still no clear instructions on how to cancel subscription

Great information for description!
I was pleased that it was easy to register except when I tried to click her breed name. It wouldn’t take so she isn’t on file for her breed.
Unclear membership
I see value in the app but their advertising is not honest. They say “free tag” but once you receive it and activate, it is unclear if the payment is a monthly fee or a one time fee. I thought it was the later. At $9/month it’s just too much.

Thank you so much for coming up with this idea for our pets. The website is exceptional easy to use and very inclusive of what would be needed. If one of our pets‘s loss kudos to the developer of the program and the website. Thank you so very much. hopefully I won’t ever need it but it’s nice to know I have it.
Feeling jipped.
No code was ever sent to my email or as a text so I am not able to use the app but they collected $4 for shipping. Not happy.

So I had gotten my tags I got a discount from wawad a walking app and then it gave me the option to basically get for free but shipping was like 4 bucks but I got 3 tags so I mean so far by with just ordering and receiving the package it is pretty cool I got supper excited to shown my mom that magoo can come home if ever lost
Easy peasy registration
I love how easy it was to get everything setup for my fur babies safety and my sanity! I would highly recommend this for anyone that wants to make sure their babies are safe and never have to worry about finding them in case they are lost!
Can’t get I to app
I got my dog’s tag, but once I set up the account, now it won’t let me log into the app. I’m being charged $11/mo for service but can not even log in. Says to enter a valid email address to recieve a code but then does not recognize the email I used to set up the account.

This was a gift from my wife for my cat NOVA. Once we got it figured out the set up was quick and easy.
Crummy
Don’t sign up to this. You’re not signing up for just a free tag. They will put you on a subscription plan that you can not just simply cancel on the app and that you didn’t ask for. They will charge you every month a small fee that I was unaware of and if you try to cancel they will make it hard on the website. You will repeatedly tap the cancel option and it won’t let you right away and if you make it pass that they want an exclamation for why you want to cancel then if you make it pass that process it asks you are you sure? You want to leave pushing that option is also a problem it won’t take that right away. Can’t remove my bank card and then charge me $64 dollars for leaving. I had the charge reversed by my bank. A bunch of thieves steer clear from them. I screenshot all of this. You’ll be sorry when you try to leave this CRUMMY company. And I still can’t get my card information off.

Best way to keep up with your pet if they’re lost. Everybody has a cellphone so it was a no brainer to get this for my doggie babies.
