Logging Problems
Literally I’ve had multiple login problems when I type in the right username and password. I have to call every time!!! I’m getting irritated that I might switch banks pretty soon. Every time I call there’s like 20 people ahead of me. This is getting ridiculous and I’m getting impatient at this point.

Would like to see in statement copies of deposited cheques. Not just my written cheques fyi you have them already. Be a leader here.

Login update
Hi, online banking is great, however there is no option on the main login screen to be able to select multiple accounts for login.
Doesnt seem professional
This is just my opnion, but the new app and website look like they were ‘vibe coded’ with an LLM, it just doesnt look professional, doesnt instill trust in keeping my money with this credit union.

Excessively long and unacceptable down periods for maintenance and still cannot reliably deposit eTransfers! Wish the old app was still available.

I really like the layout and easy use. It’s nice to be able to link my investment accounts. My only issue is that it can be slow sometimes when logging on.

When logging in the app often crashes and it never remembers my login info. Once logged in it some times lags between screens

Generational downgrade from interior savings
This app crashes like 60% of the time and almost everyday does not open due to “technical difficulties”. The ui feels childish and unprofessional with its font and colour scheme and is very confusing to navigate. 90% of the experience is just loading screens. I feel embarrassed to say I use beem purely because of this excuse for an app and I will be looking forward to switching over to just about any other financial platform

Dumb app
Such a dumb app… even after saving Face ID login, it still keeps sending one time password over SMS… never seen such stupidity before. It’s my personal phone and I’ve already saved login details! You don’t need to keep sending SMS even after successful Face ID login in app!

I disliked having to change from the Blue Shores app to the Beem app but it’s so much faster and easier to get things done!
Constant Crashes On Opening
About four or five months ago this new greedy company called Beem that has been buying out credit unions in my area FORCED me to switch from the Interior Savings app (that worked perfectly by the way) to this new Beem app that does not even work for android phones, so I had to use my old iPhone for that. It gets even worse, because now the Beem app is broken completely. Every time I open it, it says “We cannot continue because of technical issues. Please try again later.” and crashes immediately. I installed the latest update for the Beem app, but that didn’t fix anything. I rely on e-transfers to send my roommate my share of the money, and now this Beem app that I never liked in the first place is failing me at a very crucial time. If you bank with Beem because they bought out your bank, I strongly recommend you switch to a different bank. I will be switching to a different bank before the end of this year and I pray to God that Beem will go down in flames and tank the investor’s dreams, I would bet money they used AI to code their unreliable app. Only using it because they forced me to.
Efficient and Friendly
Although I was sad that they decided to change the name from G&F, I decided to stay with this cartoon-named bank. So far so good! The service is professional and the staff are lovely. So you can’t judge a book by it’s cover or a bank by its name!
Terrible app!
With this app, I am no longer able to get deposit alerts. The password manager will not work and even with Credit Union staff assistance schedule transfers will not show up.
