You have to patient as getting the points takes time but in the end you do get the money it is legit but if you have no patience’s then it’s not for you . Some the surveys are easy and simple overall it’s a good little way to earn cash on the side
Stops giving you surveys so you can’t cash out
Not had a survey in about a year now. I do keep the account active and answer those daily questions a couple of times a week. Can’t cash out as only halfway to the total. Mega annoyed with this app!

I thought there would b an English version. Mine is Colombian with no way of changing it.
Last update ruin the app
Now it’s impossible to navigate, very bad design. If you press “back” to previous questions it returns you to Home Screen.
Real surveys, app not so good
The surveys are real, some may be mind numbing, but they are points used to get cash and gift cards. The newest app is… almost terrible. Lacks eye appeal, is way different than the app has been for a long while, and is just generally not interesting. Looks like some new guy in the company got a gold star for at least trying. I would like to see the old style back…
Surveys are way too long
The app is easy to use and I did enjoy the daily questions but the surveys are so long! It seems like it’s the same questions over and over.
Shame there is no way to resume a survey
Pretty good way to engage with surveys relevant to your interests, with incentives offered, however it is easy to accidentally exit the survey either by wanting to go back to a previous question (as sometimes the survey lets you) and absentmindedly pressing the wrong back arrow which instead closes the survey. I appreciate this is user error, but it means that that entire survey is lost with no way to resume it. Similarly this can happen just due to swiping right when intending to scroll down. If there way a way to press "resume" the app would be better
Uk boy
Great app, I would say be patient to the service take your time and you do get paid out. I’ve made about £200 on it since I’ve been using this app over the years. I would say average £100 a year if you do every single survey but it does take time. And a lot of it is quite quite repetitive. But the key is to take pad in every single survey. It’s not a quick scheme to get money quick but more like a pocket top up kinda like putting change away. In the money box till you get to £50 and then you can withdraw it out
Terrible layout and no points on surveys
The latest version is awful. The layout is terrible and you don’t get points for responding to surveys. Well that’s a great way of reducing the number of responses. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs sacking. And why on earth would I ‘chat’ about different topics to an AI chat bot which gets very irritating after a while? I used to receive an invitation to complete a survey, for points, at least once a week, and I diligently completed them, but I’ve heard nothing since this new app version. Probably because they’re now asking the questions in the app without having to give away points (cash). I now can’t be bothered to scroll down the long list of pointless (literally) surveys to the Daily Questions. So, YouGov, you’ve just stumped yourself with this latest app update.

Definitely not a fan of the latest layout it’s terrible, daily question hard to find and the text chats ..not my thing luv the older system good layout some one to one AI conversations the frequency of surveys also seems to have lowered
App is full of faults & errors
This reviews just the app. Daily Questions: “oops something went wrong” so no longer able to use. Halfway through transferring funds via bank transfer: “oops something went wrong” intermittently popping up in alarming red.
Asked for a picture of my ID
I have used this app for quite a while and actually cashed out several times. Recently, it is asking for a picture of my ID to verify my identity. I will not comply and do think it is risky to do so. I guess if they don’t send me anymore surveys, I will end up deleting the app. Very disappointed!
For real
I use this app all the time it pays. It does take time as surveys are not everyday. Some opportunities are missed is you don’t have a hard computer or lap top. I would like to see a refer a friend link. But cannot seem to find one. Overall this is a great fun app.

This is one of the most unstable apps I’ve used in a while. I seem to be encountering error messages almost every time I use the app.
Update lost landscape mode
Love YouGov but every since the last update it won't go into landscape mode on my iPad.
An actual legit survey app
Yougov is a reputable pollster whose polls get referenced a lot in the news, so this isn’t the typical sketchy survey app that promises you’ll get rich by using it. Some of the surveys are obviously from advertising agencies and are pretty tedious and boring. There are also surveys on current events which I find a lot more interesting. There’s also a fun daily poll that asks a few light hearted opinion questions, and you even get to see other people’s opinions. Obviously by filling out these surveys your data is being collected, but if you don’t mind because every big tech company has it already, this is a good app. You can contribute your opinions on things and get a small reward in the process. It will take a while though. I’ve redeemed points for cash in the last, and it actually showed up in my bank account, so it’s all legit.

