I am having fun with this game but the items don’t look like their picture in the computer which makes ordering hard for me. I keep ordering the wrong thing.
UPGRADE!!!
My biggest problem with this game is once I reach level 20 I stop being able to do anything I have restarted twice and this keeps happening at level 20. This has the potential to be a great game it just needs to be revised with consumer feedback in mind. Who pays for something for less than $10 with $300???? PLEASE UPGRADE!!!!
Good game until you get to level 20ish
Really good game but after only a few days of playing there is no more upgrades, could do with a storage room and potential for further upgrades, expansions and rolls etc
Watching Ads are beneficial to the game
I love the fact that you can watch an Ad. And get 10 in energy’s or 50 in cash!!! 🤷🏽♀️

Wayyy too many ads, if you don’t purchase the “no ads”. I can play maybe 2 minutes and then I have an ad count down again.. fun game but if there was less ads you’d probably have a better chance of people playing.
Confusing prices
I’m just confused. The basic bottle of detergent I set to $2 but when customers buy 2 it’s $4.01? Why? I set another item to $6 but the customers bring it to the register it’s $5.99 now. Please fix the prices

I’m sorta bored now, there’s no other challenges, nothing to look forward to other than to keep buying furniture and one of my workers that puts items away keeps walking into the wall and getting stuck and I already paid my money for this game not sure I’ll keep playing
Just okay
This game was fun at first, but quickly I realized how annoying it was with customers paying 200 or 300 more than they owe, so you end up making large amounts of unnecessary change, which is very unrealistic. Then I decided to purchase the no ads version, and ended up buying the one that hired all the workers, which I thought just gave you the ability to hire them, not actually hired them, and now I don’t even get to play anything in the game! The workers do everything! So now I’m about to delete the game, because what is the point of watching a laundromat?

Boss game but after you buy everything nothing else to do needs updating and also you should be able to buy some more things like shelfs and also use the room at the back
Needs improvement
Has potential but still needs work. The washer and dryer graphics are swapped, you have to make ridiculous amounts of change because customers pay $300 when the total is only a couple of dollars.

Money Wasted
I paid for the $19.99 perks. After submitting my payment, I get a notification that my card has been used - which I knew. However, it was a charge for $43 from this game. What the heck!!!🤬
Glitchy
Don't get me wrong, it is a fun game! As long as your not picky about buying the better version of washer and dryer machines then close the game and when your back on its the original washer and dryer not the "fancier" ones you worked to get. And not picky about constantly giving high price in change back because the customers use like $300. I like the game yes but it has its issues making it less fun..
Beta version game
This game is fun for a few days but really needs updates. 1. Glitch with people not leaving laundromat and filling up all the chairs, forcing you to restart constantly. 2. Need new machines to choose from (you CAN sell old machines by holding your finger on the box icon until it fills the wheel up. 3. Need more levels, game has gotten boring with nothing else to accomplish.

Overcharged
The game is great, unfortunately I purchased the “all in one” package which allowed for 1K extra cash, unlimited workers, and no ads. It was listed for $19.99 and I was charged $52.72 - I expect an explanation from the game makers along with a refund for the amount I was overcharged.
I would love it if it weren’t for the glitches
I would have so many customers sitting waiting on laundry that doesn’t exist. This causes me not to have any new customers drop off laundry. There is also a glitch in the placement of furniture. The furniture only turns green in certain spots next to other furniture that doesn’t make sense.

Trying to dispute it with my bank. Used Apple Pay. Was supposed to charge my card a minimal amount but charged my card $30 instead
Lots of Improvement
I love this game but it needs a lot of improvements to be a great game. One of my main problems is, how come people can pay $300 for a $7.50 service? That’s just so obscene. The customers can pay with large bills, every single time. It’s annoying. We should be able to set the price for everything. It would also be great if we could use the energy to “rent” the workers. The game is very glitchy, which causes me to not play it as often.

Not Happy
I’m not happy with game.. I feel there is not much to this.. I spent $20.00 dollars for this & there is nothing left to do.. Everything is upgraded by level 26.. Need to add more stuff to the game.. If I known that this game was so lame I wouldn’t have paid $20 dollars for this. 😡🤬 I wish I could get it back!
Good game
I like the game, but I can’t find a way to remove unwanted items. I want to upgrade to newer machines but can’t get rid of the old ones.
Good but….
This game has so much potential. There’s nothing to do now though.. I bought the workers to stop the ads .. :/ … but now all I do is order products. I also cannot figure out how to delete the old washing machines. Please make it so you can decorate the shop, and perhaps have quests.. it could be so much better !

Good, but need some work
I enjoy the game, but it glitches every now and again, and I have to close and open back up. Also, I’d like to be able to sell the basic machines that I purchased to upgrade to the better machines.

Don’t waste your time!
This game gets boring I’ve had it for 2 days already. To many glitches stupid you have to spend money in the game to get anything you want. Can’t move anything around. No reason I should be giving back $250 in change back for 7.50. Like what be realistic. This game just gets annoying after awhile.
Paid the money then beat the game
I paid the $20 for the helpers, then I realized that I beat the game and can no longer upgrade. Waste of $20
Crashes
Love the game. Just after 5 mins of playing the game it seems to keep crashing and I have to restart the app. Please fix
Took everything away
I went back onto the game. Mind you I spend already $20 and I had everything. When I went to look on the game all of my stuff is gone and it’s making me restart with nothing after I already paid money on the game. There is no new challenges or nothing to look forward to. I was actually enjoying the game before it made me restart.
Problems
I enjoy the game but not being able to set a price without turning around and it immediately changing is annoying. Why can’t I make the price $5 even 🙄. I’d like to be able to minimize the amount of change I have to dish out every single time.
Good game, could be better
The game is good but after a certain level there is nothing to do. I’ve opened it all, all I do now is to manage the shop- do the washing, put in the dryer, do the ironing and stock the shelf’s- there’s no getting new expansions areas after getting the 2, no new customers, just the one self use station, one iron board and I’m level 41. Gets a bit boring with nothing to work towards.
