Après plusieurs années sur cette application, J ai fait récemment 2 réclamations de suite et comme il n y avait pas de réponse à me transmettre et bien ils m ont banni mon compte sans me donner de motifs. Je suis vraiment déçue du service client. Et de plus j avais un solde de 15€ qu ils refusent de me restituer.

You have to wait almost a week to get the gift card you earned and then go through endless prompts only to be told that there is a problem with redemption. Don’t waste your time and energy.

Extremely Disappointed
I contacted support, and they suddenly suspended my account even though I did not violate any of their terms. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by this decision.

Wish I Could Give No Stars!
I did surveys everyday with honest answers about my experiences. Then out of the blue the app appeared broken. I reached out to customer support and was told they suspended me. No reason given.

Hmm
I cashed out my $5 but has yet to get in my PayPal. Plus it said that it’ll take 5 or so days to get into my account. I believe it’s day 4 or 5 and nothing yet.

I am a beginner at taking surveys and I find it easy to use.

I have it 1 star due to I keep answering survey questions and I spend 10 minutes and then it says not for you And get 0 points and now 3 times in a row
Blind-Friendly, Kinda Meh
This app is pretty great and supports Canada, but sometimes with iOS voiceover, normally you would double tap to click on a text field so you can type. Well in this one, I would have to use the rotor and select edit, then tap on select all and then tap the text field to enter it. And then there's another kind of glitch that you have to select only the options that apply to you and sometimes they're not radio buttons and voiceover won't tell you, so it's hard to explain but it kind of acts as like it's just reading text instead of just telling you it's a button, although some questions in some surveys of LifePoints do specify I think? Sometimes mostly they don't but it's kind of iffy I guess but it's OK. I think next time, if LifePoints is ever reading this review, I would hope that you can design it more so that they're noticeable like buttons or radio buttons or check boxes instead of just not making it obvious for completely blind people like me. Note that I'm running iOS. Hope this review helps. I'm trying to really put myself out there and let other blind people know the accessibility of whether it's voiceover accessible or not.
Lack of surveys
Does through got the five pound mark got a Amazon card had to wait five working days for it to come via e mails on others it comes instant , then the surveys dried up not even halfway to a fiver , already earnt 45 pounds from the other one this is bit of a let down , only check it few times now , and yes did mention to cs went from a few to none lol .

I have cashed out before buts not great anymore I’m trying to get more points to get more to cash out disqualify or stoping surveys need have all surveys easy to do and access not getting stuck also instant cash outs would great saves waiting around and that make reaching higher cash is easier with points and surveys quicker. Shame tho was okay When first used otherwise I’d put 4 stars

It ask you a question you give it your honest answer and then it tells you that they're not gonna waste your time with the survey due to the answer that's stupid I just spent 25 minutes trying to complete this survey and because I took a five minute break and went back to answer the question it then kicked me out and told me I wasn't a good fit not worth it for the points or not giving

This is exactly what I needed now am at home at least I can engage my brain and mind in this instead of worrying about my job, great app.

Could do better for the people taking time to maintain and keep using your app , give us the survey and just let them work instead of the hard time for people to get cash make it easy that people and still browse an main and good functioning while using the app .

Waste of time
Please don’t waste your time. It takes so much time and effort just to earn points. For example: you can take between 8-25min surveys but they are only 125pts max. Then, the surveys with the highest points will kick you out if you answer certain questions in ways they do not like!!! So how exactly are these surveys based on “my opinions and experiences”? Anyway, it took me about 3hrs to earn enough points to cash in for $5.00. Then, they take a few days to deliver it through email. After I get my “reward” I’m definitely deleting my account with these people. Talk about high way robbery ={

Most disgusting app I have ever seen. They just suspended my account without any reason. They also dismissed my points which I earned through giving enough time and energy. You guys just go to hell. Fraud and irresponsible behavior.
