Hi I love this game just I think you should add other players in the game to make it more fun thank you I have one more problem when I tried to play this one night it wouldn’t let me and kicked me out I tried and tried and tried but it never worked my mom said they deleted it off the app store and now I really miss the game
Staff and shops
My game has now took all my shops I spent money on to open and all my permanent staff is no longer on my game. Can’t even enjoy the game. Truly disappointed.
I loved this game
I loved this game been playing it hours on end finally got everything on the desert map except maybe 9 rooms I spend 20 on the employees and no adds bundle and after an hour the game kicked me off and refused to let me play so I deleted it (everything was saved to cloud) and installed it again I went trough the introduction again and tried to restore purchase it won’t let me any tips on what to do
Crashing
Every time the game will load then crash. I delete the application and redownload nothing has change. Can you do update to remove bugs? Appreciate it.
fun game but…
it’s a fun game and is well designed don’t get me wrong… but it’s absolutely riddled with ads. every couple minutes an ad pops up. if it was every 10 minutes or whatever it would be fine. but it seems every 2 minutes an ads pops up. also there’s a banner ad that’s always on the screen at the top and it floats down to the middle of the screen sometimes which isn’t fun to have in your face while trying to play. please lessen the ads and it gets 5 stars

Loved the game design however it’s riddled with ads unless you pay for the no ads thing, so I did, but I was a good way through before the game started crashing on me. I contacted for support and didn’t hear back, following that I had to delete the game to get it to work again which deleted all my data. I restored my purchase and started over, I’ve almost completed a majority of my rooms and my game is crashing again, I don’t want to have to delete this app just to get it to work but there’s no way to report a problem. Overall not worth it
Great game but add little more to the cafe
The game is great but for the cafe part could you add lettuce and pickles for the burger, and add fries , chicken strips and stuff?

Great Concept Some Issues
I love this game so much but I wish the glitches would stop. First the room ratings didn’t work, then all of my staff disappeared and I had to waste money hiring them all back (including the ones I had permanently unlocked), and now it just force closes. Also, I wish there was a quick panel to see all of your staff, not just the ones you have hired in the category. Some new furniture would be nice as well. I’ve spent so much time and battery life in this app and want to continue to do so, but some small tweaks and fixes would be nice.

Keeps crashing / laundry receptionist stuck
I literally LOVE this game and it hurts me not to give it 5 stars, but my laundry receptionist is always stuck walking into his desk or walking in place in the middle of the floor so unless I do his job in the laundromat it’s useless. And now, the app won’t even open ): it just crashes. I tried to offload it, restart my phone, all of that but it’s toast. It won’t open. I’m too afraid to delete it and lose everything.

The game is fun keeps me occupied. The only thing is that a glitch out after day two or three and stopped working. Hopefully they get this fixed fast.
Glitch And freeze up
After passing the level which I unlock a trolley it freeze up and never open again even on my other phone it’s the same but honestly I enjoy the game and it’s indeed awesome
Mixed emotions
If the game worked properly I love the game itself. However I haven’t been able to get it to load so the money and time I spent all gone had to delete the app and reinstall then spent money and have sent multiple messages to support and no one has responded. Glitches
The game is nice and fun plus good quality, however each time I log on and play for maybe 2 minutes it kicks me off and I loose all progress. I want to play it but sadly it’s gotten worse and worse so I can no longer play it. Please fix the bugs and glitches because the game has potential.
As above so Below— So much to offer but just as much to improve
This is my favorite game probably ever. It’s in a class of its own when it comes to graphics and all the things it offers (organizing, designing, management, etc), it really hits allll the points. There’s so many satisfying parts to it. I love designing the rooms the most. I could really go on and on about everything I like about the game. Unfortunately, I have a few things I absolutely hate about it as well. I have downloaded this game twice now. Both times the “Beach Mode” becomes available, the app glitches, and doesn’t open. The screen loads to 1%-6% and closes out. I offloaded it a few times and reinstalled it without deleting the app, attempting to save my progress the second time this happened with no success. I eventually deleted and reinstalled a 3rd time but of course all of my progress is gone. The first time was frustrating but now, I almost don’t want to invest the time again. I had over $1M and the only thing I hadn’t opened was the Cafe. I had 7-8 rooms fully furnished and lost all of that progress. Please fix this. 🤨 Aside from that huge issue, I hate how the stockers stock the shelves in the stores. It’s extremely annoying that there is no attempt at consolidation or organizing of the shelves. The stockers will spread one item across all the shelves rather than keeping the items together. This makes stocking all the products (with the hired stocker) impossible. Because of this, I stocked my own shelves, I did enjoyed this particular part but it would be nice if the stockers were able to follow along. I also don’t love how the rooms are rated. Not to toot my own horn, but my rooms were meticulously designed and looked fabulous in comparison to the other player’s rooms pretty consistently. Due to the angle the room appeared, it didn’t do the room its full justice. This review comes off harsh but it’s because this game has soooo much potential. Please fix the glitches and bugs and consider tweaking the other things mentioned. I do want to recognize this game developer. I love that this developer has several other games that follow the same idea. It reminds me of the “Papa” game series. There’s literally something for everyone’s interests. I would love to see a game in this developer’s style, specifically, that centers baking/designing cakes and other pastries/bakery management game (baking competition tv show style) and/or a game that allows you to style and design outfits/fashion stylist or boutique management game. This game would’ve been rated 5 stars if it weren’t for all of the costly glitches. Wish me luck in my third attempt at playing!!

Spent money on the game for it to eventually continuously crashing towards the end of the objectives for the Desert location. Reinstalled after uninstalling and it worked except the restore purchases button doesn’t work SCAM!

After updating the app there are more glitches comes , room will be locked but no customers will be there and it will start working unless you restart the game , supermarket cash counter stucked with customers and it also becomes more laggy

I use to love this game. It had no ads unless you wanted to earn something and it was very hands on and didn’t have an extremely long tutorial. I had to delete the game after one of the new updates because it made everything extremely glitchy and you can’t play the game for 30 seconds without getting an ad. The tutorial became extremely long and they made everything more automated. I redownloaded the game to see if these problems had been fixed but no. I understand the games developers need to get money from the game but I still watched a lot of ads when playing before because I wanted to get money or items in game. I’d even be ok with an ad every like 5 minutes or something but it is physically impossible to play anymore

i really like the game. i love that there’s lots to do. i wish there wasn’t as many ads or the small ad that sits ontop of your phone screen. it just tends to overcrowd and due to my wifi occasionally being laggy it makes it pretty frustrating to press the small buttons. i also think the little ray gun you HAVE to watch ads to use shouldn’t take watching an ad to equip for 2 seconds. i’m aware ads are supposed to help but i think the ads are a wee bit too much.

I love this game, playing this consistently from 3-4 days without unnecessary breaks. Needs some improvement like Trolley for manager to carry more items at once at least 5-6 items. Must needed Restocker in the supermarket & also in storage. Increase employee limit from 4. I reached 27th level but still not able to open gym(level 20), car washer(level 24) & laundry(level 25), so please fix these all. Really loving this game!

I really love the game, but I wish the storage racks worked to organize your storage room. Really frustrating that I spend soooo much time organizing the boxes on the floor of the storage room since the racks don’t work and if the game glitches and kicks me out or I close the game for any reason my boxes are piled back up in the delivery drop off.
