BEST app for finding gold & relics
If your not using this app your missing out on gold!! The prospecting and relic hunting features are NEXT LEVEL!! Well worth the money for a pro subscription. 10/10
Technical
Zero response to emails for help with map settings, app settings do not change view of existing mines or diggings, when I first subscribed, everything worked great, but something changed now things don’t work like they’re supposed to,,, currently looking for alternate app, obviously they don’t care about my business!
Good overall
I really like the app but there is an issue which requires fixing. If you use the photo feature to photograph a find and then click on the link within the app to look at the image it doesn’t load. So any finds where you’ve photographed the item are not viewable meaning you have no idea what it was you located. Apart from that it’s really useful - but I do wish they would fix this to make it even better.
Bug
The app only gives me placer claim count when im looking at prospectivity and catchments, which used to give me the probability of gold percentages. Im really enjoying the app other than the little bugs here and there.
Text size
Would be handy if text was bigger ,even when zoomed in text stays small
The best for detecting
This is the best and only app I use for detecting now. These guys are constantly pushing the envelope and delivering the perfect too for all detector swinging people.
Apps bugged
Ive downloaded the app and set my 3 day free pro trial up and i set my region and state correctly but yet no information at all around nsw for gold. Only qld, wouldnt recommend wasting your time, go get a old gold map off google close to your region you will have better luck.
Work on shading
When you engage certain layers of claims you can't see through the shading of the claim. Would get more stars if you add a bar to increase or reduce the shading of different configurations.
Only topo map
Unless you purchase it’s only good for a topo map. Nothing free.
Simply outstanding!
Not a ‘single stone’ left unturned with this app! A truly sensational must have app for any prospector new or old!

Really enjoy this app. The ability to view on the laptop is especially good when researching new locations. Great features such as bush fire and historical gold. Would like to see the addition of LiDAR for the Pilbara. It tends to perform slowly when out bush and for this reason I still utilise Trilobite when tracking.

Game changer for anyone
I am so impressed with the simplicity of detector maps. Most platforms make things complicated and difficult to navigate. D maps are amazingly simple to understand. With regular updates and extra features constantly added it really makes the fee very reasonable. Keep going team before we know you will be giving the gold to us. 😊

The new update. Every time you open the app, they want you to allow notifications. Lame.
Wasted time and money
Have 17 pro max and can’t see River names, shows 50% of gold claims in California!! I am unsubscribing after the 1st month SMH

Missing areas
App works well and shows a lot of info but lots of areas in Victoria Australia in areas I go still not covered with Lidar which was reason I got the app
Unuseable for Idaho
I’ve never uninstalled and app and cancelled a trial so quickly. Maybe it works in other parts of the world but for Idaho - lands I know like the back of my hand - there’s no BLM/land ownership boundaries. No LiDAR. Tons of missing active claims. No historical mining info in the hottest historical area of the state. What gives? Promises made on the site (including 7 day free trial that is actually 3), but promises unkept.

So Horrible
Does not do anything they claim. You can only look at the spot you’re currently at. The second you lift your finger off the map while searching it jumps right back to your current location. I have cancelled my 9.99 a month subscription and I can’t log in to even try to use it for my remaining 30 days. I’ll be reporting it to Apple. Don’t waist your money on this obvious scam application.

The LiDAR is great, but the overlay of the old goldfield maps is really good. Can recommend either version you go for.
Over LiDAR not working.
I’ve had to delete and remove this app 3 times. LiDAR keeps not working on the app. I’m out bush and can’t see what I want to see when I’m out there. Bad reception means I can’t fix the problem on location. Pretty poor.

This is just after your information. After doing everything and reading the T&C’s and filling in your information. You then asked for money. No word of any payment before this. Try to log back in “No User Found” just a waste of time.