Great way to earn but can fix few things
I like the idea of giving my opinion on things. Is a good way to earn points to get gift cards. My only complaint is to be able to earn even more, you can connect apps or accounts such as Amazon, Hulu, etc but you have to have a desktop computer. I haven’t had a computer in years because my phone does everything. Please make it so mobile can be used to link. Thanks!!!
Waste
Half the time the survey crashes and closes out without giving credit. Takes months to earn anything if at all. They need to stop surveys from crashing.
Surveys don’t open
I’ve had no issues for years doing surveys, however for the last few months the links in emails as well as the app no longer load up. Filled in a few forms on their app and no feedback nor resolution.

I like being able to play You Gov surveys too. I get a lot of extra surveys . Will continue to play them too. Great surveys.
Awful update
New update is horrendous- layout is terrible - if it aint broke dont fix it. Please reverse this as its terrible

My account was randomly deleted as well. I used Yougov for a while and I was so close to claiming my next incentive of $100 until this happened. Not reliable after all.

Great and useful app
I downloaded this app in October 25 after a recommendations from family members. I find it a great way to get views and opinions into the news/media and get paid for it. Appears that the more people that respond to surveys then the more it gets noticed.
Almost every question freezes
The title is pretty self explanatory. Something must have happened in the last month or so. This app used to work with no issues, however now it’s almost impossible to answer a question (particularly any ones that involve more than check one box) without it freezing. Very frustrating, please release a patch.
Ok app but missing key feature
Ok app but missing key feature now. The daily question. Just seem to get a babbling AI chat bot asking various questions. Not as focused or fun to answer as a simple daily question.

It takes about a month to redeem a gift card, but it is so worth it! This app is great.. just gotta have patience
Revert the new update!
The latest update is god awful!!! It is laggy. The Home Screen is now organised in a weird list. It’s hard to work out which are proper surveys that give points. The daily questions are now at the bottom??? It makes no sense. Was this coded by AI?? It was fine before, why change it? So so so so so bad. Please revert it for the good of your company.

Everything was going so far on the app I’ve got up to 4335 I haven’t had any surveys for a very long time so I’m not sure what to do because every time I’ve gone enough to nothing and that’s the only reason I’ve put i’ve put four stars not five because I should’ve cashed out by now. So you need to sort it out.

Error messages now appear every time I try to use the app. I cleared my cache and rebooted but no joy.
Never blocks me
I love this app. Other survey app like eureka are bad because i always get screened out. But this don’t use shady researcher and in my opinion. People from the UK definitely get this app

No response for my request
I just don’t understand how could they just say that they have the right to deactivate my account when I answered the question correctly. Even after submitting the support form, which I am yet to receive a response. I have been answering all the questions in the survey correctly and getting no response is a bad customer experience.

It is the best survey app ever
I really love this survey app because it doesn’t screen you out when answering questions and most of the surveys topics are interesting. They are also really consistent in inviting you to surveys even after you recently made a payout, it might take a while to reach the payout threshold but it is worth it.
Account locked
Ridiculous and disappointing. Spent hours filling out surveys, giving time and thought to each, to suddenly having my account locked with no explanation, no replies when reaching out to support, and I no longer receive emails with code to log in. Absurd and I would strongly advise those to avoid using this app so they don’t experience the same disappointment

Sudden Deactivation without reason and non-existent Customer Support
I’ve been actively using YouGov for a very long time. few weeks ago my account was suddenly deactivated. Saw the FAQ of deactivation was due to me not responding to emails. However I have been doing the surveys directly from the app itself. There is not point for me to click on the survey once on the app and then click on the survey link in the email (which leads to nothing anyway)I still have pending cash in may wallet not paid out. Have wrote in twice in the last two weeks via their feedback /contact form- more than two weeks has passed and no one has gotten back to me at all.
Issue
You need to add an update to be able to remove/kill a survey. I’ve got one from a few weeks ago that is stuck saying “check responses” but each question has an answer selected and it refuses to move on.
