Very irritating
Why bother putting surveys up only to withdraw them as soon as I try to fill them in, or close them when I’m part way through completing them? Not completely useless but highly frustrating! Update 3/9/26 and now giving me an account warning because I’m being rejected part way through completing a survey. Update 4/9/26 now getting kicked out of surveys for no reason!?!

I cashout from eureka 7 times all was good but on my 8th all went downhill they won’t send me my money and they don’t answer there support tickets

I use this app quite a bit as it does seem to pay higher than other games apps but actually a lot of the rewards don’t pay out and I’ve had significant issues especially with higher paying rewards so while I do still use it I don’t recommend it and never pay money for the games anymore

Tedious and not worth it
It’s not worth it to download this app as it does take some effort to earn money. It took me a few hours to get less than half the threshold of 7 dollars. You can earn from a few cents to a dollar, but 7 dollars is the amount that you can withdraw.

It pays but…
…it takes forever to get to the minimum to cash out as not all surveys are eligible. Also the process of cashing out is too invasive of personal space (photo, passport, photo with passport, video saying this, video moving there, should I even make a little dance for you to make you happy? )

I am very disappointed with this app. This is the fifth time that I have spent a lot of time completing a paid survey, sometimes more than an hour, and at the end the survey closes with the message “Survey Closed – The affiliate researcher has ended this survey” without any reward. I understand that quotas can be reached, but it is frustrating to spend so much time answering questions and receive nothing in return. The app should have a better system to prevent users from losing their time or should provide compensation when a survey is closed after a long participation. I hope this issue will be taken seriously because this experience makes me lose trust in the platform.

Surveys cancel on you 75% of the way through, app downloads won’t pay, and worst of all once you hit $4 and are 1 dollar away from payout they cut of ALL way of earning making it impossible to cash out everything you’ve already earned Mad at myself for wasting time on this scam as I’m low on money and my free time is very limited so I try to spend it to make some money to help get by but instead am scammed by these evil developers who somehow sleep with themselves at night knowing their getting rich off scamming poor people like me

Pretty legit. Surveys take ages and the app is sensitive if you take a short time doing the survey and it threatens you with an account ban. However I’ve earned £13 so far. Most surveys give you 10p-80p max and it’s a £4.20 minimum cashout
Not the best
Like most of these survey apps you’re supposed to be able to complete surveys and get paid for it. The problem is like other apps I’ve found I get screened out of the surveys, I’ve only managed to complete maybe 3 surveys and one of those was returned by the researcher and I was told to take time in my answering or my account could face restrictions, they’re surveys I answer how I answer. Personally I’m finding this app pointless and a waste of my time as a result.
Not bad but really annoying
It does give the cash but only until you get the required amount you can cash out but it’s really hard to earn the cash especially since the surveys kick you out after getting ur personal info and close as soon as it’s a high amount. Also THERES a reoccurring problem where it says all surveys are closed after I get kicked out of many.
