I enjoy the app a lot. Please tell me the app is being updated to have new items fall into the hole! That would be so awesome. We missed the holiday look maybe we are in for a real treat with a new look I sure hope so! Support is better, though still no communication at least issues are addressed. But we should still be acknowledged.

Keeps crashing!
Since the update, it’s crashing half way through most levels. Please sort this out as it’s currently unplayable. And it’s a great game when it works well!

New Look
OMG! I was having heart palpitations thinking I’d accidentally deleted this game! This is my favorite game. I play it every single day. I even often set a timer so that I can catch the two hour wait to watch ads to get more coins. This is the best Hole game that I’ve found. I like the ability to earn coins that allow me to continue a failed level. I like the ghosts, the daily (and other) prizes. What I don’t like is how you suddenly changed the logo, nearly giving me a heart attack!!

Like the zen of the game but…
The game is a great zen, chill game. I really enjoy hanging out with it. But I get frustrated that if I’m listening to music or a podcast, the ads turn off my media. The ads are so intrusive (and repetitive) that they reduce the time I’m willing to spend with the game. Try for more friendly interaction with your users.

Crashing
Really love this game but you really have to fix the crashing after completing every level. Also on the rare occasion it doesn’t crash it starts flashing the adverts which again you have to reboot. Please fix as I would play it more if it was fixed

I have been playing a lot of the other hole games but this one has me feeling like I could do this one. It’s fun!
Ads impossible to X out from
Some ads don’t let you close them even after 3 minutes. Clicking anywhere on the screen just pops up the App Store and when you click done you are back in the ad and stuck in a loop. I don’t mind watching ads but if you can’t close them you can’t play! Going to find something better to do with my time.

I do play this one to pass time and does have many adds but it’s one of the better ones so keeping this over the others

WTH!? I have deleted this game several times and reinstalled to find the same ole problems! Freezes up almost constantly, and also makes me feel like I’m drunk without having a drink! Ive asked before to please give the win to me BEFORE the add because 90%of the time I wait too long for the add to do nothing so I close the tab and reopen only to not receive my last win! Very aggravating!

Fun and not too hard
I really enjoy this game. It’s addicting and love that I was able to do a one time purchase to get rid of ads. 2 requests. Can we get more options for the items? 1000 plus levels and they are all very similar and items don’t really change much. Food (mostly dessert, some toys, and office supplies). Can we get more variety? Also what about the option the change the background? Love that you can change the hole but the background is boring. Otherwise I still like it and there’s no delay like in some others with moving the hole around.

Bombs
Just another game with violence as a model. The developers should be ashamed of themselves for always having to put some kind of violence into all there games. Bombs are a form of violence and should be removed. I know you won’t respond I really don’t care. But I think that the government should crack down on game makers on violence and start finding them accountable for there actions.

Overall the actual game itself is fun, but they're way to way ads.
Needs some work
Fun game. Paid for no adds. Paid once to release the piggy bank. Up to level 246. Game is getting choppy and noticing problems with moving the hole around. Need more time on levels. Not going to keep paying when it doesn’t work that well.
Great game
I’m not sure how others are having issues with the game when I am having absolutely none. I’d say my only complaint would be that some levels don’t give you enough time. I am however on level 1845. I swear this game is never ending. It is a great way to pass time!
Impossible to play without paying
Good only for the lower levels. Arrived to a point where you cannot win unless you pay. Deleting.

Stupid Rule
WHY would the game subtract a life even when I WIN??? I get to play five times, win or lose. Nobody does that and it’s SO annoying, especially when you have 15 minute awards that you now lose? Come on!

Won’t stay open to play
Games keeps shutting off. I just downloaded it and I’m level 8 but games has shut off completely after ever level. It’s very frustration and I have apple tablet updated but will not stay open. Sorry I have to delete but it seems fun but will never know.

Could be fun if you get ride of bombs and lose the time! I do not recommend as shopping cost for the extra items are too expensive!
Jumpy, glitchy hole, but fair timing.
Got this game to replace a similar joke-based game that had a more lifelike design, but had reached a point wherein it was making it impossible to win without purchasing tools. Sorry, this one feels like the TEMU version. The graphics are not as dimensional, nor relatable. It’s not as fun when the items are unlike anything you’ve ever handled IRL. This caused me to try to work with my original game a bit harder. Came back to this one because it is more generous with the timer. However, the hole is so jumpy and hard to control I’m resenting the game every time I accidentally swallow a bomb as I had zero control over the holes behavior. On top of the hole betraying me with its crack head jitteriness, it also is VERY hard to gauge what size you can swallow. An item will appear to be the right size, but no matter how you jolt the hole around it the item won’t fall in. Occasionally, reality bends completely and the item dematerializes or ignores the hole rather than fall in. If you want to appeal to intelligent people whom are playing the game to relax you can’t have the primary tool of the game unpredictable, erratic, and anger inducing. While this last point applies to many games, it seeks the demographic of the designers is blind to people’s needs, especially those with disabilities. First, unless I stop collecting and stare at the list I can’t just glance and see what items I’m even aiming at picking up. I have to look away from the hole to see how close I am to bumping up to a larger size, and it’s never exact…sometimes it takes longer or happens faster. Are yall manipulating that part? I have narcolepsy, but other conditions like ADHD, physical health issues and even just trauma messes with your memory. Why do these games not take the time to have a directions or index page? Sure, you walked us through what the tools do for the game shortly after we get the game, but just a week later I have zero memory what the potion bottle will do for me. It makes managing the game feel impossible and I’m not investing money into a game when I don’t know for certain what I’m working with. I don’t care what package they are trying to sell me at the start of each game when I can’t even remember what each little icon represents regarding tools and performance. Why am I trying to collect these shoes, again? You know what I would pay for? A map that would open, even if for only a brief period, to show me the entire landscape of what items are where. Between the jolting hole, difficult to understand hole growth gauge, and bombs all too eager to come at me, I feel like a drunk mouse on acid frantically racing across a table of unrecognizable foods attempting to unsuccessfully jam things in my mouth that will never fit. Not relaxing. The only thing bringing me back is my cleaning OCD needing some kind of activity to do when I’m too physically unwell IRL to organize my home. At this rate, folding laundry is more satisfying.

Really have enjoyed the game but since the last update, the game crashes as soon as I hit play. I tried closing the app and reopening it and also restarting my iPad. Neither worked.
Good but impossible on higher levels
Really enjoyed this game but when you get to higher levels (180 +) it’s impossible to complete a level without making a purchase from the game! The time they give you is ridiculous! Can no longer play it so will be deleting unfortunately. I know the developers want to make money but it ruins what would have been a decent game!
Update
It is just after 10 AM (CDT) on March 9. You all have just updated the game and now I can’t play. I tap on the level to enter gameplay but nothing happens. Bug fixes my foot!
