I would give Top Survey 0 stars if I could. This app feels like false advertising and a complete waste of time. I spent 6 hours completing surveys and earning money, only to cash out and suddenly see my balance drop to $0. I received absolutely nothing for the time and effort I put in. It is extremely frustrating to spend hours doing surveys based on the promise of getting paid, only to have your earnings disappear when you try to cash out. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Save your time and stay away from Top Survey.

OK I love that it gives you the opportunity to make quick cash. It’s not a scam. I have earned quite a bit of money playing games I would like to do more surveys, but a lot of the surveys ask you questions about politics. And most of the answers you don’t get an option. So mostly I love playing the games and I have made money playing the games. Don’t make it rich, but it definitely gives you pocket money.

One of the Better Survey Apps
I love that fact that there’s no daily cash out limitations— you can cash out multiple times per day. The threshold for cash outs are low, to can cash out for $1 if you need it. Additionally, the surveys tend to be interesting. I’ve learned a lot from doing these surveys.
MISSING $18 FROM PLAYING GAMES
Wouldn’t trust playing the games on here. I’ve completed multiple task over a few games totaling about $18 and didn’t get paid. I email customer service just to get told to wait 72 hours and then provide proof (which I do). They make you wait 3 days just to tell you something about the tracking and they can’t do anything EVEN WITH PROOF. SO I get paid for completing levels 1 and 10, but don’t get paid for reaching levels 3, 5, and 8? Then how would I have gotten to level 10?????? 1 star until it’s fixed because this just doesn’t make sense.

Don’t waste time on offers
This app will advertise different apps and games with offers for meeting milestones and being compensated. At first, everything looks exactly as offers look in other apps but at some point, your progress may just disappear. They apparently don’t use a reliable third-party tracking service and it may just glitch and you lose all your effort. Definitely do not spend on in-app purchases through their offers because you won’t get credit for that either.
It works to an extent.
Some apps payout well until you get to high reward payouts then they just tell you to wait 72 hours and then never give you the reward.
Does not track properly
I have gotten £15 from it, but i have gotten more if the tracking worked. Customer support does not do a thing.
Best Survey and Game App!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve used a lot of these types of apps over the years and this one is THE BEST for it. There are so many options to pay out. The support is great (if you ever even have an issue). The only feature I don’t like is filling up the jar on the games before you can pay out, but even then I can see why they did it. It depends on the day if you’ll get a good survey or not, and that’s not really even Top Surveys fault. They rank them for you (best match with your info or most payout). The games aren’t bad. You usually have to hunt for an actually fun one but if you find one you like and play it consistently you really can earn like $100 in a week. I usually just do surveys, though. Over all great app, I haven’t used another one since downloading this one. I’ve had it since last year and used it on and off when I needed a couple extra dollars and have earned nearly $100 on here.
Run by bots, operated by hackers
I have been using this app for about a year. You can make money on it, but I got hacked through it. Surveys keep crashing or it keeps me cycling through 3-4 surveys at a time before it pays me. That takes hours instead of the 4-5 minutes per survey it says in the app. The games never track and I lose so much money, because I never get what I was supposed to be paid when I reach certain levels or complete games. I also can never get whatever they promised once you pay for things in the games. I’m at a loss. This whole thing is a scam. If you search any information about the company, you’ll find nothing. On top of everything, recently the bots figured they can extort humans by installing fees on the platform any time you want to cash out. Are we bringing slavery back? I’d say stay away from all these “easy free money” scams. They will cost you A LOT!

The app do works for games. Not much for surveys. I’ve played these games and got paid. I’ve withdrew $300 in total. For the past few months. BUUUUT…. I was playing Tetris and getting paid for reaching the goals. But when it got to the high amounts the app suddenly stops tracking your progress and they asked me for video proving my progress but ignored it and said sorry we can’t pay you. I reached level 120, 150 and I’m close to level 200. But the app stopped tracking. That’s $300 and some I don’t get paid for for the 3 goals I’ve met

Comparé aux autres applications où tu dois jouer très longtemps pour avoir juste quelques sous ici. C’est clair chaque sondage un nombre de ministres approximatif et un prix fixe parfois ça peut sauter et te faire sortir mais il y a toujours d’autres options. On gagne vraiment en deux semaines. j’ai déjà vu 40 $, j’ai échangé contre plein de magasins possibles et de magasin en ligne aussi

Just joined
Joined a month ago and really enjoying the app. Some surveys I am not eligible for as I am 76. However, my experience of life and knowledge is applicable to some surveys so slowly earning a little extra to supplement my pension.
Can’t cash out you’re only getting 5 stars so you can see me
Spent so much time getting it up to $9 just for the app to not register my request after multiple spread out tries, it’s just insane how I needed the extra money in a pinch and it’s stuck. After multiple cash out attempts I was prompted to get my cash up to 11 before cash out, yet the minimum for cash out is $5. You guys robbed me of my time and money

I tried this app for awhile. It started out okay but then the surveys got longer and longer and I didn’t qualify for a lot of them even with a job and four kids. Then in order to just do the small surveys it got to where I had to do double the surveys to get the $5…it’s kind of misleading.

Souvent, le jeu ne te donne pas la récompense . Ne te donne pas l’entièreté de ce qui était écrit. Quand tu fais des achats avec récompenses, tu ne la pas. Malgré le service clientèle, ça donne rien. Prenez tout en photo. Ou vous êtes rendu, les achats que vous faites. Les sondages , ça dit souvent ;4 min, mais ça fait juste : redirection, demande ton courriel pour continuer , ou change le 4 minutes pour 18 minutes .
